Home owners have no schooling and utube does not count. They are not only place that does not sell to home owners. Do your research before you bash a place and dont understad nc laws. Thats why a licensed contractor has over 10 years of school and training and 4000 hours of school/ and hands on before they cant sit for a state test.

Called to ask for a replacement AC capacitor and the manager, Sam, was very rude. They said that you needed an account to purchase supplies from them, an account that is only available for licenced professionals. My AC had stopped working and we needed one ASAP and he had the gall to acknowledge his rudeness and hang up on us. If your a licensed professional you do your own thing, but if you are a normal individual like us, stay away from this place.
