I recently moved to the area and had my first dipped cone ever - I had no idea what I was missing! Its now my go-to treat for any reason, and this location is the best.

I pulled into Dairy Queen and asked for a grilled chicken sandwich. I was then told that the only food item they had available was the chicken bites. It was the worst chicken I have ever had 🤮! It was most certainly microwaved... The rubber texture gave that away. The only thing that saved a star here was the ice cream. It was on point as usual!

This is the most underwhelming location I’ve ever been to. The staff is very polite, but they are always out of things we are trying to order. They don’t have any Orange Julius, no hot dog buns, no fries, no malts, no whipped cream….come on now!

Google shows stores closing hour is at 9:30pm on Thursdays, but I went on that date at 9:19pm, and the worker at the drive-thru told me that only two items were available because the store closes at 9:35pm. The Blizzards were not available! Really! The main item is not available? I had to drive 4.5mi to get there and last time I check, the fuel is not free! Get your hours straight!

Small store, treat only no food served. The service here is usually pretty good. There are a lot of young people working here, but they do a good job. Usually not super busy here, but it does pick up when it gets hot.

Easy in and eat ice cream then easy out, quick service.

I think the fact that the employees lock the door early just so they dont have to take your order is a question in management. Not only that but purposesly moving slow so they dont have to serve everybody in line in horrible. How do I know? I watched them for a few min. You would never know they had cars wrapped around the business by the way they where moving. We wont come back. We will just goto Coldstone up the street

Got us some Blizzards and dang they were good!!! My husband was extremely upset however because he wanted a Banana Split so bad and they were completely out of bananas 🍌😕😳

They are always out of stuff. Tonight they had no vanilla ice cream and no chocolate sprinkles. Other nights they dont have bananas for splits. And please they really need employees that are nice to every single guest and no I am not the only one that says this. They never have a smile on their faces. The only reason I go to this one is bc its the closest to me

Extremely slow drive thru... I could place an order at a restaurant and my food including appetizers would come out faster than 1 blizzard ordered from this place

I tried the new teriyaki chicken bites and they were served to me very cold. I was hesitant to return @1st because I thought they were like coldcuts but I went back and they were supposed to be hot. They remade them as I waited. The guy was very apologetic but the girl seemed agitated about doing it. They were actually pretty good tho.

The employees are always friendly at the drive through.

I swear I would have givin you all a five star if y’all would have the snickerdoodle all year instead just in the fall thru winter and I promise it’s the best one DQ has,I work in hope mills and I stopped on my lunch break every day faithfully to enjoy my sniketdoodle so please of y’all could bring it back all year instead of only certain time of the year xoxo I love snickerdoodles very much🍨🍦

Ice cream texture? Choice. Logo? Adequately colorful. Names of flavors and types of desserts? Fantastic. Get a blizzard, cry (but only on the inside), and die happy.

Had no buns or ranch and had to wait before they could even tell me this and no one was even in the line .the guy had a good radio voice at drive thur.He should be on G105

Service is bad, frozen fruit in the ice cream, not mix well, no hot fudge they give you syrup instead.

This location is awesome. The manager there Mr. Jordan is awesome. I recommend everyone to visit this location. Mr Jordan is the reason I go to this location and I live 1hour away from this location.

Went for the buffalo chicken wraps. Well, they no longer sell those.booHoo, right?!Anyways. Opted for grilled chicken instead... Kinda crazy that they dont monopolize on their chicken sandwiches 🤯.They were busy as hell... But worth the wait!

Had to wait like 2-3 minutes to order and they didnt really put a lot of fudge on my sundae, but the ice cream was good anyway and they were patient so altogether four out of five stars

The shift leader/manager could use a bit more tact (she didnt have to call out the young man helping us as new and didnt know what he was doing). He was doing fine and the visit was good as usual. Fast friendly service is the norm here.

Horrible experience. Not only did I wait at the window for 15 minutes with nobody else in line. Messed up my order twice. Didnt put lids on my blizzards leaking all over the place... total disaster

Their dipped cones are a good size and there are several sizes of blizzard you can choose from. The mini is a good option if you dont want to over indulge or you have kids who dont eat a lot. They have great seasonal flavors like the peppermint hot chocolate and berry pie blizzard as well as their regulars like cookie dough and peanut butter cup and more. Good prices as well.

Don’t look at the commercials on TV and go here this is the third time I’ve been and they don’t have any of the deals that they advertise

On free cone day I ordered my cone dipped (chocolate coated) and was told it would be a charge of 50 cents, is that okay? I thought that was a bit much, but agreed to pay... then noticed that the normal up-charge for a small dipped cone is only 40 cents! They gave me back 10 cents, but only after pressing the issue with the manager! We enjoyed our cones though.Also ordered a mint shake, it didnt have much of a mint flavor, but it had plenty of green food coloring!

Look. The Snicker blizzard is to die for. The assistance was kind, courteous, and very helpful. But, that snicker blizzard is the hands down star of the show. Aside, one of the things I love the most is when the worker turns the blizzard upside down. Dont ever let that idea die. The blizzard is top of the line. But turning it upside down just brings a smile to my face for some reason. I know why it originated. But, thats not why I love it. I just do. 😀

I would give them less than one star if I could. Rude rude rude!!!!! The general manager is rude. I ordered a blizzard with extra Oreo (for which I was charged .69) and when I received it I noticed the cup was full but I didn’t complain because I was having a great sunny day. After pulling off from drive through I begin eating it and noticed it didn’t the extra Oreo. Unfortunately there are medians so I could not immediately turn around. I kept calling but no one answered the phone although the place was empty. When I returned of course it had melted. The General Manager, he stated he was at least, accused me of eating all the cookies and most of the blizzard. First he said I can give you a scoop of Oreo??? Then he said I need to write this down. I told him do you think I would have turned around and drove back just to get a free blizzard??? Really. I explained that the cup wasn’t even full! I should have complained in the beginning for the less than full cup but no good deed goes unpunished!!! I said you know what you must need the $4 more than I do so I don’t need a remake and ask is this how you treat your customers? If you want to be mistreated and unappreciated use this Dairy Queen. I will make the extra trip to the Westwood Location where they don’t short you and mistreat you!!!

Sitting in drive through for almost 30 mins is totally unacceptable

Disappointed in items ordered. Strawberry cheesecake blizzard was not mixed properly and contained very little cheesecake pieces. Strawberry Sundae contained no real strawberries, just strawberry syrup and the banana split was very disappointing!!! $17 dollars wasted! Could have purchased icecream and toppings from local grocery store for less and it would have tasted better!!

You can never go wrong with a Blizzard. Several flavors to choose from. My favorite is the Turtle Pecan Blizzard.

OMG the worst experience at a Dairy Queen, we waited in line for 40 minutes for a ice cream cone and a blizzard. The chick at the drive thru was rude. Not to mention that she didnt have on gloves not did she have on a mask! We will not be back!

This is my favorite DQ to go to, and not just because it is close to my house. Every Saturday I take my puppers to DQ for a vanilla puppy cup and the folks at DQ know Abby (my puppers) by sight and always greet her.

Had an awful experience with the DQ on Camden Rd. We ordered a birthday cake with a specific design. We did not receive what was promised. The design looked like it was drawn by a 5 year old. (See attached photo) Its seriously laughable. How can they call this a professional design? We talked to the manager and the owner. Both were rude and unapologetic. We ordered a week in advance and gave them a photo of what we wanted. They said they could print the design on the cake. The day before our party they said the photo didnt fit on the cake so they were going to draw it by hand. This is what they presented to us. Unacceptable. I called corporate and they said DQ isnt legally allowed to print designs on a cake and they werent sure why they said they could. DQ is only allowed to draw or add things such as plastic cars, balloons etc to their cakes. Had we known this to begin with we would have gone elsewhere. I will NEVER eat/order from this place ever again and if I could give them a Zero star review I would. Ill be sure to tell family and friends as well.

The girl working the drive through window this evening on April 15th was very eccentric, friendly and had great manners. By far the best employee Ive encountered at this location. Being an owner of my own establishment I would be very grateful for an employee like her. She had short buzzed hair and light colored skin. Very good hire DQ! Shes a keeper and great assest to your company!

This storefront is run only by teenagers. The same person taking the order, makes the food. Not sanitary! Portions are not what you order. Sometimes more sometimes less. They have become very sloppy. I ordered my icecream to go so there were lids. The icecream was pressed, leaning on the lid. I asked her if it was going to fall if I opened it. She replies, its not melted yet. Again I ordered my icecream to go. My visits were weeks apart. This was the third consecutive experience with them. So I asked for a manger. She then replied we have shift leads but our manager isnt usually hear.It all makes since. This store needs a rescue and some legit training.

I don’t even think that they deserve 1 star. I waited in line for about 10 minutes they kept saying be with you in a minute. Then they finally took my order, but before giving me a total they said be with you in a minute and as soon as I left they took the next cars order and had them at the window before I left the parking lot.

My daughter went yesterday around 7 to this location. She was supposed to get me an orange dipped cone but she was told by an employee that it took too long to make and they wouldnt make it because they were too busy... SMH

Visited this location on 03-26-18 during the late afternoon. When we got there, there was only one customer. It took the Caucasian teenage boy a few minutes before he was able to take my order. About 7 minutes pass before they start giving my family our food. Everyone got theirs except my mother. They gave her a mini banana split blizzard instead of the mini banana split that we ordered. I returned it and told the boy that it was wrong, if he could please remake it. He kind of nodded? and walked away with the mini blizzard. I went back to sit down and my mother decides to order an extra item. She orders it and the same boy gives her the mini blizzard AGAIN. So we just took it and went with it. The ice creams were good though.About a half hour later, we return through the drive-thru. I get put on hold by the same Caucasian teenage boy, 5 minutes later he finally takes my order. Order was: 1 large REGULAR banana split. I arrive to the window and pay the African American teenage boy. 3 minutes later he hands me 1 napkin, 1 spoon, and 1 banana split BLIZZARD. I informed the African American boy that was wrong, it wasnt supposed to be a blizzard, just a banana split. They remade it and I was on my merry way.Basically they messed up my order twice! Dine-in and drive-thru. On the same item. This is very annoying, thankfully I am very patient. Its funny to me how I applied 1+ yr ago and was not hired, yet, I would have been the best employee. Dairy Queen missed out and now have these employees. SAD.

Food was piping hot, and definitely worth the price, staff went above and beyond!!

I went there with my two granddaughters to purchase two hot dogs and drink. First the person that took my order wasnt friendly. It see like they didnt have any hot dogs ready and she called the person that was in the office mind you counting a money till cause you could hear the coins she went to kitchen and had the pack of uncooked hot dogs and she literally touch the hot dogs with No gloves on and she was counting money and touch the food. When I saw that I asked for a refund and she proceeded to give me my refund with no questions asked. I told her you no why I want a refund its becau6you touched the food and not washing your hands when you been counting money and she just gave me a look a and just gave me a slip and said heres your refund. Im very irritated ppl could get sick.

Waited so long in this drive through lane that I decided to write a review... 3 people have pulled out of line from waiting so long but yet it’s still taking (someone else just left) so long that I’m still 3 cars away.UPDATE: got my blizzard...also, just took away another star. At first I thought AWESOME so much extra cookie dough!! But then realized half way through that it just wasn’t mixed all the way. So half my blizzard was just the vanilla. They also cheated me like 2 inches from the rim of the cup.

Dont know how you can mess up ice cream anyway but they are normally good. Dont know about the food tho never ate here just go for the ice cream.

The saddest thing about an ice cream shop is leaving disappointed approximately every single time you go there. It took 30 minutes to make a Julius one time. Every time is a new wild experience where it feels you entered an AU where ice cream hurts your feelings.

I placed my order and then I paid for our items only to find out after five minutes that they were out of the vanilla icecream. It would have nice to be told that five minutes earlier.

The food was good, and the employees were very nice and courteous, but the whole time we were there, the manager Tammy was yelling at her employees. This is very unprofessional and ruined my experience. The manager was also rude to me when I asked for her name.

They usually have great specials and always military friendly discounts.

The wait was way too long for only having 2 cars in front of us but the blizzards are the best. The new reeses outrageous blizzard was so good and we paid to have extra reeses pieces put in it and it was so worth it...it made the blizzard that much better

Great Customer Service!!! BUT....Went in today with some family members & as soon as we walked in the heat (even hotter than outside) smacked us in the face like opening the door of a pre-heated oven. Turns out their AC has been out since SATURDAY!!! (it is now July 3) The icecream for my blizzard was melted ..they had to refreeze the ice cream scoops for the fudge brownie so it would stay formed. I love this DQ but they should shut down before having their employees work inside a building that is at least 95°F without working air and giving their customers such a bad experience. Shame on the owners for caring more about their profit than reputation & employees.

Waited forever and wouldnt try to help us so.......just wanted a bannah split and well they were out and we had a bannah in our car but they were being difficult so......have a great night....we will take our money somewhere else. Wast of time

Ordered 6 blizzards for the family in the drive thru and the guy at the register could barely pay attention, and gave me all of them without lids, napkins, or drink carrier so asked him for a drink holder and he hands it to me while I have 6 full blizzards with no kids or napkins. the blizzards started melting almost as soon as I left and got all over the car. terrible experience super painful having to fight the cashier for napkins and a drink holder and they should definitely give out lids for the drive thru. will not go back to this DQ.
