I was fortunate to have Tiara in the office when I arrived. She was very efficient yet very pleasant. She explained everything that I needed to know in just the right amount of detail. I was surprised to learn that CubeSmart had supervision onsite every day all day. Tiaras presentation on safety concerns gave me great comfort to know that our goods were under watchful eyes. I highly recommend this location.

The customer service here is fantastic. I was a tenant for several months, and only moved my stuff out because I needed to shift my storage to a slightly different area of town. The office staff at this CubeSmart have been wonderfully courteous and accommodating. Early on, I needed to change my mind about unit size right after confirming and briefly using one unit, and they made it so that I didnt accidentally screw myself into extra fees/out of the promotional perks, which was *not* obligatory on their part but was instead just a very thoughtful quality customer service choice. The place is quiet and easy to access and the units are a little old/beat-up but well-kept and there are no real maintenance or usability issues. The lot is always clean and the gate works great. (When I first rented here, it made a brutal loud squeaky noise, but if I recall right the management had just changed and the new managers fixed that super fast!) And finally, with regard to CubeSmart as a whole, the online portal is easy to use and payments are easy to track and manage. All around, this is a very well-managed storage site and I appreciated being a customer here. Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived to get my storage unit I was met with the most excellent customer service I have received in a long time! The last lady a couple years ago wasnt friendly at all! Tiara is so helpful and delightful to interact with. Im know she goes above and beyond for her customers. My unit was super clean and ready to go. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Super affordable, and easy to end your monthly contract when needed. Thank you Tiara and CubeSmart!

Came to unloading some boxes in my buddies unit and wasnt paying attention to the time so since 10:10pm Ive been trapped withing the lot 800# I call said leave car go through walk gate and return tomorrow morning for my car. Umm I dont think so. This seems to be some sort of kidnapping or something wrong with the way this is playing out so in the morning Ill be contacting legal representation. 1:20am and Im still here

The location of your storage facility is close to my apartment, and allows me to store my tools in a safe place so I do not have too much to have in my vehicles at once unprotected.So thank you very much, because I appreciate great service.

The manager there is super polite and super helpful. She definitely made my experience an amazing one as I was having a horrible day prior to getting the storage unit.

Renting and canceling my lease was super quick and easy. The units were maintained well. Never had access issues or concerns with security. Pretty much everything you need for long-term storage was good here.

I was at the cube smart to help out a friend who had AA storage locker broken into. The Sunday manager that came to the door was pleasant enough, for I made the mistake of allowing my dog to wander in the grassy area off of the office, at which time out of school did by the resident manager who lives there that technically it was her front yard and that I was absolutely not allowed to let my dog pee on her grass. I thought this could have been handled more tactfully Facing I dont know if you realise but thats our front yard, but instead I was demonised by a lady all probably never see again would not recommend this place for the lack of customer service.

If I was able to leave 0 starts I WOULD! I hate this place ! They rip u off. And they don’t take partial payments if u don’t have it all so it goes up up up till they SELL all your most important things! Baby stuff baby pictures baby’s first outfit birth certificate school pictures. Art furniture everything :( this place has set me so far back now I lose everything

Location is good and was able to switch sizes from what I had reserved online after seeing the sizes in person. Be aware insurance for each unit is required which adds $12 per month on top of rent. Overall though prices still reasonable.

Checking on things

I just moved from out of state and Amanda and her husband made it very easy to get a storage unit. Even though the website would only allow me to reserve it through a certain date and I wouldnt be arriving until a week later to sign and pay for it, they called me to verify my move in date and held it for me. Great service, fair prices, clean and safe facilities. I highly recommend using Cubesmart!

I rally appreciate how friendly the staff is. I went in just today and the two ladies there were very friendly and courteous to me. I like their customer service. I felt like an appreciated customer.

The staff always helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices and tons of different sized units. I was sad when I moved my stuff out when they were no longer needed.

Ive been coming here for several years Ive switched my units a few times always great customer service management is awesome I have no complaints.

Roaches. They only treat once and thats it. Is my stuff even safe to bring home? They are so hard to get a hold of at this location, its like asking Jesus to come to dinner- not going to happen! The manager hasnt offered any additional help, my belongings were clean and taken care of before they had to be stored here and now I may have to throw it all away!

The customer service that I receive over at Cubesmart on Pecos near 84th is excellent. They know how to help a customer out when they are needing a bigger unit or just needing a storage unit. Ive been with cubesmart over a 1 year now and I have never had any real problems with anyone or anything. QUIET LOCATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND 2 LADYS AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO RUN THE STORAGE FACILITY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THEY REALLY DO HELP U OUT WHEN UR IN A JAM. The office staff is very nice, when you can actually get a hold of someone, which doesnt happen very often. Dealing with this location is like a full time job. Im very dissatisfied, and wouldnt recommend them to anyone I know.

Up until today I have been happy with this Cubesmart...NO LONGER! My family was locked out today, no rent is not overdue! My son was singled out for using the electricity and my daughter in law was profiled and I was told she would not be allowed on the propeerty because she didnt look so good. WHAT?! after having a heated discussion, Amanda did not imply that the electricity is not to be used(as numerous people do use the provided plugs)because were not supposed to but because the plug in question is a safety hazard. My daughter in law apparently was locked in at 10:05(her mistake I agree), however, how dare Amanda Ballou tell me she will not allow my family on the property because of how they looked. Sadly disappointed in this particular location and place.

First time having a storage unit and thought the experience was grade A. Easy to access my items when I need them, yet keep the clutter out of my house. Amanda at the front was super helpful and friendly throughout the process!
