I kind of wish these guys had longer hours. Clean place but the hours sometimes kill me because my job takes me past closing. The girl I talked to up front is nice though.

Weve had this storage now for about 6 months the only thing we dont like is they do close pretty early and they do have a lot of early closing days at 4:00 p.m. which we have no idea what thats about but we keep getting alerts on our phone about them closing but they dont tell us why theyre closing that early. And they did have our storage unit go up in price by $10 per month recently.

Chris was great and so was Jerrica through the whole booking process I was in and out super fast! Everything was explained and we were even explained other options for insurance!

In checking out the competition, public storage seems to have the best pricing. The location that im using is off of 84th and Federal. There property is convenient as far as location for me. Even if location wasnt the most important I believe I would still do business with this location being that I recieved the best service from Kristin. She did an amazing job at asking questions to really understand my needs, was patient and took the time to address my concerns, and really put the cherry on top when she suggested ways to save me money.Thank you Kristen for taking care of me!!

Ive been going here for various reasons for 25 years. Rented twice, buy packing supplies for various things every year. Reasonable prices, clean.

Very accommodating. Glad I chose them. I needed a unit for my VERY large tool box. When I went at first to get a unit they only had one available with a very large lip. I took it since I had to get my stuff in storage asap. A few days later they called me and told me another had become available for me that would be much easier for me since it didnt have a lip. They let me transfer over units at no cost difference.

Our storage unit was broken in to twice in the last 2 months. Person on site did not inform us untill the afternoon when they saw it in the morning. The 2nd time the person said it didnt look broken in to when stuff was thrown all over the unit each time. They promote 24 hour surveillance but only have cameras watching the front by the office and not down every row of units so there is no catching whoever is breaking in to the storage. Definitely not a safe place to have your stuff especially if your unit is not by the office.

Doug is extremely helpful. He was getting pretty busy while setting me up with a new storage and he was multitasking like a pro. I noticed he remembered his clients by name which always is very welcoming. This location is clean and well maintained, plus very convenient. Knowing that there is constant monitoring of the property is very comforting also. I would recommend this location to family and friends.

My family was moving and needed a place to store our stuff during the transition. This location had a great price for a 200 sqft unit and I was easily able to make trips to and from as we migrated everything over.

Property Manager is generally not on site during posted times, or at least when needed. Gate seems to be breaking often. Our company uses this site and could not get in today. Office sign says they would be in at 9:30 am and at 10 no one is still in. We are suppose to have access at 6 am. We are loosing business for a big account because we cannot access storage.

Doug was awesome. He took time to explain everything to us and made sure all our questions were answered. His facility was clean and organized. We were storing a sentimental vintage vehicle and he made sure to give us a unit with a low curb for easy access in and out. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks Doug!

Doug is the property manager. He was very quick to call me back about a reservation I had made. He made an appointment with me the same day and allowed me to see the unit and sign up. I have my unit and it was painless and easy. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area who is in need of a storage facility. Also, the price was lower than most competitors.

I arrived at the storage place in a pretty ugly mood . Due to circumstances of our upcoming move. Doug ask me how I was doing and I was honest in reply. He preceded to turning my move around without trivializing it. He Was sympathetic and very helpful and friendly. He made me laugh and lighted my entire day. The Unit was clean the grounds were clean even though they are doing a bit of upgrade to outside of buildings.I was very pleased. Price was good also in comparison to other storage places.

I simply picked a new location & move in date, filled out my info, then I received a call from the on-site manager, Diane, to schedule a quick orientation.After arriving & getting some quick odds & ends legal paperwork complete, Diane (who was very nice & professional by the way) showed me my new (& huge) storage unit. Before the end of the day I was all moved in, & before the end of the week my girlfriend (who is 1 of 4 other people that are allowed to access the storage unit) was moved in.The access hours are convenient (hours shown on Google are office hours, not gate access hours), Diane was great, the location is ideal, & the price is reasonable. Went to Cube Smart because we’ve used them in the past, However at the time of arrival they was trying to charge my father more then what Ms. Suzanne quoted back to us over the phone plus horrible management. Google then took us to this location and I couldn’t believe the amount of compassion and respect we’ve walked right into. Roando got us an outstanding deal plus the facility was clean. I don’t know if both storage companies are related but my bottom line is we need more customers service skills like this at all the locations. This location also has a company golf car so there was little walking my dad had to do. Thanks for helping my father get situated storage off West 84th Ave!

Doug has been the most helpful. I couldnt even imagine renting somewhere else for a storage unit. I am somewhat disabled. And he helps me so much. Sometimes I can not get out off my car to walk into the store. He will come outside and take my payment and bring me my receipt. I can not tell you how much this helps me. Im in pain every day. And to know that he is there to help me with little things like this is huge! He is awesome!

Went I with my husband yesterday to rent a storage and let me say Laura is one of the most professional, respectful individuals I have ever met. We went in to compare prices and rented there because Laura made us feel our items would be as secure as possible there . We left feeling like long time friends even though we just met her.
