We had our van broken into late and the next morning we called nearly a dozen places and no one could get the glass same day. They were in constant contact with us, worked so hard to find the glass we needed, quoted us less than major companies and made this happen for us within hours. Highly recommended!

My passenger window was shattered-in due to theft and needed the window replaced ASAP.Customer Service: Courtney was highly kind and transparent in her communication. They arrived quickly and on-time as communicated, unfortunately I provided the incorrect year of the car which required a slightly different size window. Courtney was very polite about the error and informed us what she needed to do in-order to get the correct window, stating it may take an additional day. Within two hours, Courtney was able to procure the correct window and came back that same day to make the replacement.Professionalism: Justin had cleaned all the glass and explained what to expect moving forward with glass particles that fell within the door frame. When he recognized the wrong year window was communicated, he sealed the windowless frame to keep any moisture or rain from entering. Once replaced, the window looks and works great with as much of the glass cleaned up as possible.Price: The cost was well within expectation and without any feeling of overpaying. Great overall feeling that I received top value for the price.Hoping to not have to go through car theft again, but I do know who to refer friends to if they ever need a window replacement.

Easiest 5 star ever honestly. Had a window broken in my car and I called way earlier in the morning than I should have and was called back fairly quickly. I had told them the wrong window side and they were able to find it only for me to let them know that I messed up and it was the opposite side I needed. I know their schedule was busy but they still were able to find the other glass and were able to make it out and install all in the same day. They were both super helpful and even gave me advice as to what to do if anything else was wrong. Amazing service, Quality work, and over all great at what they do

Just had my car side window replaced there, high efficient and great quality! The technician was very skilled and it just took him one hour to finish the replacement.The scheduling is also quite efficient. Because the side glass of my car is dealer only material, they got the window from the dealer and quick gave me an appointment for such replace.

Their professional alone sets them apart. I was in a bit of a bind, my drivers side window was not functioning. I just had the entire motor/regulator replaced and it was working when I left speedy glass. Went to drive it today, rolled the window down and it would not come back up. It is SO, SO rare to find a company that is truly great at solving problems these days. After chasing my tail for well over a month trying to find a place that could replace the windshield on my Toyota Sienna, being told over and over that there are no windshields available, and nobody seemed to have a clue as to when they would be, Rockstar found a creative way to solve my problem by installing a comparable windshield no one else thought to look for. OMG! Rock Star lives up to their company name. After a chain repair company (Genuine) seriously failed, Rock Star installed the window at my home in Tacoma just a few hours after I first called on a Sunday!. The job is perfect. They are professional, friendly and skilled. Absolute Rock Stars. They also worked with my insurance company and went the extra mile to find the window that wasn’t in their inventory. Again I’ll add on a Sunday.In contrast,, I called Genuine on a Tuesday. They said they could install on a Thurs but ordered the wrong window. Then promised it would be done on Friday. When the part didn’t come in on Friday they pretty much said oh well even though I’d told them it was vital as I needed the job done before Monday morning to go on a 3 week road trip. Amazing they fit me in last minute today after all other shops had told me it was to late in the day to order my window but Rockstar could! They fixed my widow which had been smashed when my car was broken into they were fast and considerate they vacuumed up all the broken glass that was there even before they got there which I wasnt expecting at all but it was a aswome touch! These guys are truly Rockstars! I tried Calling at least 10 places to get my car window fixed. They all told me that they didn’t have the window due to a glass shortage so they were unable to do the repair. Rockstar was basically at my door ready for the job before I even heard back from any of the big names—most of whom were closed on weekends and none could get me in for a replacement quicker than 7 days out. You normally wouldnt think having a windshield replaced would go so well. I want to share my story. My father passed away a few months ago and left me his truck, its a really nice truck but it came from Montana and the windshield was cracked, leaking and pounded with rock chips. Ive really wanted to drive it but couldnt see squat. I woke up today on a Sunday and decided Id look around and figure out who to call tomorrow. I saw that Rockstar was 24 hours so decided to call for a quote. The sweet lady on the line told me she would check her stock and call me back. Within an hour she called me back said she had one and could be at my house within 30 min to replace it. Completely blown away I agreed. Sure enough within the time they pulled up. A man & woman power team of glass replacement. They noticed a problem with the old one which had not been sealed properly and explained how and why, so I knew right away they knew what they were talking about. Ive been in the industry as a technician for many years. They noticed the original glass was original and factory installed. It was a good laugh. In no time at all they were done. I really like their logo and the ballcaps they were wearing were really eye catching. I had to have one, so I asked, and sure enough they had a whole stack of them. Payment by card was easy-to-use and convenient. I will tell everyone from now on to call Rockstar for all their glass needs. I cannot wait to drive my dads truck tomorrow!

I contacted these amazing people this morning they quoted me, scheduled me in for same day, came to my house and completed the job before sunset! I am beyond satisfied. They will not disappoint!

Called them on a Saturday, one of the few places that were open on the weekend. Got a quote within 10 minutes and they were able to replace the broken window the same day. Most places I found wanted to schedule an appointment days even weeks away. I also gave them the wrong info on what window needed to be replaced and upon showing up they were not upset and didn’t show any attitude, very professional. They came back 15 minutes later with the correct part and got the job done within an hour.

So quick and professional and high quality work. They were the only company available on a Saturday in my area to come and do an on site repair and if it was not for them, I would have had to wait a week for my repair! Very nice people. Car got broken into. Came home looked around price wise and looked for 5 star companies. Came across their name. The pretty lady which I adore her hair color responded back with a price and time. Everywhere else I called had to book an appointment and none were available right away. Rockstar was the only one that came through hence the name. Ive read alot of good reviews which is why I chose them. Plus I didnt have to worry about driving to them. They came to me. And I appreciate that soo much as a mother who struggles to pack up and unload children to and from the car. Upon arrival they texted me 20 minutes prior to arrival and texted me when they arrived. They didnt wait for me they went straight to work. The gentleman started working on the window nd let me tell you. He didnt rush and he took his time to make sure its a good installation. He even vacuumed all the tiny glasses. Their operation went smooth. And I love to support people and business who do a really good job and care about their customers. The lady then proceeds to thoroughly vacuumed the rest of my car and also outside on the ground where all the glasses fell. I highly recommend them. What originally attracted me to call them was the 5 star rating. I was shopping around for a new windshield on Christmas Eve and this was my last call. Called at 4:45pm and was told by Courtney she’d be happy to get me a quote but would have to call me back - no worries. By 5:15 I was sure I wasn’t going to get a callback due to it being Christmas Eve but sure enough the phone rang!I received the quote which was pretty much standard with the other prices I got if not very slightly higher. However Courtney’s friendliness and the fact she took the time to call me back that day prompted me to pull the trigger and ask for an appointment. They were able to fit me in just 2 days later, the day after Christmas on a Saturday no less. I was very pleased.Courtney and Justin showed up to my location ready to go. Unfortunately there was some superficial body damage around the windshield frame that meant they could not guarantee a complete seal on the new windshield. Unbothered for having to come out for nothing they recommended I get that fixed first and they’d be willing to come back out whenever I was ready.After dragging my feet for a month I finally fixed the windshield frame and called back. I not only got to keep my same quote, but they fit me in AGAIN on a Saturday, the next day. Came out at the agreed upon time and they were in and out in an hour.Not only that, I wasn’t expecting all the old glass strewn about my interior from the previously shattered windshield to be vacuumed up but they hit every visible spot on the interior they could and you couldn’t even tell what had happened.I don’t know if Courtney or Justin are the owners, employees or what but they seriously live up to the company name of being ROCKSTARS and I would very highly recommend them to anyone. Justin and Courtney were amazing. Out of the four different companies I tried, they were the only ones willing to come out on that same night AND they gave us the lowest quote. When they arrived, they were friendly, professional and just overall great.They worked very quickly and cleanly, took less than an hour, then answered all of my questions and promised to come back if there was ever an issue with the newly installed car window. They used gloves while working and made sure to thoroughly clean and wipe everything off with disinfectant afterwards.If you have a broken window on your car, Justin and Courtney are definitely the ones to call. And if all of your windows are fine, you should seriously consider breaking one, just so you can meet these awesome people. Justin and Taylor were amazing! Even with the phone outages they were willing to go the extra mile and get ahold of me anyway they could to confirm times. Great customer service and great people. After the day I had yesterday with dealing with all the places I’ve called, if I could rate rockstar auto glass 20 Stars I would and they would be worth every single star. After speaking with them they came out the next day and fix my window. They have the best prices in town and the best customer service ever. Best window place in the northwest hands down. Met the owners at the Kent junkyard, they helped my dad and I take off a window we needed, they were super nice, informative, fast and efficient! They even gave us some pointers on how to install the window ourselves! They did great work and were extremely friendly.

They were very professional, friendly, and very punctual. I asked for a quote and got one within a couple of minutes. A couple of hours later, they were fixing my window. I couldnt get any other place to do same day window replacement and I could tell Justin and Courtney truly cared about me getting my window replaced. They had a very reasonable price for the excellent service provided. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

He was also very professional & went out of his way to take care of me which was very nice since I was pretty irritated about my car being stolen in the first place. So upset when my son’s car window was broken on Sunday morning. Called this wonderful company. Not only did they quote me a price I could afford, they came out on Sunday and covered his window with plastic and replaced it on Monday. Best service ever. And it was like 30 mins. Rockstar Autoglass saved my bottom and Id highly recommend. My car was broken into. I was calling around this a.m. to replace my window, but no one could come out to fix until Tues or their prices were crazy (including shops through my insurance), or I got their voicemail.Called Rockstar Autoglass, Courtney picked up right away, quoted me a reasonable price, and she & her husband were at my house replacing my window 2 hours later. So, I had an appointment scheduled and I needed this company to meet me at church. Justin, one of the co-owners, was not only punctual. He was respectful, courteous, very knowledgeable and patient. Yesterday, when at work in Tacoma, my windshield was smashed by some type of large rock (and mean person), leaving a hole and the car un-driveable because it was smashed on the drivers side. Rockstar was about the 5th place I called because all the others could not help until tomorrow or next week! Courtney told me she would see what she could do as I live in Seattle and wanted to be able to go home after work, let alone I did not want to leave my car in a vacant lot over night with a smashed window. She recontacted me quickly and said several other clients were ok with being pushed back so they could service my car. In an hour or so she and her partner were there to fix the window. It was also noticed the driver side window was struck several times, but not cracked..but could break due to the damage.They were so pleasant, helpful AND professional...I will be recommending them to friends and will absolutely use them again when if I need them (to fix that side window before it breaks).I am so very grateful to them...the helped me when it seemed there was no help from other companies.
