From the moment I pulled up it was A+ service!! The service tech came out of the garage to greet me and asked for my key and told me that he would go ahead and get started and the office would help with any paperwork to sign. The front desk was professional and helpful. Best part the replacement only took 30 minutes total!!! I was super impressed and also surprised that they were able to get me in the day after my window smashed when my vehicle was broken into. Definitely recommend using them!

Arrived early and thankfully was taken early for my windshield replacement appointment. Loved that! Windshield replaced in a professional manner and took between an hour and an hour and a half as promised. Loved that! Overall, all employees I came in contact with were courteous and polite. Wow! I am SO impressed with this company! My car got broken into this morning and not only were they able to get me in the same day, but they were almost $200 cheaper than a popular company Ive heard lots of advertisements for. The other company was also booking a week out. Scheduling was easy and fast. They were very friendly and had my window replaced and ALL of the mess cleaned up from my broken window in less than 45 minutes. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Called and made an appointment for 230 for my driver side front window and confirmed which window with the lady on the phone multiple times and when I arrived for my appointment they had ordered the wrong window only solution they had was to leave it for next day even after I stated I needed it for work and that theres no way Im leaveing a car with no window overnight in a unsecured parking lot.

Thank you, guys for replacing my windshield.They were super quick, it only took about an hour and half and they were very polite and efficient.

I recently reached out to the company where I was quoted multiple different costs for a windshield repair based on the windshield I wanted... I called to set up an appointment and verified that they had the correct make and model of my car. Which they did not... provided the associate with more information.. in which when he called back he told me his system doesn’t have that specific model and they would have to keep it under the same model they have listed, and that the glass will be right. However... even though they did not change anything systemically with what type of vehicle I have, they raised the quote $100 more than what I was originally quoted for my model car..Just can’t get down with a company who. Can’t get their numbers or information right.

I’ve used their service twice now and am pleased. First time, I needed my windshield replaced and they were able to come to my apartment and the technician took care of it while I was at work.Second time: Went to get my side door window replaced because my truck had recently gotten broken into. They helped relieve the stress big time with convenient customer service via text (I was able to schedule an appointment at work without calling). Upfront pricing was also very helpful. From start to finish was about 40-45 min. They vacuumed most of the shattered glass, which was a great help. Sam was very friendly and informative and made me feel like a valued customer. Affordable and professional.

By process of elimination, I decided my windshield was the source of water gushing out from under my dash on the passenger side... some kind of leak. I was in a hurry when I stopped in, but it was raining, so there I was. The Speedy Glass guys got me in right away and found no leak... they could have replaced a good windshield. They could have said sorry for your luck and sent me down the road. But they didnt. They talked with me and investigated a couple things... they found plugs, that are supposed to allow water to escape, were plugged with debris and that cavity had filled with water. They pulled them out and Whoosh! I havent had a dribble since! Honesty goes a long way with me. Ill use this particular shop, and refer it to anyone!

They were on time and did a good job except for leaving pieces of glass in the trunk.I cant say it was a great value though it was the same price as Safelite.

My wife is working in Tacoma area temp on a nursing contract and someone busted out her window at work. Called Speedy and they had the window in stock and I had the appointment scheduled. Very pleasant on the phone. Only thing that would have been better is if they came to her work to do the glass replacement like some companies do instead of her having to go to the place and wait but overall they were solid. . I felt the prices were fair.

My passenger window was shattered. Took them less than an hour and everything was quick and efficient! They also took care of my moms car when her windows were broken into and she was so happy with how quickly they got her car back on the road. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from all the staff but especially Sam who works the reception desks! She explained everything and found me the best deal on a windshield replacement. I’m impressed at how fast and efficient they took to replace my entire windshield. I expected to be sitting in the lobby area for at least a couple of hours however I was in and out in a hour!!! Great Service! Went to get a quote for a pitted windshield. Decided get it replace and the staff there was very helpful! Before they even started they did a complete safety inspection and found that the windshield was previously replaced and whoever did it broke the mounting brackets that holds down the exterior trim piece. They also found that the previous installers alsoglued up the mirror light in the drivers side. Its great to see when a company takes the time to make sure you are aware of any issues. Install and repairs were don in a timely manner. We highly recommend Speedy Glass, Federal Way. they will do the job right!

Heather followed up with a text confirming my appointment and notified me that she had already obtained information from my insurance company. This was all done before I even checked in for my appointment! Very efficient operation and I was there about an hour which they did tell me would be estimated wait time. My windshield looks great and I’m very happy with the service I received.

Its unfortunately been several times in which Ive had to use Speedy Glasses expertise. 3 times with rock chips and replacing my windshield on my 2019 BMW. TWICE! Each and every time its been a very pleasant experience.

I was greeted with respect and the service was on time, fast, and sufficient!

Called on Thursday afternoon for a windshield replacement. They kept my quote in their system while I called other shops to price it out. They ordered the windshield right away after I found their price was competitive. Replaced the next day at my appointment time in about an hour and 10 minutes. Billed my insurance. No fuss, no muss.

Had my windshield replaced here about 11 months ago and they did a great job.The waiting room is clean and comfy, my observations of their garage let me see how clean and organized it was. All employees are very kind here.When I got the car back from them I turned on the windshield wipers and one was not working, they swiftly fixed the problem in the snap of a finger without hesitation! ( we are all human, I was not even upset ).Overall, I ALWAYS recommend this place and use this place only for my windshield needs.

I researched glass places for two days, my list consisted of everyone I could find from Puyallup to Auburn, and Speedy Glass beat everyone by at least 100$ .They have a lifetime (as long as you own your car) warranty plus a 1 year warranty for rock chips. They finished by their estimated time and explained everything to me, answering any questions I had, in a completely upfront and friendly manner. My new windshield is not only beautiful but knowing their is nothing the cops can pull me over for, gives me a shield of security that others take for granted . Thank you Speedy Glass, you rock!!
