After market part available. TylerOrdered Will be installed ASAP when it arrives! Waiting to hear from Tyler.

For service, have always done really well. Every time I come in there are multiple people not wearing masks (workers) and its hard to keep 6ft distance from the workers without masks. Would not recommend as a safety/health risk.

Brought my truck for transmission(Alison) flush(360$). I asked them to drop the pan and change my second filter inside my transition oil pan(+140$). Before dropping it off I marked my oil pan gasket with a razor blade to be sure that the service was done. Before paying they insured me that they dropped the pan changed everything I asked them. I walked outside and saw that nothing was done and my old gasket was still there. After confronting the manager he said it’s just a “miscommunication” between them and the mechanic. Same thing happened to my friend at gmc Of Puyallup those guys didn’t even flush his fluids. Please be careful. You would think that going to the dealer you would get top quality service.
