Great customer service - helpful and friendly. Even during quarantine where only curbside pickup was allowed, the employee was so helpful and took her time answering questions. Right now only 5 shoppers allowed in the store at the same time which makes me feel good! Masks required.

I am here now, they have zero customers. They don’t carry Black American hair products. They carry products called “Noxin”. Well, there you have it. Yawn.

The previous manager was lot better and people you knew for yrs. Now everyone on staff is new and just not the same. Clearance items should be priced as clearance and not have a red tag then priced the same as reg priced items. Few items that are in catalog are not in the store, also other items that are on sale should be in the inventory and order it more in the future so that when sale is on you cant say we ran out of it, or other excuses. Promotional items are not in the store (only somewhere in Utah=um hello what is the point to run a promotion then say we dont carry that size . You want costumers to be happy you make it happen. The way the store has places items are not on both sides of the isles. Why not keep the same brand on the same side in the same place. For example Malibu pockets and shampoos are on 1 shelf and other pockets and masks across the isle on the other side... just doesnt make the sense.

Only one experience with this location. The lady working was nice, despite me coming in 20 mins before close, and helpful. We joked and talked for a few minutes. It was well organized, and well stocked. One of the better locations I’ve visited.

Worst customer service ever.Manager is rude and unprofessional.You can get the same exact products they sell in the store for much lesser price online nowadays anyways.

Went to get salon supplys very disapointed again many thin gs on shelf are sent to the stores one at a time so if u need multiples they say sorry corp only send us one or two at a time weekly which sends me to another store or turn away a client as i have to wait for there product or client requests a styling product but its not on the shelf and iam told to special order it come back next week .This is bad service when were tryi g to keep clients in the shop but there not getting the product they need.No wonder they will try amazon they have it. Very annoyed cosmoproff.

The sales associates dont go out of their way to help you. Youll have to A) locate one. & B) show them what youre talking about....

I went into the store looking for a product, I dont know if because Im Hispanic or for what reason one of the people who was in the store left behind me asking if everything was okay but with an unpleasant tone, as what I was looking for had been exhausted I just left the store, but when I got to the door I realized that the two people who were there were standing behind me looking at me as if I were a thief and talking something between them that by their faces you could tell they were talking about my, terrible service, nothing helpful just the hint that something was doing
