A 2.5-3hr wait to get a single tire popped on @ Les Swab? (After they couldn’t do it yesterday & said “just pop on in Sat it will be quick!”)MIGHT BE TIME to buy tires from a retailer that is OPEN ON SUNDAYS!! 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️(They used to run to your car & greet you. Now it’s a 20 min wait just to get told it’s a 3hr wait.) FOR A quick WARRANTY FIX! 😖👎🏼I have been buying tires here for 30 years. The last three visits have been very slow, quality down a lot.They also just wanted to charge me to balance and rotate my tires for a warranty on tires I purchased there. I had to ask, isn’t bouncing a tire that is being replaced under warranty also under warranty? Isn’t rotating my tires that I purchased here under warranty? The tires that are 75% new? Uuuuuughhhhhg ooh yeah let take that off the quote. (Price drops 50%)

Got there right when they opened luckily, I had a slow leak from a screw in my tire. I was the second customer after getting there 15 minutes before they opened, but they checked me in super quickly, even adding me in their system to have my own account there finally. My boyfriend and I just leased the car about a month ago, so I didnt even know where the last owners or renters bought the tires. But the woman told me she would see what they could do, and about 30-45 minutes later (the place was full after being open for less than 15 minutes!) they pulled my car up to the front door, printed my receipt which I was charged nothing for the tire being patched. And was sent on my way! I was a walk in appointment as well. Super quick friendly and free! What more can you ask for???

Today was my first time ever Coming to Les Schwab for a tire placement. From the phone call in the morning to the drop off and pick up of my car, the service was amazing ! Alena in front desk was helpful, kind and very friendly. The tech who did my tire placement was great too, I don’t know the name unfortunately. But I highly recommend it here ! I cannot wait to bring back my other cars to get their work done !

Woke up to a flat, limped it to Les Schwab on a donut. They found the screw in my tired and had me patched up and ready to go in less than an hour. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. Highly recommend for your tire needs!

Honestly I never leave reviews good or bad but this place has taken such good care of my needs on every single occasion that I have to outwardly express how thankful I am for this specific store. Ive had a slow leak in my rear tire for weeks, but hadnt been able to make it anywhere to get it checked. I ran in less than an hour before they closed, but they got me taken care of. Really great service, very friendly for new customers, and everyone was wearing masks and practicing social distancing, plus the waiting area was large enough that waiting was fine too. All in all, a great experience.

I was their customer for 12 years and have never been anywhere else but this place is trash all they care is about their business. I had a tire punctured with nail and was sitting on hwy. I brought the tire back and asked if they can take nail out and get some air so I can get my car of the hwy but got denied. I went to Eagle tire next to it and was taken care.Thank you Eagle tire,I am customer for life.They have good tire and cheaper price .Ended up buying two.

Picked up some new tires from Joe this week and I cant recommend him enough!! My husband and I arent experts in any way and he really gave us in depth recommendations. Once they were on, I was still experiencing rubbing issues (Jeep issues) and Joe was quick to giving me options and even cutting down the panel that was causing this issue. Great individual and look forward to coming back for my 5k rotation.

Doug deserves a raise!I went to the Federal Way Les Schwab to replace a wheel on a BMW. It ended up being a special edition, and the dealer sent him the wrong wheel twice. But he went way above and beyond, and found the correct wheel anyway.He informed me what was going on every step of the way, and earned my business for all my cars and trucks.I would be proud to have Doug as an employee.Great job, Les Schwab!

This is a nice big store. Friendly people that are well-informed and eager to serve you. Did you know they sell socks for tires now to replace tire chains? I had no idea.

Also, your manager - Joe was standing right there watching the tech prying the tire w the pry bar and put dents on my wheel.If you love and care about your car, dont come to this location.Received a flat repair. Got home and noticed scratches carried around all the spokes of the wheel(from the tire changing machine); a ding and black marks left behind from a pry bar.Obviously, the tech didn’t care enough to adjust the machine and used the wheel as a pivot to remove the tire.So the flat repair was free - which is awesome - but you get what you pay for. At the end, nothing is free and the damages was the cost that I had to pay for.

I bought 4 new tires, got home I heard the air coming noise of air coming out. Call them next morning and have to wait for 2 hours and 1/2 and plus the lady working here is rude. I dont know who but my family and friends will not get tires here. Plus all tires had set different psi 3 or 5 below. Bad customer service. I was going to buy tires my wife the next 24 hours but forget Les Schwab. I not happy about it. Were going to give the car with out checking what was wrong. Just filled with air and I told lets walk to the car finally he heard the noise of the air coming out. 😠😠😡😡

Had me wait over an hour and a half because they said they saw me leave and not come back. Horrible standoffish attitude when I finally came and asked how much longer. If I could give a 0 I would.

Ive always had great experiences at most Les Schwab Tire Centers They took care of me when my tire blew out and Discount Tire Who told me on the phone to come in when I got there late for work they blew me off so I went to Les Schwab that was packed didnt turn me away and worked it out to get me taken care of and on my way to work thanks to Les Schwab I beat my boss to work so I wasnt late after all. 😆

Was a really good environment. Social distancing was in good measures. Friendly well informed staff. Staff took the time to answer any and all questions.

Ive been coming here for years and they are always so nice and honest. Came today to get my Tire Pressure Sensors checked and the gentleman who helped me was patient to explain things to me. Ended up being less than what I expected!! They were quick and I will be back next time!

I called Les Schwab in Federal Way this morning to see if I could take my husbands car in because he had a tire that kept going flat. The guy on the phone was friendly and I was told to come on down. This store has excellent new policies in place for COVID-19 and I felt very safe being in there. (Except one employee was wearing his mask under his nose! STOP DOING THAT!) The waiting areas are spaced out really well and masks are required. I was able to wait outside so I got some fresh air and exercise. After less than an hour, my tires had been rotated and the one that was leaking was fixed. I was charged $0 and sent on my way.

Somehow I got a massive bolt stuck in my tire. They were able to get it removed, fix my tire in less than 30 minutes and get me right back on the road.

It was clean and bright, staff is very professional, friendly and seemed happy to be there, made an appointment online and was in and out very quickly.

Unfortunately people here are not honest with their customers. My steering was stiff and pulled to the sides at high speeds so I called this location to have an inspection for a possible alignment. A lady on the phone helped me to make an appointment. I asked her how much it would cost and AFTER ASKING for the make and model of my car she said $89.99 plus tax. I brought my car the next day and had to drop it off since I was told that the wait time would be at least 40 minutes. When I wanted to pick up the car they billed me for $129. I asked why they did an alignment on all four wheels when only my front wheel had possible alignment issue, the front desk lady told me that it’s how it’s supposed to be done (which I am totally okay with) but when I asked why they gave me the wrong information on the phone she claimed that they always tell their customers both prices which in my case she clearly told me it would cost me $89.99 and nothing else. After driving my car for two block, my steering was still pulling to the sides. Since Les Schwab was not honest with me I took my car to Firestone this time. They said my stiff steering has nothing to do with the alignment. They collaborated my steering right in front of me by turning me steering to the sides a couple of times and resetting it and it fixed the issue. Since Les Schwab was not honest about their pricing I doubt that my car even needed an alignment in the first place.NOTE: Firestone charges $96 for the same type of alignment so always double-check the price with other shops before bringing your car to this location.

Overall great experience, Even though the wait time was long, when it finally came to my turn, Kurt did an amazing job not only explaining what was happening to my car, but was also efficient as well. He even offered to check my brakes and rotate my tires, I would definitely come back.

I went in for a tire rotation which they did. The reason for my one star is because they OVER inflated my tires. The drivers side front was filled to 38#, passenger side front was filled to 37#, the passenger rear was filled to 36# and the driver side rear was filled to 34#. This was the first time I went to the Fedetal Way location and will be my last. I have been a customer of yours since 1980 and have lived all over Washington state and this was by far the worst service Ive ever experienced. I will still be a LesSchwab customer, but not at this location.

Came in on short notice and got a tire rotation and road check. Super nice employees. Joe whom I had spoken to on the phone already had a work ticket prepared upon my arrival.Pam helped me with the chains and gave me an installation lesson using a set in the shop.. Exchanged new unused honda chains from here for Toyota 4 runner chains. Credited the price if the smaller ones for the larger. Very clean shop. Would highly recommend this shop.

Pleasant Dependable Service...The tires are more expensive than a lot of places, but after buying my last set of Costco tires, Les Schwab has regained my business!!I had a small nail in my tire. No indication of a leak, but I wanted to have it removed at a tire shop. Costco was horrible and impossible to deal with... SO in desperation (a week with the nail and planning to head out of town) I took my Costco tires to Les Schwab... I was told Id probably have to wait a few hours IF there was a leak, but theyd be more than happy to remove the nail. In less than 5 minutes, Les Schwab removed the nail and I was on my way!!! (I spent more time waiting in line at the Costco tire shop to be told they wouldnt help me unless I waited an hour or so...)Les Schwab treated me like a human rather than a number. And, they have a waiting area... Its not fancy, but its better than most tie shops... Sometimes you really do get what you pay for...and sometimes you need to buy tires somewhere else to appreciate Les Schwab... They arent perfect, but theyre WAY better than Costco...

Why bother with an appointment if your car is going to just sit in the parking lot for an hour anyway? I also found some sort of brush in my engine by my battery.*Update*My car died at work last night and when I called Les Schwab, they said the store by my work should be able to help. I called them and they said their tech was out, but if I could jump it theyd take a look. Luckily, I was able to get a jump, but the shop was closed by then.I called this shop again today and theyre telling me itll cost $50 to jump my car? No mention of this from EITHER location. They said if I can get it to the shop theyll diagnose it no charge.I get a jump and drive to the shop and now theyre telling me its going to take an hour and a half just to get it in the shop to diagnose.Communication skills are lacking at this location. I would have loved to know there was a wait, that way I could have made an appointment and planned better. But last time I had an appointment that didnt help, so I dont know.The problem? Corrosion on the terminals. After 2 months? Sounds like somebody didnt clean the terminals after doing my battery replacementSilver lining: Doug got everything done for me, & even helped bump my car up in the queue.

Excellent customer service

Purchased both tires and wheels. My car had major vibration problems when I picked it up. Took my car back 3 times. Les Schwab added rim adapters on one visit which did improve the vibration some and rebalanced twice. The car still intermittently shakes a lot at speeds around 45 to 50 mph. Hate to waste a lot of money but may purchase different wheels from another company and throw the Les Schwab wheels away.

They put the wrong tire on my car being that my tires are high pro file

Charles was amazing. He worked on our brakes, cleaned the rotors and got us out of there real quick...then, after we got home, he called us to make sure we were happy with the job he did. He was nice and explained everything he did to the truck. When we left his garage, I felt extremely safe driving home.

About two months ago I was on my way out of town from Seattle headed to Portland for family matters and noticed my cars battery light came in red after I had stopped to grab some food. I called them around 5:15 ish and let them know my make and model and that I was about to be pulling into their parking lot for service. The guy on the phone told me “your battery install could take up to 45 or more and we will be closed at 6 so you are more than welcome to come back tomorrow.”Here I am, sitting in their parking lot as my car literally DIES on me and them telling me they won’t provide me service.So I had to call my dad and have him come from Ballard to come get me. The worst part? They took in a tow truck and were there almost until 7:30 helping finish with a customer. So you could wait for a tow truck and replace two tires, but couldn’t take the time to help do a battery install and possibly check my alternator?? Could have even just sold me the battery and I would have done it myself but the guy was apprehensive to even do that. I’d have managed fine to replace it myself.Returning the next day as I had no choice, the service was done to my vehicle the guy whips it out of the garage and drives fast and slams the breaks by the front door and also slammed my car door getting out. Thankfully I never have to return to this location for anything ever again because that’s ridiculous.

Got there 30 minutes early for my 3:30 appointment. Car went back to the bays 5 minutes before the appointment time. An hour later I was out the door. Always get great customer service and the products are reliable.

They did a great and quick job. They are pricey on parts, but they warranty the job. I used Les Schwab for years and they honor warranty repairs, no questions ask. I almost forgot, the place has been remodel, clean bathroom, popcorn machine, good coffee, cable TV, free WiFi and low odor fromtire rubber.

Professional staff and excellent service! I came in today with a sick toddler in tow and a flat tire. The Les Schwab team checked all 4 tires, pulled the nail out of the one and patched it for free! The tire was patched by the costco tire team on Sunday for $12 but, they missed the nail. :-/ I’ll be back to Les Schwab for sure when we need all 4 tires. Thank you & happy holidays!

Was able to have both the battery and tires checked for free, which was wonderful! The wait wasnt too long at all.I appreciated both the mechanics help, and Erin. Erin also helped me to figure out how to have my company card used to pay for the work truck over the phone.My only disappointment is that both new battery and brakes seemed very expensive. I had them do the new battery, but well see what other quite we get for the brakes, if its around the same Ill have to switch to five stars.

Always, always go to Les Schwab. They have the best mechanics and technicians. I know Ill get the best service and parts on my car here. Will never go anywhere else. They took care of me and my family through all our cars. If Im driving a car on Les Schwab tires and brakes, I know Im safe.

Not going back to this location. I have bought tires twice here. It took me four tries to get my tires rotated. Terrible wait times. I waited twice for over an hour and a half then asked for my keys back. Was told appointments could not be made, I found out today that is not true as people were coming in who had an appointment. Only one bathroom available, I was waiting in line for the bathroom when employee cut in front of me and used the bathroom for a very long time. I was told that there is wear on my front tires and they didn’t know how often I got them rotated, well if they made it easier to get your tires rotated then it probably would’ve got done sooner. As I had been here four times previously trying to get them rotated. There is no appreciation or consideration for loyal customers and that is wrong. I watched a lady that came in after me serviced before me and I watched a jeep be rushed and serviced n then I overheard the Jeep would not be picked up until the next day all while I sit there and wait for over an hour to have my tires rotated. Never again!

Ive been taking my cars to you guys all the time and you guys do an amazing job.

Went in to have my brakes checked, which did need to be replaced. The quote was cheaper than what I received from my dealership so I was very happy I brought it to them. The service was quick and the waiting area was clean.

They got my rotors turned at the end of the day in just 20 minutes with no appointment and fixed my flat tire for free. Only negative is they do try to sell you on new tires every time you go but I guess I should expect that since their business is mostly about selling tires

Ive never had a bad Les Schwab experience. And my experience at this LS location was no different. They have wonderful service, clean and organized showroom and shop. I like that I could sit far away from the telvision. Some like the TV, and I understand that, but I dont and I dont like being forced to listen to it. So kudos to this Les Schwab for recognizing this.

Stopped in at about 3 PM on a Saturday without an appointment to see if they had time to check my brakes. Not only did they have time but they had the parts in stock and replaced the front brakes and rotors in one hour. This was all after I stopped in at Firestone and they didnt even have the time to take a look. Love Les Schwab!

Good quality work! However the woman behind the counter Aaron I believe (curly hair/glasses), doesnt know how to make appointments and call customers to let them know their parts are in (I had to call only to be told they arrived the night before). I was going to make an appointment to get some suspension work done on my car and I asked if Monday was available she told me it was wide open. So I told her I will take 9:00am the earliest appointment. She said great see you Monday!Well Monday came around and I showed up exactly at 9:00am. The same woman was behind the counter. I told her I have a 9am appointment. She said she had me scheduled for 11am that day??? How could you possibly screw that up??? I told her no I have a 9am I told you this over the phone, I asked her to honor my appointment. She said they couldnt because one guy was ahead of me already. How can that be if 9am is the earliest you can make an appointment and I made one so therefore they should have time for me! Soon after the kind gentleman I was referred to said they could work the car in. This was a nice gesture but very upsetting when it was the womans fault my appointment got screwed up and I had to sit and stare at the car in the parking lot for 1hr and 15 minutes before it went into the shop because of her! The quality of work was excellent but the scheduling and verifying my parts arrived was a pain! I am giving the mechanics the 3/5 stars not the woman behind the counter she doesnt get recognition.

I needed air in my tires and I was taken care of right away. Ive been here before and have always had great customer service. They also repair flat tires for free. This I know for a fact, because they did repair my flat tire for free. In their website, they state that and they follow through. Highly recommend this location. I did buy tires from them in the past and they do run out to your car. Just like the TV ad.

One great place for servicing your vehicle. Before I even bought a set of new tires with them, I came a couple of times to have them take a look at my tire pressure that kept showing low, which ended up being a nail.
