DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! This business began work and stopped, before the work was done, giving no reason. We made multiple calls and sent many emails and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE! Nor did they reply to our attorney.We entered into a proposal for a remodel of a kitchen and installation of French doors for approximately $35,000. The subfloor needed to be replaced, but the cabinets were installed before the subfloor was replaced. A subcontractor cut out a hole for the French doors, but unnecessarily removed siding no longer being manufactured, which required custom siding. Electrical wires were simply cut and left. The subcontractors simply stopped coming, leaving us with no usable kitchen, and half of the house without electricity.

Terrible customer service. I had a kitchen remodeled by Affordable Interiors. Most of their workers are contractors and not employed by the company. Time windows when workers were supposed to show up were rarely correct and there would be no contact that the workers would be late. I took days off of work when workers were schedule and one day no one even showed up to work with no contact made to me by management. The workers who showed up never knew what to do and I had to instruct them how I wanted everything even though I had already told Affordable Interiors and signed off on a project template and proposal. Tile work and grout was not done well and we had to fix it ourselves. Ordered wrong supplies for the project multiple times which delayed the project by months. Would take multiple days for the project manager to reply to questions or concerns about the project. The only time they were good at communication is when they wanted to get paid. Overall, it was a terrible experience working with the company and I would strongly suggest no one use this company for any major renovations.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I contacted this company because I needed an estimate for a kitchen island. We scheduled a phone call but nobody cared to show or let me know that it was cancelled because they were too busy. Although it was just an online meeting, I had to make a serious effort to be available for a quiet call as I have three small children. Then they reached out to me to schedule another call which I agreed to, thinking to give them another chance. The second online meeting was quite quick as previously I have provided all details and reference photos on the project. They promised to send me a quote in a few days but when I haven’t heard back after 5-6 days I sent an email asking for the quote again. No answer whatsoever so 1,5 weeks after our actual online meeting they were still not able to provide me with an initial design draft and price offer, I can imagine how they work. I went and took my business to someone else. Affordable Interiors LLC- you should treat your potential customers with more respect! Time is money so please don’t waste mine.

Gave a $8,000 deposit for Archtect and engineers fees. They paid a $1,000 deposit to the architect and kept the rest. Can’t get a hold of anyone. I had to re-pay the engineer. The architect calls Affordable Interiors daily to try to get paid. Just filed a claim with small claims court, reported them to the better business bureau, and filed a complaint to the Washington State Attorneys office for deceptive business practices.Walk, don’t run,… away from these con-artists.

I hired Affordable Interiors to do work on a rental property. A condition of accepting the bid (and therefore part of the contract) was that all work had to be completed before 7/1 so my new tenants could move in. They agreed multiple times to this deadline. On the day demo started the project manager (a term I use loosely) told me he wasnt sure they could make it work. I was annoyed, but made arrangements with my new tenants to move in on the 3rd to give Affordable Interiors two additional days.The project was miserably mismanaged. There were several days they didnt even show up to do work. The day before the EXTENDED deadline the project manager called to tell me they had just started painting and that they couldnt get the tile in because the tile was not delivered. I had to stop in the middle of my work day to make arrangements for them to get a different tile at Lowes instead of their supplier (a common sense concept that apparently escaped the project manager).I showed up the evening of the 2nd and collected the keys from one of the workers who said the project was done. I was appalled at the state of the property. See the list below of all the issues.Throughout this project, anytime I raised concerns with timing, the project manager just blamed the sales team and tried to absolve himself of any responsibility. There was no communicating, no planning, and no management of this project whatsoever. When I attempted to address these issues and asked the project manager to get someone out to fix these things he never got back to me. When I then sent an email to the main customer service email AND THE OWNER, I got no response.I am still cleaning up the mess they made. I have spent over 15 hours at the house myself and have had to pay out significant amounts of money to other contractors to fix their mistakes. This is not to mention the master bathroom fan/ light FALLING ON TOP OF MY TENANT WHILE ARE WAS SHOWERING as a result of Affordable Interiors not replacing it securely after they took it down to paint!! THANK GOD she wasnt hurt and isnt SUING ME.I have never in my life dealt with such shotty work, poor communication, and mismanagement from a contractor. They are HANDS DOWN the worst contractor Ive EVER worked with.If you are considering using Affordable Interiors, my advice is to RUN. Find someone, ANYONE else to do your project, unless of course you too want to suffer the same fate as I have. Im attaching SOME of the photos showing the issues they left, but even these dont scratch the surface!Unresolved Issues:1. Missing light bulbs and covers in master bedroom (4)2. Worst customer service ever. They took the money and never completed the work. I paid 7 thousand dollars down for a bathroom and they only provided a tub. They hired other contractors to do tile work and plumbing reconnects and they did not pay these contractors. They never completed the job and wont return calls or emails. Owner Konstantine does not return calls either

Affordable Interiors remodeled a bathroom for me last summer and I used them again for a kitchen this winter. They were very professional, arrived on time and completed the work on time, and did a high quality job. I would use them again.

We gave a deposit to have a bathroom remodeled. Kept getting postponed, designers changed, manager quit, and eventually we asked for our money back. They told us the refund is being processed by accounting over 2 months ago and now theyre not answering phone calls. Took money for no service rendered and no refund

All workers were very friendly and professional. Went above to make sure we were happy with their work. Shout out to Diane, answering our questions and conserns.

Scheduled appointment online with confirmed 1st telephone appointment date/time. Sent them email in between our appointment date with details, pictures, etc to expedite the process. The day came and no one called. After waiting 20 minutes, I called them. Savanah was totally disorganized, but apologetic so I decided to continue to next step on-site appointment. Once again, big no show. No calling saying they would be late or not be able to make it. Savanah can’t manage the schedule and their customer service is unreliable. Not going to spend 50k on a remodel with a company that can’t even make it to their own scheduled meetings. That’s a clear sign of a bad contractor you want to avoid at all costs.

This is the second time using this company. The first was a year ago for quartz counters and most recently was for a new walk in tile shower. I was very happy with the end product. I would use them again for other work.

The Affordable Interiors team rebuilt my kitchen after a destructive water damage event. The finished product is beautiful. I really love my new countertops and backsplash, and the team was very helpful and attentive to my concerns as the project was being completed.

Update: they have deleted all of my social media reviews and blocked me for posting this..Unfortunately have to say would NOT recommend this company. Definitely a to good to be true offer. Was left hanging by the salesmen for almost 3 weeks just to get a bid. Id had both an in home measurement and had gone to the showroom and picked everything out. Was told my kitchen absolutely met the special they were running. Then over the next few weeks I was told youre next on my list to then have the associate just flat out stop responding. When I got in contact with the sales manager I was told they couldnt honor that sale anymore because their costs have gone up, but that they would do their best This put me over a month behind in my project. Dont fall for the bait and switch.

We recieved a very high quote for material plus labor. I never heard back from business when I called and emailed asking for a breakdown of materials costs.

Yuri misled us to believing all his technicians were in house. He sub contracted our entire project to another company and took money for merely recommending them to us. His take on the project was over 50%. We later discussed about how un happy we were with the project quality. We were short tile and the ones Yuri told the sub contractors to buy and charge us for were not the exact color. We ordered avalanche and he told them to buy white which placed two mix matched tiles in our kitchen. It was hideous! We never got Yuri to respond so we talked to the sub contractors and they were fed up and told us what they were being paid to do the entire project and Yuri at affordable interiors were charging us more than double to remodel our kitchen. We were heart broken to have trusted someone like Yuri and the company he represents. We never heard back from Yuri again and the contractors said they never got paid from him either and left our project unfinished. Is there no justice or trust between people anymore. I hope to escalate this to the better business bureau. Please do not trust this company and their business ethics.

I had a very small project that I needed counter tops for. They wore able to get me a really nice piece from their remnants and wore able to install for only $600 with a free sink! Easy going company, family like operation, they will be my go to contractor from now on :)

Had a small project that I contacted them about, was reasonable in pricing and very quick turn around time. Exceptional craftsmanship will used them again.

I give them 1 star as the did install the product. The scheduling was a mess - they didnt communicate times. They did not install the window sill I paid for and was on the invoice and drawings. Stating it wasnt part of the bid - Im sorry what? its on both the drawings and estimate. I asked for a receipt, never got a response. The contractor (or employee, im unsure) they sent out to install the countertop acted very rushed, I had to argue with them and babysit every step of the install. They send installers NOT fabricators, so unless your project was measured perfectly (by them) you will end up having a shoddy and rushed installer try to do finish work. They made 1 modification during my install and the cut was very wavy, unsightly, and poorly done. they want to get in and out and collect a check - not about service or quality. Most of the reviews are from phony google accounts that have only ever given 1 review.

Same complaint as everyone else. install went well. had a cracked sink about a year later and could not get a call back. finally, on the 3rd call about this a month later, just requested the manufacturer and item number so i can install myself. once the work is complete and paid for they seem to be poor at following up and returning calls. They did follow up right away once this review posted to let me know about myself though. I will have to order and install myself since they no longer work with the manufacturer.

Me and my wife stumbled upon Affordable Interiors LLC while remodeling our house. My wife being as cheap as she is got a bunch of bids and these guys were by far best pricing by a landslide. We were also skeptical that sometimes you get what you pay for and we wanted some quality. We took the leap of faith and committed with them and couldnt be happier the customer service was on point from start to finish and the quality of work and contractors were very awesome and friendly and very helpful Throughout the whole process we would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.

Never call back, hardly reply customer esp after payment. I feel so disappointed. After I paid, communication is really bad. They made appointment for template measurement with us today from 1 to 3 pm. We take a day off to wait. Until now, no one appear. Called many times and no pick up. They don’t even bother to let us know if they are late. Hope I won’t waste my day off job.

If you are in a budget this is the place to go, they have pretty good options for entry level stone colors. We did compare pricing from Lowes, Home Depot and Affordable came in few thousand less and gave us better lead time as well for completion. Im happy with the process and final product will use them again for sure.

We hired Affordable Interiors to build a fence and redo all the flooring (3300 sq ft) in our house. Colby and Yuriy gave us a very fair estimate and despite a couple of hiccups, were very happy with the results. The end result is wonderful and we hope to work with them again on a few more projects weve got planned for our new house.PS: our stairway is our favorite part of the improvements!

When I got the bid for my countertop I could not believe the price difference from the other companies, in some it was almost $4,000 difference! I did went with Affordable and very happy with my counters I saved enough from them that it allowed me to do remodel in my bathroom! Amazing team, smooth process overall.

Im thrilled to recommend Affordable Interiors!Bernie and his team gave us excellent customer service and a beautiful finished product that we are super happy with. Installation was smooth and easy, and they were even able to turn everything around in under two weeks from the day we got our quote which is impressive considering all the other places I looked into were at least a week out for templating, then another 2-3 weeks for fabrication and another 1-2 weeks to snag an install appointment. Bernie gave us an all-inclusive quote on the spot, his template guy was at our house within 2 days and our countertop was installed a week later. Unfortunately once you sign their contract the communication is dissolved. Communication is the first nightmare, following scheduling of estimates and work. For example, a guaranteed 9 am arrival never showed up until 4 pm... I have yet to receive a final job completion invoice, which was done months ago. The craftsmanship of our kitchen countertop was good although 3 months after it was installed we discovered a chip under the island ledge and now has turned into a visible hair line crack. Affordable has been contacted 3 times in a four week period, they will not return my calls or email. The owner Konstatine Samovlenko has other employees running his Federal Way office. Curious if he realizes how his reputation is not meeting high standards. Our family is in the process of developing 4 new homes in North Seattle and was considering using this company for the granite work. It’s not going to happen now! I’m baffled as to why there are so many 5 star reviews with only a couple poor reviews “sprinkled” in. Could those 5 stars all be friends or family? Their advertising is intriguing and certainly draws you in.... buyer beware!!
