I have to give credit where it’s due and let everyone know how knowledgeable and professional Beau Sullivan was when I went into his store. I was very upset with another AT&T as they gave false information. Beau took immediate action and went above and beyond to help me and made sure I left with a peace of mind. I can’t thank Beau enough with everything he did and if you need anything, def go to his store as he knows exactly what to do and will help you with all your needs.
The employees of the store were all helpful and great people. They found me discounts I didnt know wad eligible for and found me a phone with everything I wanted and more.
I bought a phone here and Cedric would not help me set it up. He told me he spent too much time with me already and Best Buy could help me. I went to Best Buy and they sent me back to AT&T. The mall store helped me transfer my information to my new phone. Very disappointee with the service i received. Im happy the mall store was willing to assist me.
When I arrived at the Federal Way AT&T store some was there to immediately help me. I had a defective older back up phone. So we were able to switch that out for a updated model at a very reasonable cost. I left with a iphone very happy with having resolved the phone problem.

Great service so far, switching from Sprint / TMOBILE.Update: the service wasnt good at my office where I spend about 10 hours a day and depend on my cell phone. So I sadly returned the phone and case I received. However I was informed that they had already sent my trade in phone out, so I was out my trade, then I had to pay a restocking fee, and I dont get the credit that I gave them my phone for. So just be sure you hold on to your phone and ensure you get service where you need it before giving them your trade. Otherwise youre completely left with nothing and having to spend more money. I definitely feel like Ive had my phone and money stolen.

We did because we did not know better. Our order and new AT&T account got severely messed up bouncing between online and phone customer service reps. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to straighten things out, we paid this store a visit. I had the best experience Switching over from T-Mobile to AT&T! Kyle Lewis was super helpful and had a great attitude. I was only there for like 20 mins it’s was super fast and efficient. He got me the exact phone I wanted in the color I wanted. My 3 year old son was with me and he was getting restless and Kyle helped keep him entertain which I super appreciated! My service has been excellent so far! Really happy customer !!
Did not have a good experience here at all. Brand new AT&T customer and probably wont be with the company for long. Went in yesterday to pick up a mobile wifi device. Tony helped me sign up for an account and began setting up the device. There was an issue with the first sim card he put in so he began to replace it. While installing the second card he ran into another issue. I was told I should take the device and that it would work in a few minutes. I confirmed with Tony that the device would function as I needed it to work that evening. He assured me it would be functional so I left. The device did not work. I attempted to call AT&T to resolve the issue but, as Tony failed to inform me that there was a pass code on my account, I could not. I then attempted to reset the pass code online but could not as the only way to change it is to get a text to the line on the account. Since Tony installed the wrong sim card I could not receive the text. I had to come back to the store and they were able to resolve my issues by installing the proper sim card and I was able to set my pass code so I can actually access my account now. Even though the issue is now solved I missed out on a fair amount of income due to the device not functioning that night even though Tony assured me it would. It is very frustrating that I attempted to stay until the device was actually functional but Tony was insistent that I should leave and that he would have it functional in a few minutes. All and all everyone conducted themselves professionally but the fact that I was clear that I needed the device to work that day and was given false promises that it would function just so they could move the line along leaves me with an overall terrible impression of AT&T. I have accounts with Verizon and T-mobile; AT&T is the only company Ive worked with that has cost me money like this by providing with me with a non-functional device with promises that it would work when I needed it to.
We wanted to look into upgrading my girlfriends phone today but also wanted to combine our phones onto the same account so we went out to a location near us in puyallup. When they realized we werent going to make a purchase quite yet, and just asking questions to see what our next steps were,, they immediately shut us out and we felt like we were pushed out the door in 2 minutes.We decided to go the the location in federal way where Cedric Simmons and Quadra Foster answered all of our questions, were extremely patient with us when we were confused, and just made the experience there really good. We ended up feeling comfortable enough to go through with the purchase because of how honest and patient they were with us!We will always be going to this location now!

I went to this store to upgrade my device and the employees there were great. Linda and the managers were very nice. They came to my car and set up my phone and I experienced no problems. I like that at&t is being safe and letting us stay in our car during this pandemic. It shows me that you care. I’ve been a long time customer for about 20 years and I will continue with this company. When we went there, the walk-in has close but we able to do drive-in shortly after the staff greeted us. I was in need of new phone and the staff named Tony was helping us, he explained about the promotion. With his suggestion, I got new IPhone and IPad for very good deal. Thank you Tony! Had been a customer of another carrier, but came in to see what they could offer. The manager was amazing! She took the time to show me what I could save by switching. Spelled it all out for me and made the decision simple. Got my new phne and all the savings were exactly as promised! The personal care from thismanager is what sets this store apart from all the rest!
Really bad experience with Jennifer. Rather than listening to my actual questions she just kept talking over me and essentially sent me on a whole goose chase to get an ID type that they didn’t accept nor did I actually need. Sometimes it’s important to just stop and listen to what another person is trying to ask you instead of plugging and chugging information. She was rude, patronizing and dismissive. Eventually I did get my questions answered by someone else nearly 4 hours later. Wild.
The guys there were a huge help. When the support line wasnt helping me to figure out the issue with my iPhone 12 Pro Max which hadnt shown up, the guys at the store helped me get my phone in a timely matter and helped me fix the problems associated with the situation. They were fast friendly and most importantly understanding. I wasnt very happy at first with the first week of having AT&T because of all the hiccups I ran into, but after my experience working with them I know exactly which store Im going to in the future. So thank you Kyle for the help, and also to the guy that greeted me at the front door (forgot his name) and helped with the overall process as well. You guys keep killin it and Ill keep coming back!

Weve been with At&t for almost 3 years now, and this is our home store. Every single weve gone in, the associates have been nothing but amazing each visit! Whatever issues we had with, either phones or our bill, we got helped quickly, and things got resolved super fast as well. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to Izzy the store manager; shes one of the best managers I know. My kiddo once lost her barbies shoes, and Izzy was so kind to find it for her, & call us so we could pick up. I can go on for days about everyone here, each time we come in they know us by name, and always make each experience better than then the last!
Worst experience my mom has ever gotten!!! She was treated horrible!! The person who “assisted” my mom was so ignorant and did not care for her needs! She was looking for someone to speak spanish and needed her plan changed and instead they talked down to her for not understanding because of the language barrier!! We will not be back and will tell everyone I know not to go back!
Sunday supposed to be my relaxing day but is also the day I have free times to handle errands. My morning started with calling to AT&T customer service and they were unable to help me. They transferred me to different departments. All I want to do is to cancel one line. After one in half hour of calls they told me that i would need to get verified as a customer even after giving my personal information regarding my business account. I came into the store and I had spoken with wonderful Krystal who had assisted me and took her time all the way and with her beautiful smile and great customer service. She had been on different phone calls with customer service for 2 hours with no help either. Krystal is the reason why I didn’t leave to to T-MOBILE. Work on your call center for business customers!!!!! This is very Disappointing being a business customer for many years and not receiving any answers for my escalations. Tony was a huge help yesterday with getting me a new phone. I had run into a previous issue trying to upgrade a broken phone, but Tony was polite and helped try to explain what happened. In the end, he helped me pick out great new phone and got the upgrade settled.

The whole team here was great, they were very willing to help out in a difficult situation. Over the course of several visits within the last week or so, I was constantly treated promptly and respectfully. Again, although everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and helpful, Id like to give a special shout out to Jen. Every time we spoke I did not feel as though I was speaking to a random sales representative but rather a friend who was looking out for my best interest.
They only have curb side service. Worked well till I got done before the car in front of me. Had to back out to leave... Got fast service though!
- [ ] On Thursday, July 21st, 2020, I was feeling somewhat frustrated with my AT&T streaming service not working. After much discussion about my interrupted service by phone with various agents over a 2 day period, I was finally told that in order to get my service going again, that I would have to return my box and re-order my service. So I took off to the AT&T Federal Way store. The service agent Linda came out to assist me. After much explanation about being ask to return the box and to re-apply for service. After being gone for a few minutes, Linda came back out with her store manager Izzy. After re-explaining my situation and after some small deliberation between the two in their office, they both came out with a new box to re-start my service. (On a side note), I told them about how my 10.5 IPad would not charge. They just agreed to take IPad to test it and recharge it. I was happy as a lark. After this point, due to small complications with getting my service re-started, these two young ladies stuck with me by checking on me over a 3 day period until all my issues were solved. Now all my devices are working fine, including my treasured IPad. As a gesture of appreciation, I offered to bring them coffee as I prepared to return to pick up all my devices. And of courses they graciously said no thanks, we’re fine. But as a human myself, I decided to bring them something for their tenacity and patience, so I brought them a dozen of a variety of donuts. Now my thinking has always been, donuts are like popcorn and bacon, in that when you smell them, you want to taste them, then you just start eating them. Well, it worked and the crew thank me for the donuts, which made me happy.🍩 Thanks ladies for the great and genuine service. I must also mention that the other two male agents were just as accommodating as both Linda and Izzy. I would say that, that says a lot about the managerial style and leadership of their manager Izzy.Thanks Again😃

I went in on Sunday evening to get a new phone and trade in my old one. No wait when I went in. I had such a great experience. Staff was friendly and super helpful with a good attitude! Cedric was the member that helped us out. He was really helpful and stayed until my old phones pics and videos were all transferred. Very thankful ! I recommend this location for all AT&T costumers. As we entered the store, we received a warm and professional greeting from Linda.We went to the store to simply purchase 1 new iphone for our sister in law. However, the friendly and excellent customer service that we received from Linda prompted us to want to review our current plan with her.So, after placing our original order, we decided to look into upgrading both of our iPhone 7’s to 11 pros. Linda checked on the 11 pros and the store was out of stock.She then said she could order them and they should arrive in couple of days. We agreed to have them ordered.Sure enough, we received our delivery of our iphone 11 pros within a few days. After receiving our phones, we returned to the store and once again received superb customer service from Linda.I want to say a big thank you to Linda for providing us with a wonderful customer service experience.Linda you rock!

I ordered my direct tv here. At first I was very happy with the service I got from Jen. But after the install and then the bills started to show up. Nothing jived. I went back to the same store and had to deal with being ignored and long waits. Haven’t seen Jen since. I don’t like to be lied to. You can’t trust what they say. Stay away from this store

They resolved the billing issue and took care of everything we needed and more. We appreciate their time and dedication to us. We know right now is not the easiest time for retail as they had to run in and out of the store several times due to Covid restrictions making us wait in our cars burnside. Thank you ladies!

Went here to get a new sim card for a recently purchased phone. This process usually takes just 5 minutes. However, I was told the wait would be an hour and a half. I leave to eat and return 90 minutes later. At this point, Im told they already called my name. For whatever reason, they wont honor my spot in line and claim that I need to wait for another hour. I was polite as I explained myself, but they refused to help. I left feeling extremely disrespected by the employee at this store. Between this and the uncompetitive prices, Im switching carriers. Being a loyal costumer of several years apparently means nothing to this company and its employees.
Cedric Simmons went out of his way to help my family with the troubles we had porting our phone numbers from Verizon to AT&T. The process took 2 days no thanks to Verizon’s customer service. Thank you for the help, Cedric.
Some of the representative is good and helpful. And some of them are just seem like just passing their hours to get paid. I went their and ask about their plan, and they replied look up online. I ask can u change something on my account replied call customer service. Didnt answer any of question. His attitude was why Im not living? Never going there

Terrible customer service. I ordered online to pick up a phone although the 2 reps are busy the manager just sit there not even bother to help just keep looking at his phone instead of just grab the phone so i can leave. Not a great place to get a phone.

The store didnt have any functioning Samsung watchs so they sent me to BestBuy to test them out.. After that I came back and I had to sit for over an hour until I gave up and left.. Both employees were with someone when I got there.. So both employees took over an hour with each person.. Two employees came back from lunch and went in to the back and I never saw them again.. This seems to be the theme with ATT.. Verizon here I come.
Would have loved to have had my brand new Samsung Galaxy S10 set up for me so that when I left the store I would have had a working phone. Finding my way home without a GPS in an unfamiliar area of town left me frustrated and angry after having spent $1200 on a new phone.
My friend and I were here for her to sign up for new home phone service. Not enough associates to help you. Had to wait a long time. They told her it would be one low set price but when she got the first monthly bill it was double what they had told her. So not impressed.

Absolutely horrendous service. Bottom line, save yourself time, money, and frustration and go to any other carrier. Customer service is everything and this branch seriously lacks the training and skill. I cancelled AT&T and went with Verizon. Very happy now.

Spent over an hour, walked away with nothing resolved. Phone went dark suddenly without warning and went in to discuss warranty vs. insurance. After speaking to customer service at work, was referred to the store for assistance. The store employees insisted that this was a customer service issue and they needed to be called....with no phone.After AT&T passed the buck back and forth, no issue was resolved, and I finally left to go to a third party to fix my phone.

I sent my elderly father in to pick up his new iPhone as I live a thousand miles away. The store called me and asked me to make him an authorized user so they could help him. I completed that only to have my dad call me back and say they wouldn’t sell him his new iPhone because he wasn’t going to finance it. I ended up buying it from Apple and having him pick it up at the south center mall. I can’t believe that they force people in to financing anything they buy.
