Best customer service ever!Today I broke my phone and went to cricket to get it replacedTo awesome people did a excellent job helping me today!Not sure what there names were but shout out to them!
Switched from metro to cricket yesterday. Was welcomed right as I walked in the door. I already knew exactly what I wanted and the salesperson didnt try to pressure me into anything I didnt want. He was also really patient with me as I tried to get all the info I needed to switch. Bonus: they turned on Moana on the TV for my daughter to watch while we were doing everything.
It was a good choice to get help (India j) help me to get a new phone for my son great help she was fast and respectful. Help me whit all my questions

Came in to see about upgrading my phone. There were no phones on display. Understandable, but there was only one employee & they had no interest in helping me. Im not really a phone guy; I dont know what the models look like just based off the description on a piece of paper, which is what the employee handed me (price sheet). I told him I would like to see some phones & he proceeded to ACTIVELY IGNORE ME... After about 10 minutes I just left. The employee did nothing for me.Still need a better phone, guess Ill just try somewhere else
New manager Angela Price, very helpful, great conversation. I had an 2 yrs old phone I just bought from somewhere else. She work with me until I were able to do any and everything I need.

Billy at Cricket in Federal Way was dope. Patient and understanding. Great customer service skills. Thorough and efficient. He is a hard worker and wasnt breathing down my kneck to try and sell me the whole store. He was a great listener and relatable. He gets the job done! 👍👍
Called the store around 11 to inquire about a phone . The manger was patient and let me know she would set the phone aside for me. When I arrived at the store I let her know I had called ahead and she quickly got my phone from the back . She helped me set the phone up, and held a great conversation with me . I will definitely be returning, this is the best experience I’ve had this far at any cricket establishment!
Christmas EveI am looking for an Apple device.I call this store.Young lady answers and tells me they do have Apple devices but she cannot tell me which one specifically and if I want to know I have to come in to know what iPhone they have in stock.So now I’m on the phone dealing with a sassy representative They are the only ones who do have iPhones in stock so now I’m driving from Seattle to Federal Way because sassy did not want to tell me.I arrive and they’re closed !Terrible !
Very poor service. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. Rep was helping someone else so I browsed waiting for my turn. When I was trying to see if a phone case on the clearance table fit my phone, the rep proceeded to scold me very condescendingly. Humiliated, I left. This is not how to treat customers.
Went in today and both the girls working were absolutely lovely wish i had gotten there names cause they were awesome. They helped me fix the phone i had purchased there not that long ago. Defiantly will be back ☺
Was denied service at 3 pm on a Sunday because the manager was doing inventory and could not stop to take any customers until she was finished. Apparently she has been doing inventory all day. Rude and unapologetic.
Changing the cell phone carrier is not fun. whenever I had to change phone, internet, etc, most of time, I got bad expression from the staff due to my English problem and lack of knowledge about the service. Today, I was nervous to visit Cricket but the moment the staff - she was Rosa - started explained the service, I finally felt that I came to the right place. Rosa was amazingly patient with my English. All the process was smooth and also she moved my contact info to new phone which i was thinking to do it one by one manually. (see, lack of knowledge about technology) . I was expecting the frustration but she made my day. Thank you Rosa!!
They are super helpful and very friendly. If you need a new phone or help right away use the store otherwise you can do everything they offer online and not have to pay the activation charges.
I just had perhaps one of THE worst customer service experiences of my life at this store. I arrived at this store the first time to a locked door with the lights out, telling me that someone would return shortly from the bank. So I went and did some shopping and returned 40mins later to yet another sign that read: “ Went to Lunch”. So, I sat nearby and waited thinking it was just bad timing... a gentlemen returned to the store, parked his car and with his food hurried inside and locked the door behind him. I went up to the door hoping I could catch him but there was no sign of him anywhere in the dark store, so I knocked.Nothing.I waited another 5-10mins and knocked loudly and this time the representative emerged from a back room, unlocked the door and asked what I wanted. I explained that I had been there twice already and needed some phone service and this guy guy told me with a straight face that he had 20mins left on his lunch break and if I could come back.Seriously??Then he gave me the song and dance about how his Manager requires him by law to take such breaks... welp, you can tell your manager that he lost a customer and I am with Verizon now. Terrible customer service. I’d give it ZERO stars if I could.Hire some more people and make sure they have better customer service skills in the future.End rant.
Yep its just ok. The service areas are not good at all. Especially in a big city where you would expect to have internet and poor connection! I switched from Metro PCS and I wanna switch back!!

I went here to the store with my sister I personally do not have a phone account with Cricket but I was not happy for the simple fact that she changed her phone plan and bought a brand new phone supposedly they program the phone for her but when we left out the store she tried to make a phone call it did not work and therefore we had to return back to the store for another 30 minutes of our life I wouldnt recommend cricket but she would
