Worst customer service ever. I visited cvs 10/30/21 to do a COVID vaccination as a walk in. They had no available slots and she (girl at the table) told me to call around 6 to double check. I called them at 5:15pm, and a person at the phone told me to come as they already had slots for today. I arrived at 5:25, and they told me Sorry, we are closed for today, I showed my phone call to one of them and at that moment another man started laughing ( I recognized the voice that told me that I could come). Finally at 5:32 kind of doctor that was packing his lunch box, told once more we are closed for today. Next time.Next time guys, I would prefer everywhere else. Never come back here, with such a terrible attitude to people. Its a bid step for me to get vaccinated and these employees make me think twice as I dont want such unprofessional staff to deal with my health.Be careful everyone, who is planning to come to CVS at Federal Way.

They never answer the phone, when prescriptions are on back order, they don’t fill them when the item comes in, or contact you to let you know the status. You cannot get through to them, to even ask questions. They put items on hold for no reason, it is horrible at this CVS. I’m switching all my meds back to Virginia Mason Pharmacy! They cost a little more, but at least I always get my prescriptions in a timely and professional manner. CVS is a disaster.

Despite making an appointment online for covid testing and receiving MULTIPLE confirmation emails and texts we showed up at our time only to be told they do not do testing there and we could try going to Renton to see if they could squeeze us in.

Today was the fourth time that I have called this CVS location and had to wait over an hour and a half. Im not saying they pick up after an hour and a half, Im saying thats the point when I got sick of waiting so I called back and talked to the front store this time, just to let them know Ive been waiting. I know they are understaffed, but every time I come into the store, they get through the pharmacy line very quickly, so I think they just dont look at their phone lines so they can prioritize filling orders and helping in-store customers.I have prescriptions that cant be refilled online and need to talk to them. The Fred Meyer and Rite Aid nearby arent much better unfortunately, but at least they ANSWER THEIR PHONE after 20 minutes max.Again, when Im in the store, the service is great, they are nice and quick and helpful, but their inability to answer the phone (the longest Ive waited was 2 hours once) is just ridiculous.

Pharmacy is extremely slow. I came in last night, over an hour after my prescription was sent to this cvs and with 20 minutes to close, was told they are closed and I have to wait until morning. I come back almost 2 hours after opening next day and advised it wouldnt be ready for half an hour. I wait half an hour and then told still not ready with multiple people still in front of me. Never experienced such a delayed response to getting needed medication. On top of this all, the pharmacy staff is rude. Send your prescriptions somewhere else!Edit: the only bright spot at the pharmacy was an employee named Glenda. She was respectful and extremely helpful in getting my prescription handled. Kudos to her!

CVS inside Target in Federal Way WA is the worst! I’m so disappointed, before they became CVS it was an amazing pharmacy experience and all the workers recognized me, there was never long waits. This pharmacy is awful! All the employees walking around behind the counter, like mindless zombies. Not knowing what they are doing & not ever making eye contact. Just standing in line I feel like I’m not even being acknowledged as a customer.Get it together!

Rude Employees. Was treated like a criminal the second I walked in. Tried to use the restroom and was told that it was broke (theyre unisex locking bathrooms x 2) was told that it flooded. Both of them? Lame excuse for a lame employee. This place is awful. Maybe they should rethink the staff. If I could give it zero stars I would

I asked an asian fellow with horrible hair loss “paul” if he knew where i could get some needles for my testosterone replacement therapy. answered rudely “dude it’s at the pharmacy” i mentioned to paul that the way he responded when i asked for help was very condescending. his response “sorry you took it so sensitively” really? this place treats people with zero respect the pharmacy is another story. go anywhere else they don’t value people only want your money .

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff was incredibly rude & they act like you’re a huge inconvenience to them. The guy visibly rolled his eyes when I asked questions and when I handed him my prescription he just tossed it on a desk & walked away. I’ve tried calling multiple times & they DO NOT answer! You sit & wait for 30 mins & no one answers. I had to call a different CVS to find out what happened with my prescription only to be told that it was never put in the system. They are the absolute worse. In addition to that, the store is always a mess & shelves are mostly empty & disorganized. I honestly don’t know how corporate allows them to continue doing business like this.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Often understaffed, slow drive through. Does not apply co-pays assistance card without a hastle. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

This place is a revolving door of employees. The people who answer the phones are so rude and condescending. The two male pharmacist may have the credentials of receiving a degree, but they lack communication, empathy, and solid customer skills. Go somewhere else! You will be constantly disappointed with their lack of consistency and rude attitude.Target CVS in the Commons mall is way better!Their pharmacist is so kind, and he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to medicine!

This is the second day in a row that the drive thru wait has been over an hour because they are conducting COVID tests from the drive thru. This is ridiculous! The lobby of the pharmacy is where the waiting area should be. People picking up Rx’s through drive through should be convenient. Worst pharmacy experiences ever.

Im going to start out by saying Maxwell was an absolute delight. Very kind and easy to work with. ...That being said, everyone else there had me feeling like I was a burden to them. I get stuff can be rough when working with the community, especially during Covid, so I made sure to be apologetic for taking up their time and only going when there was no line as to not leave them feeling stressed, but the others would sigh loudly and get short with me, and when I asked simple questions, I was either interrupted with a quick no and was told on two occasions to just go somewhere else. That being said though, Ive since moved to the Fred Meyer and theyve been having a hard time getting CVS to move anything over and have commented on how this CVS has been notorious for being difficult to work with. So! They tell you to go somewhere else, and then do nothing to actually assist in you going somewhere else. Thank you Maxwell for being wonderful! Could you move to the Fred Meyer so I can continue to work with you there? lol

I have been calling the pharmacy every day this week. The ONE TIME someone answered, after an hour, she transferred me to a pharmacist who picked up after another 15 minute and just hung up on me. Moving all my prescriptions. This is the worst customer service ever.

Fast, friendly & efficient. They made my day!I am required to have a flu shot for my job. As I was on a deadline & like to be prepared, I scheduled an appointment at a competing pharmacy. When I arrived for my appointment at said pharmacy, I found that they did not have any vaccine in stock nor would they have any for several weeks.Concerned about meeting my flu shot deadline, I walked into CVS to see if they had any vaccine. They did. They were able to get me a vaccine within 10 minutes even though I’d never filled a script with them before. CVS to the rescue. Thank you!

Normally theyre okay but instead of having what I needed when I was told it would be ready today they decided to try to be helpful and so instead of having it ready tried to get me to buy more at once. Now Ill have to go back later as having been told it would be ready for me I didnt have time to wait.

Mostly use the pharmacy to refill prescriptions but they always have what I need! Some of the pharmacist technicians are very unpleasant and rude, but aise from them Ive always had positive interactions and the pharmacist will always tell me the closest CVS for something thats out of stock.It takes forever to get anyone on the phone though so either be ready to wait on hold for a long time or just be willing to visit in person.

Now I used to go to CVS like once per month, twice if there are good deals to coupon. When I was checking out last Wednesday, their Asian manager had the nerve to do his 20 questions on me. Asking me where I get my coupons, what I do with the stuff I’m buying and to tell me loudly where there are customers around that it was illegal to resell these. Ok. I have a family that I provide what I coupon, I was not able to answer back to him because I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I didn’t understand the need he had to question me in the first place? Was I stealing what I bought? I paid everything out of my own pocket. For my family. I would have reported him to corporate for harassment if I could.

It’s has been difficult to get one prescription straight. My doctor changed the strength of the prescription that I was taking and she called it in and after a couple of days I was going to pick up and they filled the wrong one Took too long for this to get resolved. I called my doctor office and they called the pharmacy and it took another couple of days to get filled. Then it comes time for my first refill on the new strength and that has been another situation. I am not impressed

Terrible customer service I will never return to this pharmacy. Anastasia needs to be trained or fired because she was an awful pharmacist. I used my RX app and was told I could not use the coupon because my Doctor didnt specify generic or brandname. This store had the brand medicine only in stock so I had to pay full price even though I had both coupons. They are unprofessional when I paid I told Anastasia 3 times to charge my card only 250 dollars and I would pay The rest in cash and she charged my card 280 that I did not authorize. Trust me dont wasteyour time with these people they dont care about there customers.

They used to be the best, but lately all the employees lack common knowledge of prescriptions and customer service. The last 2 months my RXs have been a nightmare to fill and when i call i get a run around, if it continues Ill be switching pharmacies.

The store portion of CVS is fine. The pharmacy is a train wreck! They are incredibly slow, they will let the line back up while one person runs the register and two others are doing I’m not sure what. (No one was in the drive thru so I could likely have gotten into my car and gotten faster service had I forfeit the non-pharmacy items.) When you are not at the pharmacy they are constantly calling you to refill meds or place your medications on auto refill. They are starting to be more like stalkers than pharmacy techs. I am searching for a better pharmacy but I am finding there are not many with better customer service. Bartell’s needs to open in Federal Way!

Very clean and friendly CVS. As a visitor to Seattle, I was impressed on the stores ability to fill my out of town prescription (originally Atlanta). I called earlier in the day to verify his of operation since it was Presidents Day and they gave me the assurance I needed. Looks like a busy location but the smiles were still there. Good job!

I saw physician at 8 15 am and she electronically sent scripts for nausea meds and migraine meds since Im 36 weeks pregnant and havent held anything down in 2 days. I went to pharmacy at 10 30 assuming 2 hours was about a decent wait so they should be done by then and the dr said I could start migraine meds at 10. Pharmacist informed me that they were processing and I would get a text when they were done. Fast forward another 4 hours and I call sincei still havent recieved text to find out hey are stillmpricessing .I ask why its taking more than 6 hours to fill meds and she tells me theres only 2 of them and they were overloaded with flu vaccines all morning. While I agree thats important, so are medications for people . 6 hours to not even have your scripts started is absolutely ridiculous Im really disappointed and upset in cvs@ lack of planning and lack of staffing. The women on shift are trying to keep everything caught up but customers are suffering due to the lack of staff

Terribly unprofessional and unorganized. After making an appointment online to get a Covid test via their drive through they hand wrote a note at their drive through window “due to understaffing we have closed the drive thru Windows please come inside for pharmacy services” I tried calling nobody is picking up. I come inside there are 5-6 staff members. I’ve been to pharmacies manned by 2 people and it worked. How is this understaffed? I tried checking in their “minute clinic” for my scheduled Covid test and it could find me. Then the NP their said that they had to get rid of their tests? And they don’t have any?? Maybe that’s something you should post on the drive thru Window and call those with scheduled appointments because you have their numbers. Drive 30 min there and home to get absolutely nothing accomplished.
