This is specifically for the pharmacy. TL:DR: Dont step away from the pharmacy window if you need to give a signature!!!!!Arrived early to the appointment as asked when you make an appointment. There is a sign in the middle of the pharmacy area that says to check in for appointments. Went over there to check in. A friendly associate let me know that appointments are actually at the last window. A bit confusing but it was pretty empty so nbd. Went to the last window and had to wait as the associate finished up something. After I let them know I was there for an appointment I had to give a signature for the paperwork that I filled out online. There was another customer behind me so I stepped aside so they could be helped while I signed. They ended up having a bit of a longer issue so it took some time to figure out and there was no where to put my paper. When they finished up and I gave my signature and insurance card I got the lovely information that i had missed my appointment so they would just try to get me in when they could. I thought she was joking as I had been there talking to her (literally only woman there) before my appointment. When I asked if I should have just dropped off the paper I was told no. Because there was a line and lines matter. So because I stepped aside I guess I supposedly gave up my space ahead of the person who got in line after me lol for something that literally took five seconds. I cant see myself ever going back to this location but if you need to make sure to refuse to step away until they have completed their interaction with you or you might hear about one of the stupidest ways to miss your appointment!!!!

So busy and parking is a nightmare to drive through and get a spot. However it is a really good store, staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. Their pizza is so good it is impossible for us to shop their and not get a slice for my kids to split. I cannot shop exclusively their sadly, but there are consistent items that I regularly get there and then get little extra stuff from my local grocery.

I really like the self check out lanes. I can get a few items and get out fast.

Great prices but have to be able to store.Cases of soda. Lots of TP. & all paper products. Some very nice clothing. They are always straighten the clothing. I over heard an individual at the register who drank this certain wine & ended up with a headache. She got all her money back. That was interesting. I really like this Costco. They have a sanitation station right as you enter and the staff are generally all very friendly and helpful. The layout of this store is great and I always find the products I come for. Its generally very well stocked.

Quality product and a very good price. Occasionally you have the fools who dont know how to pump gas and they require extra help. For the most though its a smooth operation! I know that I can go there and get what I want at a very good price confidently!

Found my favorite superfood in the pharmacy. Juce.organics is so expensive Unless you buy it at Costco.!! Tastes great and you get 30 drinks….

Nice store, its setup different than all the other Costco stores Ive been in. I like that they still have a register at the food court that takes cash, and the self order kiosks that take only Bank Cards. The Costco closest to my house doesnt take cash at the food court anymore. Parking was hard to find, it seemed like everyone was at that Costco the day I was there. Disappointed that they dont have people who go out in the parking lot to get to motorised carts, and they dont have them plugged in to charge, someone is standing by the doors why cant they make sure that they are plugged in, and that the sign that lets you know its ready or not turned up. I had to sit for over a half hour waiting for someone to be leaving with one that I could use.

Always a great costco they take care of you here, and if your looking for good steak go hear the employees in the butcher department will show you to the right cut for you

Its a Costco... always clean, organized, mostly well stocked and I cant think of a trip that didnt end in stopping by the deli for something delicious.

Busy, but there was still parking available. Items in the store were well-stocked. And the cashiers at the check stands were quick and efficient.

I went on Tues about 1 PM hoping to avoid crowds. It could have been worse but I recommend for those like me, early morning is the absolute best if you would rather avoid crowds. They were almost totally out of wet cat food but aisles full of dog food. If you have dogs, you are in luck. Found almost everything else that I needed. Check out was not too bad, only 3 in front & noticed they now have self checkout as well. Rest rooms clean and they even have distanced sinks. Very cool. Friendly staff.

Costco was good selection but the people were rude. My wife and I are both handicapped and we were cut off at least a half dozen times. Use to shopping Tucson south Costco and the people are a lot more considerate and helpful.

Costco that carries Portuguese sausage from time to time. Currently now is the time.Also Costco is the same as every other Costco. Great service and products in bulk for reasonable prices. Always a good time.

Was interested in buying a couple of womens bathrobes but they only had extra small and small nothing larger so therefore I could not buy any was disappointed

The gas lines move quickly and isnt as busy as other locations.Love being able to come here on a weekend and not have to fight for parking. Also have self check out!

Sundays are, apparently, very busy days here. Also, be prepared to navigate a very tight parking lot, there isn’t a lot of space. The front of the store is blocked off, so you will need to wind your way through the parking stalls instead of going along the ends of the rows.Once you get inside though, it’s a fairly standard CostCo warehouse, brightly lit and clean. This location has self-service checkouts though! Enjoy some food at the food court before steeling yourself to head back into the parking lot fray. Good luck!

Costco isn’t bad it’s the customers that make it annoying to shop there. But I love that you get a lot for the amount you spend.

Parking space was much smaller than other typical Costco stores. Quite crowded and packed.---Shopping at Costco for decades, never disappointed like in 2020 since COVID-19 pandemic. Seems like the products all got virus and the quality dropped a lot. Since early 2020, failed to have any sweet fruits (mainly blueberries, oranges, and watermelon). Blueberries used to have the sweetest in early summer season (usually the first batch from South America) then became plain. Now in 2020 an 2021, purchase a few times for oranges and watermelon. They were all NOT ripe and sweet. At the same time, went back to Safeway and Whole Foods, we found better ones. Also tried different locations (e.g. Issaquah, Seattle, Federal Way, Tacoma, and others on our trip), the fruits were just NOT sweet. Yes there was return policy. But who bothers with groceries?! No idea what was going on but there was definitely some problem with Costco. Not to mention, we also started having some bad experience with other products (including online orders). And Costco no longer providing many new products like it used to do. Some store just kept selling same things, with higher prices. Every empire started to fall when it became big. So does the company.

Fed Way Costco is my home location and theyre also my favorite! Yes its super busy and the entry/exit can be frustrating but they consistently have the BEST selection, BEST staff, and BEST service of all the locations I frequent. Tip - if you go 60-90 minutes before closing the crowds are more manageable! Bring your patience!

I have been going to this location for almost three years never had issue but today I was disappointed because of the way cashier behave to me. I was on queue to check out and she scanned my Costco card and I said Hello. Then I stepped to debit/credit slider ready for the payment then she literally jumped on me and asked me in a different tone (sounded like she was annoyed)Did you say something? as if I said something bad. She sounded like she blew up and I maintained my calm and asked for the box and she told me “you should offload all items from the cart if you want box”. And I did took off smaller items from cart and place on the counter. Then she started talking something about me with her colleague, I completely ignored their conservation. Probably, she was having a bad day it does not mean that she had to express her frustration to customer.I went to through the negative reviews and most of them are regarding employees being rude and that is true which I personally experienced by myself

Stocked with great purchases at great prices..

Costco ordered special Michellin tires for my Jeep and installed them. The tires had to be shipped across the country and it took a while, but it was worth the wait. Very pleased with the purchase and with Costco generally for being there during the pandemic for basic items we all need.

Staff are always helpful. Today without me even asking staff loaded the 12 pack paper.towels onto my electric cart. Once I got to check out staff unloaded my merchandise so that I could pay. They are always helpful. Also if you are a senior they have special pre hours for you to shop.

I have been shopping at this location for two years now. I of course love the prices for the bulk items I enjoy getting. I also appreciate the sales that help me to try new things.I really appreciate the staff. I cannot think of a negative interaction that Ive had at this Costco. There are so many good staff members, but Robert is one that sticks out to me. He is always working to be productive and keep things moving fast as well as communicating well and kindly to me and other customers. I really appreciate hearing him talking with other staff members around him by getting to know them as well as having fuhn with them. Work days can be hard, especially in customer service, and even though Ive never worked with Robert I feel like hed be a great co-worker.I would recommend Costco to my friends, family, and co-workers. I use it for my personal necessities (also non-essentials personal items) as well as supplies for my business.

Ok. I like your products and services, but you can stop forcing employees to do an unexpected Executive account sell pitch right after checking out. That is very annoying, and I know they dont want to do that too. Why not sending me monthly or quarterly emails to tell me how much I would potentially earn with the upgrade?! Who created this whole car dealership sell pitch??

Great place to find almost anything

My experience at Costco has always been pleasant but Monica E. changed that for me. She acts very arrogant and bossy while checking us out. Her tone was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I feel like she needs additional customer service training. She harass us about our card payment instead of offering a better solution. My bf is a Costco member but I am not - we share the same household. When I pull out my debit card to pay, Monica said, NO, you cant pay with your card you need to be a member in order to use your card. She further added OR you need to be added on his account if you want to use your card. Alright, rules are rules I get it and my bf has his card too so no big deal. Costco obviously doesnt do a great job because, we also shop here with my disabled mom, she uses her own debit card and shes not a member but we never had a problem. Monica E. Just really dislike us so she decided to keep our experience unhappy. She obviously knows how to keep customer frustrated by being very argumentative and discriminatory with our age. She asked how old I was because my bf was buying an alcohol. I told her Im 26 and Monica was like REALLY?! I find her remarks very offensive, she always displays a resting B* face the whole time . No one should be asking about age first of all, its inappropriate. I hope that costco will see this so Monica can be brought to higher ups attention. Also if Monica will see this, I have an advice for you, just stay at home if you are having a bad day, dont project it to your customers.

Who doesnt love costco? But this location is exceptionally good because of its layout, and the parking situation. Very convenient easy to get in and out of.

Look, its Costco, theres a few things to expect. Food and samples are dope, but the people who occupy the parking lot are dopes. Seriously the parking lot entrance situation at this location is the worst Ive seen. No one outside directing traffic or anything, the bottle neck happens right there at the only entrance/exit for the gas pumps and the main entrance from the road. Honestly if they improved the design I would have nearly no reason to hate going to Costco.

No matter what I go inside to get Im always out the store within a few minutes. Very friendly and someone always near by to assist.
