This location can be busy, so, I shop later in the day to avoid long lines.The staff has always been courteous and helpful!

The longest wait of any pharmacy I have ever been to. I signed up for their text message option to notify me when it was ready to be picked up because she said it would be about an hour. I showed up without receiving the text message an hour and a half later because they were 10 minutes away from closing.I was able to pick up the prescription but never received the text message until after I picked it up???

Very long wait to run my insurance, which Ive seen them do in seconds at other Walmart pharmacies. No explanation as to why I was made to wait. Only it will be just a few more minutes. So far it has been an hour. Still waiting.

Worse pharmacy in Federal Way. Staff is lazy in assisting transferring prescriptions, no understanding of basic knowledge of customer service!!! Really the worst pharmacy

No wonder you guys have 2 stars, your service is so bad. I feel sorry for who ever is in charge of this place. This place is horrible their staff never know what the hell theyre doing.

I only have gave them 1 star so I could comment otherwise I wouldnt have gave them any star and be able to tell the public this is THEE WORSE pharmacy!!! After being discharged from the hospital, I headed to this disaster to fill my new prescriptions. One was two serious cardiac medications (though common) and they had run out and told me to check back another day. Another day? Wow! My physician wanted me to take it that morning when filled as a condition of my hospital release. There were two other meds, common, but important. Guess what...?, Yes... Check back another day! What day? They couldnt borrow from the 35, 000.00 other Walmart pharmacies? So I went home ill, needing my medication,and no real answer as to when I could get them. I only went to WM because it was insurance friendly. ( Premera BC/BS ). The store was tiny and dirty. Parking ... ? Never good at a Walmart.

Friendly staff and good prices. You can call ahead to speed up your visit.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Horrible service in the store and over the phone. You think they would know how to pronounce the names of the medications. They have me bring in my insurance card every other week because they are having problems checking eligibility.
