My husband recently bought a ring from Kay Jewelers in federal way. When I took it in for my sixth month inspection, Tara the manager looked over the ring for me. She was helpful in explaining what she was looking for and even remembered selling the ring to my husband. I look forward to my next visit!

Be careful when buying the extending warranty! It covers sizing only...... never got a confirmation email that my ring was recieved at their service center. Have to go in every 6 months to have your diamond inspected, only to have them try to upsell. When you lose a diamond 3 months after the inspection plan to have to pay to get it fixed/replaced. This place is a joke

Manager was not very friendly. Also was told the charm I ordered would be in within 5 days like the necklace I ordered and it ended up taking 2 weeks. First and last time going here.

If i could do a negative star I would. Manager Tara White still argued and raised her voice because she had promised to size a neil lane for a month now. Never called to check in with us, I had to keep calling and still didnt apologize for not keeping us in the loop. Tried to blame the original store for their mistakes stating that why did you bring it here than. Incapable bunch of employees who have no customer service. Not recommended atleast not this location.
