Extremely busy at this time but the cashiers were effecient.

Went to get gas before work and my debit card wouldnt work because someone had attached a skimmer to the outside credit card machine. Lucky for me they only tried for a dollar before the bank caught it.

Right now the store is the weather in disarray because theyre doing some remodeling and moving lots of groceries around inside the store.. The staff is very helpful however if you cant find something. There is hot food at the deli as well as deli meats of course.. The producers pretty good.. There is a meat counter which has excellent service.

Nice and courteous staff! Gr8 parking. And not asked for money from vagrants. Been shopping here for over 10 years. Other businesses have come and gone in the plaza but Safeway holding steady.

Used the Safeway fuel station today. Put the pump in and locked it in the fueling position so I wouldnt have to stand there squeezing the pump for 20 gallons. After some time I realized it should have shut off and noticed it was overfilled and still going, spraying gas out the vent holes of the pump handle. Ive been pumping gas for about 30 years and when the tank is full the pump is supposed to shut off. When I complained about getting doused in gasoline and spending about $15 more for gas than i could actually use I was told that I wasnt using the pump correctly and that now she (the station attendant) was going to have to go out and hose the area down. Gonna spend a little extra at a higher priced station from now on. At least there Ill be able to use the gas that I pay too much for. Also wont be given condescending lesson in how to pump gas.

I feel like this particular Safeway and I have a complex Love/Hate relationship if you will??I absolutely love the location of the store as far as convenience getting in and out of the parking lot as well as it being fairly close to the I-5 and even closer to Hwy-99. I also very much enjoy the fact that this store is almost always super clean, organized, and well-stocked.Now unfortunately there is just one downfall to this Safeway location. To be honest I find it very odd because this is something I usually pride all other Safeway locations on no matter where they are located but not this one... Every time I go into this store I find that the customer service I receive is extremely rude (if you can get someone to help you at all that is.) In general, just walking around the store you will not see many employees to ask if you happen to have a question. And dont even get me started on the cashiers..... I mean, Talk about hating your job?? And people for that matter!Its actually very sad because I now will completely avoid going to this location because of this. With that said I would like to note that the gas attendants are almost always very kind and helpful.

The store is fine, the only problem is they have no carts have the time. All the homeless people from the transit center area steal them all. Was there the other day shopping and they literally had no carts for people to take!

The prices are high in the bathrooms are dirty. Im sure it looks like theyre remodeling it though. I wish them luck as I have always loved Safeways. People are friendly and the staff were all doing their jobs. Still Standing very sketchy part of town right now.

I only ran in to go to the bathroom and grab a few emergency items baby wipes hair ties ect and for starters the bathroom did not have toilet paper or seat covers 👎 and than the store is under construction and everything is moved around from last time I was there so I walked up and down the isles a few times trying to figure everythings new locations. And I seriously had 3 different managers walking by me one at a time giving me dirty looks, looking me up and down ect. The Last lady came up with a cart and just stood next to me acting like she was doing something relevant. So I walked in a big huge circle stopping randomly to see if this was really happening and unfortunately it was. Now Im used of this happening because it happens to me all the time but I hate it. It is so embarrassing. Im not doing anything wrong and I hate when people treat me like I am. I was in there spending money just like everyone else but because Im brown and I look a little rough its because I have a teething 9 month old in the car with a diaper rash and her normal wipes are too much for her delicate skin hence the reason I needed to stop in there. If it werent for her Id have gone somewhere else. But needless to say thats probably the last time they will ever see my money again. Super disappointed.

Its just your standard Safeway. Well I shouldnt say standard..... this one is actually a little bit better quality than most of the smaller ones youll find around the area. This one is kind of like the pride and joy of the area as far as safe ways go. they keep this one cleaner nicer have better displays bigger selection. Things like that. theres a Starbucks inside. Theres a butcher bakery. Also a deli with fresh meats and sandwiches and things like that. Decent friend and baked chicken. Pretty reasonable for a quick lunch.

Im done shopping at safeway, this is the 3rd time in a row, there are no shopping carts or baskets, i had to find one in the parking lot, only 2 cashiers and long lines took me longer to pay than shop, the shelves are in disaray...who ever is managing this store needs to be replaced

Swapped to this pharmacy from CVS because of how kind and considerate the pharmacists and staff are. Now we just kinda grocery shop here, too, because I appreciate the variety of baked goods, fresh produce, and cheeses.

I use the curbside pickup, which had been excellent, but the last two times the order has been late, forcing me to call, not notified, and no receipt provided. One order was incomplete, forcing me to return to the store. Someone needs training!

I shop at the Safeway frequently and I also eat out of their deli frequently their fried Chicken hands down has the best crisp ever along with their JoJos which is my comfort food! I also like all the deals that they always have which makes my grocery shopping budget stretch a bit further.

Great place to shop basically the same company as Vons and Albertsons a lot to chose from though a little less than Albertsons, but again use the app to save money.

If you have to go to Safeway on 320th, expect drug addicts asking for money or twist-a-flexn in there own world. And more than likely there will be a couple of F.W.s finest giving you hard looks as you walk in standing near the doors. Lock your doors and I wouldnt leave young kids unaccompanied in your vehicle.

They have amazing Chinese food and chicken already cooked. The store is clean and will maintain. For a Safeway the prices are about normal which are too high. There are a lot of homeless in this area so make sure you lock your car. The store overall is a great store.

Worst Starbucks in this safeway, rude employee. WE ordered coffee and pastries this morning, She served us food from the DISPLAY CASE which is so disgusting, she also made our coffees so sloppy, slammed doors which fell off,threw the food on the counter like we were dogs. We had to throw away the food for fear of food poisoning . We spoke to the manager Jeff about it and he said their employees that work at the Starbuck kiosk are Safeway employees. He handled the situation OK But its not alright to treat customers like animals if YOU dont have the skills to control yourself then they should not hire people like that ! This is by far the worst experience weve had and especially from a Starbucks/SafewayWe will do ourselves a favor and not return here

To many people in line and few registers open. The cahier had trouble with her register n had to call someone which took even longer.

Clean organized and very good customer service. Even though shoplifting has became a huge problem throughout King County, Pierce County, and even Seattle and thats just to name a few. I appreciate the extra effort and steps that this Safeway in particular has made. Making sure everyone has a clean, quiet, and most of all a SAFE shopping experience and making sure we all return home safe with nothing to worry about

Im eating the cheap chicken Monday deal and it is so good! All hot food there is great quality. I go hear just about every day. The only critique I have is that the restroom was extremely filthy. Overall very good Safeway! I will be back soon!

I would give it 5 stars if they took care of the people in the parking lot/opening of the doors stopping and asking for money all the time or smoking right by the door. Im a smoker and thats just rude.

I like this store and its pretty clean inside the outside attracts unwanted people.My worst experience is,I had gotten cashback at selfcheck and they immediately took action and looked at the video (took to long) and watched the people who I stated stole from me however, there was absolutely no help in getting my money back. I even confronted the people who stole from me and of course they denied it and left the store before police could be called. I just feel that the associate could have listened before watching video and held those people (on my word) in the store due to the fact they were the only people in the line for the register and then watch the video to confirm and the people would have been arrested and I might have gotten my money back $40.The manager was awesome in helping me and went above and beyond her ability the best she could.I do feel Safeway could have at least given me a store credit or something to help compensate me for the loss because we all know they can afford it.

Woman who regularly works at the meat/seafood counter is NOT NICE, NOT FRIENDLY, NOT HELPFUL. Flat out rude and acts like you’re bothering her by coming there. Is that not her job to help people?

Homeless all on the sides and front of the entrance of the store…awkward…store is clean at least employees don’t talk not a single acknowledgement, not if I was finding anything, not even a nod. Only reason I come here now and then is because it’s right next to my gym.

I’ve definitely been in better Safeway stores. Also, it’s rough at night but it is by a transit center. That said and given the circumstances the employees have good attitudes.

Have mixed emotions about this store I used to work there so I knew alot of the people and never had a problem would go to this Safeway even though they were more expensive then after a day of shopping and spending over $200 as I walk out the door the manager stopped me and accused me of stealing I tried to explain to him that the cake he said I was stealing was paid for at the time of order and he accused me of stealing$5 chicken that was paid for with rewards tried to explain it to him he didnt want to listen and banned me from coming in so I contacted cooperate office who took care of the problem and they told me I could go back in but for 8 months I did not cuz when the manager stopped me it got all over the store and I was embarrassed I just now started going back in and people remember me I just wish that manager would have apologized cuz I see him all the time other then that it was great store it just lost my respect

I stopped at Safeway to pick up a small salad for lunch and was happy with my salad. Unfortunately, I also used the ladies room and it was filthy. I did see that they were getting ready to clean it when I came out.

Wouldnt be enough room to list all the issues Ive had in this store. As a disabled person with no car who lives directly across the street its still not worth going back.

I went to get a veggie tray for a party but they didnt have any! I had to go to somewhere else to get it.

Love the store and the employees there are always helpful with the just for you app. However to Safeway corporate very unhappy that the app never works properly or often has wrong prices and waste the clerks time having to adjust everything on ones receipt when they try to just use the app that you provided. Please fix this 🙏! Make your app, simply, more easy to use. TY, A.

The costumer service the best

I was a frequent shopper and a girl who works there became very friendly and hugged me. I bought her a flower and some chocolates and security escorted me off the premesis telling me not to shop there anymore because I had harrassed her. I was shocked and saddened at this outrage.

We shop here often. My hubby uses this pharmacy. With the state opened back up, I was wondering why one of the entrances is still blocked? Its very inconvenient.

Safeway has turned to the dogs since another company purchased the old Safeway. They dropped all their good brands. Now they selltsell cheap brands but highly inflated prices. Safeway is a joke nowadays. Youre better off going to Walmart.

I was persued aggressively and verbally accosted by an employee named Jackie. She started harassing me with her name badge conspicuously concealed under pricing stickers. I was shopping and had removed my mask to drink coffee. Jackie followed me around the store while insulting me, saying I should just leave the store, and threatened that she could get more aggressive. She walked behind me throughout the entire store. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Not such a safeway to shop after all.
