Dezmond was pretty helpful. Had to ask for assistance and wasnt greeted or acknowledged to first few minutes I was there standing in front of the register. No employee was visibly in the store part. Dezmond went out of his way once I asked him for help though so gave good rating.

Good paint, really great quality .. but wish they had better customer service agents. They could not match the color choices, and no other option? They called Home depot paint as cheap stuff, then they should provide reasons why thir paint is more expensive, in my opinion. You cant get this color, choose something else? I would go to Home Depot the next time.

Employee was too busy eating & would not come out of the office to help me. I looked into the window office & he struggled at me as I left....

Horribly long wait time for one gallon of paint. No other customers to help and it still took over half an hour to mix one gallon of paint for me. Horrible service. Do not recommend

Ive used Sherwin Williams paint for 24 years now. Only one other store has helped me the way this store did and that store is in Mt Pleasant Michigan that I used for 18 years. Ill be sticking with this one as well

QUALITY PAINT, EXCELLENT SERVICE. A bit high in price just hit the sales. Employees always steer me to the right paint for the job Im doing. Plan on waiting, they give everyone they help the time they need to make decisions. Worth the wait, worth the sale price.

Order was quickly processed and the associate was excellent in helping me with color selection. Loved the curbside pickup and would recommend to everyone who needs a superior product and experience.

This is a pretty small store. Its a paint store that we visited because my husband is flipping a house. He was looking for a particular kind of waterproof paint for a deck. He was not able to find the product he was looking for and we had to visit Lowes to find it. You would assume that a paint store that specializes in paint, would carry all of your paint needs. I would suggest Lowes or a Home Depot if youre speaking of variety.

Went in asked for semi-gloss exterior. Got home it was Satin. Called, the guy I spoke to said come in they’d make it right. Drove the 30 minutes back only to be told there is no exterior semi-gloss. The sales person who originally helped me told me I didn’t say semi-gloss. I KNOW I did. He just smirked and said there was nothing he could do. I have gone to this store for years because of great service. Never again.

Very low low stock on brushes and paint rollers. Couldn’t get brushes at a paint store cuz they are out.Paint is very pricey and can’t make returns if the color or quality of the paint is not what you expected. Lowe’s tales paint returns for any reason!!!

I wont allow for no stars so I gave it one star. I used the visualization tool on the SW site to upload my homes picture and tried various colors of paint on the picture to find what I was looking for. After finding the color I liked the best I went to the store and bought a sample. $8 is more than twice what Lowes and Home Depot charge for a sample but I bought it any way. I was extremely disappointed as the color was no where near the color portrayed on their visualization tool. Total waste of my time and $8.

Staff introduced themselves as soon as I walked in. They were helpful and quick to get me set up for my painting job. I plan to come back again when I need paint!

They had our order ready. It was from the prior day, so they took a few minutes to put it on the shaking machine while I paid.

Saleswoman there had no idea how to match a paint sample even though I asked her to computer match it. Constantly answering the phone when I tried to talk to her even though there were four employees in the store and only two customers at the time. Their paint is great their people are terrible

That the stores are well designed and equipped to support both professional and the non professional requiring any level of guidance and support, and that their materials and supplies are top quality.

They have great paint .....I have used it for years in our painting business... would recommend it to anyone...

Quality products and excellent service

If I could leave negative stars I would. We called in our order at 8:10 am was told it would be ready by 9:30. When we arrived at 12:00 I waited in line for 15 minutes when I finally got to the counter they couldnt find my order. I left, we called back to speak to a manager we were told he would not be in for about a month, we then asked for the acting manager, he wont be in for 2 days. When we explained the issue we were told oh, we found your order slip right after you left, but we are out of the item they had our phone number and couldve called, instead they told is they found it in Olympia and WE COULD drive there to pick it up. If my HOA hasnt forced us to use them we would NEVER go back. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.Follow up - was contacted by SW customer service who directed us to Santy. Santy was very professional and took good care of us. Much appreciated it.

Their service is the worst I called to order paint nd they said it was going to be ready in 20 minutes,when I arrived to the store 30 minutes later and I asked for my paint and they asked someone else how to put that formula in the computer. My order wasn’t even started I waited for 30 more minutes there and at the end they came with some bs that they didn’t have one gallon of my trim paint and i told them that’s why I called to make sure and they told me they just found out. This store sucks big time
