I have been coming to Corey for all my cell phone needs for a few years now. When I was told a plan with at&t could be cheaper I knew I had to call him. I’ve since moved all the way to Hawaii but called up this store just so Corey could assist me. He saved me about 60 dollars on my cell phone plan with the same amenities that I already had AND an upgrade+insurance for both me and my husband. He even stayed past the time he was supposed to leave the store just to help me. 10/10 excellent service and my new phone will be here in only a few days.

Madison Browning, Jessie Lalumiere were extremely helpful and professional from the minute I walked into the door to the minute I left, they are very knowledgeable sales reps, extremely good customer service, A+++ for me and helped me save tons for switching from sprint to AT&T

So we came in today around 4ish for my mom to get another phone, she decided to get the iPhone 12 and the man that was helping us named Jessie, was AWESOME!!! He was so sweet and kind and answered all of our questions and was just outstanding! I will be back to purchase my iPhone 12 soon! Thanks Jessie! And great job!

For small purchases like a SIM card or significant ones like changing over to AT&T TV, the staff at the Fernandina Beach AT&T store are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, even when having to abide by and enforce mask wearing and social distancing. So familiar are young Corey and James with all the AT&T products that they manage to put customers at ease by listening and by resolving their needs with prompt attention. Personable, gracious, and intelligent on a wide spectrum of topics, these two staff members are refreshing in their approach to all customers.

Bryce gave me the best experience ever. He was very knowledgeable and helpful; he delivered us a total satisfying experience. I totally recommend him and his store to anyone considering an AT&T device. Rick

The store manager along with the employees were very kind and helpful in switching phone services and setting up our phones and watches.

Corey and James were great to work with. They walked us through the entire phone set up and also showed us some things about our new AT&T TV and how it operates. I have been to numerous AT&T store but their service was the best.

We came into the store at around 5pm and Corey attended to us and treated us like family. We were availing of a family plan and we ended up finishing past 7pm. Corey made sure to take care of all our needs and he exemplified the true meaning of service. I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed the service he gave us. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations I had. If anyone ever passes this place I give you my word that you wont only get a new plan or phone but will get something more meaningful.

The staff at the AT&T store on Sadler were knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and will shop again soon at this location. In the meantime, I will thoroughly enjoy my new 11pro IPhone.

Holly got me set up quickly with a SIM card for my new unlocked phone. She greeted me with a smile and was friendly, courteous and professional. Made sure my phone would make calls before I left. Store manager Corey was also on hand--very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these two for assistance with AT&T products and services. I have been in this store in the past, and have noticed the staff were extremely courteous to and patient with older, non-tech savvy customers.

The staff, Rachel and Rasmine, led by Corey McKie, is without a doubt outstanding. No question goes unanswered, no request for help is ever refused no matter how busy. His personality is perfect and is well suited for his position as manager. He should be considered for higher positions within the AT&T organization. I came in to get a new phone on November 11th (after a week with no phone!) and Rachel was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. She answered all of my questions and recovered all of my Apple info! Best AT&T employee I’ve worked with in 25 years with the company! Thank you!

Store was closed despite being business hours (Friday after 9am and before 7pm) not a holiday. No sign on door indicating why.

This location is an AT&T authorized reseller, not a corporate store. As a result, the service is a little less attentive and the location is a little seedy. Once those expectations are managed, the gentleman was able to create a new account for my daughter in what seemed like an average amount of time for any cell phone provider. (That is, it always takes way too long no matter what provider you use. What the heck are they doing? Is it really that hard? If so, why?) All in all, this is an average AT&T reseller location - for better or worse.

This location with Corey at the helm and with Sharelle as a customer service agent should be a training class for top notch customer service for all AT&T retail stores

A short drive to the Fernandina Beach store to provide you with better service. Bought 2 iPhones on a BOGO Free, computers went down and had to come back to complete the sale the next day. Salesmen held the phones for us...following day my wife went in to finish the it since I had to work and the salesmen without my acknowledgement switched the phones for one priced $400 more. I had just cancelled my sprint plan the same day and was away on business with no phone...got stuck paying $800 more for 2 phones. He also never rang it on the BOGO - so now having to fight ATT customer care to get some money back. I approached the salesman about it and he simply said “Sorry man, not sure what happened.” As in “sorry I ripped you off and did a shady act to upgrade you and to make a bigger sale.”as Step brothers put it....“I won’t use their store again. Never. Never ever! Even if there’s a fire!”

Had an awesome experience with all of the staff here. Mack, Johnathon and Doug were all very attentive and welcoming to every single customer who walked in the door. Im not very tech savvy and they were amazingly patient and helpful with all of my issues.I live in Yulee and opted to go to the store on the island as the store in Yulee was not welcoming on both off the occasions I stopped in there. Was never greeted or acknowledged either time after more than being in the store more than 10 minutes on the 1st visit. Only gave them 5 min on the 2nd visit and was spoken to.Will definitely be back to the store in Fernandina for any help or issues.

DSL is supposed to be faster now. Not like Comcast cable fast though .
