Had to have my son’s iphone 7 battery replaced. The job was done in less than 2 hours, price is super reasonable and I don’t have to drive to downtown Jacksonville at the apple store.

Came in for a cracked screen not the lcd screen. and the guy at the counter said i would have to take it to Jacksonville. I even told the guy i had the screen, and he tells me if i didnt pay $100 for the screen then is not going to work lol so needless to say its not phone ResQ its apple ResQ. There are more phones than just iphones. Worst experience ever.

These guys are great! Went in to get a cracked screen fixed. After they fixed it, the phone glitched. I took the phone back in and they upgraded the screen at no cost to me. They are quick and very knowledgeable. I would recommend any phone issues with these guys!

Justin was very helpful and had iPhone ready in several hours at time promised. Good work and upgraded the battery from what was in it originally. Returned and had him replace shattered screen on iPad Pro. InstalledScreen and flatten the frame to eliminate any gap to heavily damaged iPad. Very pleased with the quality of repair. Came in today with a problem regarding my iPhone screen not functioning correctly. Apple was wanting to charge me half of what the phone costs to replace it. Phone ResQ did it for a quarter of the cost and had it back to me within 2 hours. Super friendly staff who fixed something that I’ve been having issues with for months. So far very happy and would definitely recommend.

Very polite and quick to fix my phone. The front screen and the back was cracked really bad on my IPhone XR. It looks new now and the price was very reasonable.

Great shop, customer oriented, say what they will do and follow up on issues. Since I work with phone resq I no longer use other large Chains such as Stapled and such because I get such a better service at phone resq. They actually care :-)

Ive had screens replaced by them on both mine and my wifes phone. They do a great job!

My husband and I have used their services a few times now and always been very happy with them - but this last time really put them above and beyond in my book. My phone had water damage and had to be replaced (in fact I had already received the replacement via my insurance program) but I hadn’t backed it up since the beginning of the year. The phone was still partially functioning but due to screen issues I couldn’t unlock it to back it up so that I could restore my replacement phone with all the info on my broken phone. The guys at Phone ResQ totally saved me by putting a temporary screen on the broken phone and letting me hang out in the shop for the full 4 hours it took for a complete back up of all my data! They were incredibly accommodating and the cost was so reasonable. I can’t recommend (or thank) them enough! They will definitely always be our go to for phone, tablet, etc. tech issues!

I have used the services of Phone ResQ twice ...they are great! They fixed my phone VERY quickly at a reasonable price both times. They are also polite, eager to help and answer my questions. I would highly recommend them. We are fortunate to have them on this little island.

Not bad at all. Cheaper than other places on the island and the replacement glass they use doesnt accidentally actuate the mute or speaker when you put the phone next to your face. They quoted me an hour and were done slightly faster than that. For my expectations of the service provided, they fulfilled all of them. Will definitely go to this place over others for future phone issues.

I took my phone to get the glass replaced. Turned out that the replacement part they received was not for my phone; bummer. However, Andrew suggested that i contact AT&T Insurance and pay the deductible & get a new phone. I did and they (ATT) sent me a new phone. Phone ResQ was more interested in helping me fix my problem, than getting my $$. If i need phone work in the future, im going back to them. jz

LOVE this group!!! I dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen. In less time than I would likely have been on hold with the insurance company, and for less than half the insurance deductible, I was up and running again!!!! Super helpful staff. I had an iPad Air that I dropped and needed the power connector fixed. After diagnosis it was damaged beyond repair. No charge for the time they took to open the iPad up and figure out what was going on. Highly recommend Phone ResQ.

I had an emergency situation with my phone and Phone ResQ resolved the issue. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I appreciated their immediate attention to my phones problem.

Took my phone in because it would not charge. Had been told by my carrier that the phone could not be repaired but they had taken no time to see what was wrong. The guy at phone resq looked at it, checked with a technician in the back, and said if they had the part they could repair it in about an hour. It needed a new mini USB port. I left my phone and it was repaired in an hour. I couldnt be happier. The price was reasonable and the repair was done quickly.

I have used this service several times and been disappointed. They have typically overpromised and under delivered. Each time the service was not on-time, parts not in-stock, and I was charged more than estimated price. I have also had to return twice to have the work re-done because of quality/workmanship issues. I do not plan to use this service again in the future.

Amazing is what Phone Res-Q is, they fixed my sons IPad after he broke the headphone chord in the IPad. They also have me a great price on an IPhone 6plus so I bought that while I was there. Wonderful experience! My phone had a busted screen and the LCD display was going crazy. They were able to order the part that day and offered a very resonable $15 next day shipping charge (If I wanted) to get it fixed faster. I definetly wanted it fixed before the weekend so that was fantastic! Brought my phone back the next day at 12:30pm and had it back at 3:45pm . Phone worked great, screen looked awesome and I was super happy. Everyone was very kind and nice to me and I would definetly recommend them to everyone with phone issues. Will use them again in the future if I need to, but hopefully I dont ever see them again, Haha!

Brought phone in with cracked screen to have it replaced. After it was replaced the mic stopped working properly as well as some of the touch functions. They said bring it in to look again, ok brought it it and they said it was ‘fine”, user error...Um...It worked prior to this repair...Leave the place not thrilled, but maybe I am missing something....after a week or more it definately is not working, cannot use Siri at all...Bring it back again, this time the guy is very rude, condescending and arrogant still saying you don’t know how to use the phone and the phone is fine....Whatever... after multiple trips to this place it’s obvious they aren’t going to fix it. Take the phone to the apple store and their diagnostic comes back (i can share with folks that are interested in seeing) saying that the mic is not functioning properly, etc. The tech points out that the screen is bad or was installed improperly, we noticed too that if you look at the screen it is definately very wavy compared to the other iPhones we have at home. We posted reviews on Facebook and were promptly blocked by Phone ReqQ, and even worse were PM’d that we have been reported to Facebook for slandering their business....The reality is the phone has been there multiple times and not fixed, the proprietor has insisted the phone is fine and it is not their problem. It’s not slander if its true justin....I would be happy to share the Apple Tech Report with you or anyone else, but since you have blocked me I can’t share it - I might share it on another review though if you think it would help you to figure out what may have been done wrong, but we won’t come in and be treated poorly anymore.

My Samsung tv started acting up and I brought it in to them. They did everything they could to diagnose the problem but eventually recommended replacing the main circuit board. Works like new and it cost 1/3 of replacing it. Thanks!

Went in to fix iPhone battery draining too fast. after three batteries and $55.00 problem not fixed as well as leaving without my original battery as it was thrown away.

Nexus tablet was bricked and needed to be reflashed. Fast, inexpensive and done right. Couldnt ask for more.

Twice Phone ResQ has saved me. I am an old loyal customer to Apple but their service is never available anymore. Yay! Phone ResQ to the Rescue. They put me in a new keyboard after I somehow got water on my keyboard and it began to stick and even explained to me how to clean it because that was probably the problem. And when my MacBook Air was no longer working properly they rebooted the computer back to factory settings and saved all my info on a external hard drive and for a very reasonable amount. I Don, t hate it but I love others places better

Gwen Chesnut: I am so glad that we have Phone Resq on our little island. Since moving here 18 months ago,I have jumped in the pool twice with my cell phone. In May 2016 they were able to retrieve my data and I purchased a refurbished Samsung and was very pleased. In January 2017 I again went swimming with my phone for about 10 laps before realizing my cell phone was on me. Went immediately to PhoneResq. I ended up purchasing refurbished iPhone that turned out to be a lemon. Phone Resq tried diligently to make this phone work. Eventually they repaced the phone with another at no cost to me. Thank you Justin for your great customer service and making sure I was ultimately satisfied. I hope I have learned my lesson not to swim with phones, but its good to know Phone Resq is here if It happens again.

Fantastic super great service!!! I think he saved my life...well my phones life anyway!!!

First time I dropped my Ipad the connector on the bottom got smashed, still worked but was difficult to keep hooked up. Second time i dropped it the protective glass cover almost totally shattered. No glass fell off, just cracks ALL over. I continued to use it for several months like this, which turned out to be a true PITA!!!! At Christmas 2016 wife and I left our mountain home in North GA and traveled to Fernandina Beach to spend holidays with family. Grandaughter looked at my Ipad and fell on floor laughing, grabbed it and ran out the door with it. Took it to ResQ for repair. Couple days later...and this was during Holidays!!! ....I get my Ipad back. Literally, I was flat astounded!!!! The repair was waaayyyy better than I expected!!! Totally renovated!!! Now, a full month later, with daily usage, there are absolutely no problems...!!!! Ipad works perfectly and .......if we have another computer problem we will jump into truck and race to ResQ!!!!BTW....theres not enough stars ...should be at least Ten (10) !!THANK YOU !!!!!!

Brought my iPad mini 2 in for a button repair. I was over charged from the original price quote and still waiting for refund to go through after 8 days. Had a problem with the top of the screen having a dead spot . Brought ito in again to have that fixed and then having more problems with lines on the screen and other issues on this past Thursday. Was told I would get a call with an update. No phone call. On Saturday I called and no one answered.  On Monday around 12 pm I called asking for an update and the employee was referencing the button issue, and that it seemed to be fixed. I asked if there was someone there who could update me? He said no. I asked if I could talk to the tech working on it. And he started to yell at me that he was trying to help me and answer my questions.  I tried to tell to explain that there was more wrong with the iPad. He then ended the the conversation,  Have a nice day. Bye and hung up on me. I went to the store Monday evening and it was the same employee who I had spoken to over the phone. It started out me trying to explain I work nights, need my iPad, and if was the same one I talked to earlier. Very shortly after the employee started to yell at me that he gets along with everyone, everyone loves him, and I just dont care . its you, and you acting like like this, waving his hands in the air at me and trying to make fun of me.I found the owner on Facebook, reached out asking him to contact me. My message has been seen but no response from the owner.I spoke with another employee the next, Joe, who stated that there are some issues and that they need to send it to another specialist and between you and me if it cant be fixed youll get a new iPad. But I still do not know the extent of what was exactly wrong or what they did to try and fix it.Received the iPad on Nov 23 and still having the same issues. Spoke with Joe again around 4pm who said they had a refurbished iPad and I told no, that will not work and thats not ok. Was told he would speak with owner and hed have some answers by Friday and he would have to shop around for an ipad.Stopped in at 1000 am Nov 25. Told Joe I would take both the original $155 owed in cash because the refund after 3 weeks had not been processed and cash for a new iPad because I was tired of waiting. And luckily with black Friday Apple had them on sale. He said the would have to call the owner and get him to bring that kind of cash in. Now at 149pm I receive a call back that he has my money. I ask, out of curiosity, how much? Joe tells me the $155. And acts surprised when I ask about the refund for the ipad and that he has to talk to the owner again. I asked that the owner call me personally and am still waiting for a call back.

Bought a refurb iphone. When i got home i realized there was a problem with the selfie camera. Took it back and the camera was replaced in under an hour. Also, got a free screen protector and cover as a promotion. Excellent service.

Sadly, the iPhone 6 that Phone ResQ repaired has loose parts in it sliding back and forth, so it is going to have to be returned to the shop for correction. Since it took 3 hours to repair it the first time, I expect it to take the same to put it back correctly this time.
