The fire bowl was nice but the service was terrible. The fire bowl arrived with a broken part and two missing parts. I called their service and they answered the phone immediately and created a ticket which was good. But they didnt respond to the ticket and I ultimately had to call them back. I told them at the time that I wanted to get an answer on when they were going to send the needed parts and that I wasnt willing to wait any longer for a response. I gave them to the the end of the day to respond but received no response. Ultimately, it was great that I purchased it through Target because they were great about returning it.

Dont bother reaching out to this company if you need a part or service. Originally contacted them via their website 2 weeks ago. The person who responded turned my request over to another person. No response since then! Not even a Im looking into this for you response. Just hope your heater doesnt ever need replacement parts!

I bought a Firesense patio heater- my husband was able to put it together in about an hour. We used it last night and what a difference it made. During this pandemic, we have not fined indoors and this patio heater will enable us to entertain when the nights get cooler! I am so glad we bought two!

I ordered the Longmont fire pit thru lowes. It came well packaged and not a ding one. Easily assembled by myself. Only found one thing wrong, one of the holes on the side was off by 1/4 hole. Opened further with 5/16 drill bit. No big deal. Great looking pit. Have yet to fire it up, will do this evening.

I purchased an outdoor sectional couch from this company and within 3 months the color in my cushions completely faded. I contacted their customer service and said there was nothing they could do since they didn’t have anymore of that item in stock and would only give me close to 100 dollars to replace all my cushions. It was an 1100 dollar couch. A hundred dollars would maybe replace one cushion. It claims it comes with a one year warranty. This is terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company or it’s products.

Completely dissatisfied with lack of response to damaged product issue. Purchased outdoor table which arrived Oct 26 with scratches and gouges all over the top. As of Nov 8 still no real response, only automated emails stating my problem will be looked into and blah blah blah. Be warned...
