Shay and the whole team are top notch. Im in several times a week sometimes a couple of times a day and they always take great care of me. The best of the best!

Lady manager didnt assign email address to my fedex account the way I told her to. We did everything nicely, and as a result international package gets delayed. Cannot access my FedEx account without proper email on file of my email.

Been making me run around calling different departments of FedEx Tall Free number. Lazy employees.

Both guys are not helpful and very talkative here. Every question of mine is answered in a way that call customer service.

I went in this store today to drop off a return package that was prepared by the company that the contents of the package were being shipped back to. It had a FedEx label and it was in a FedEx express box that had the express wording scribbled out. The person working there was so rude. He said that he won’t take the package until I return with a new box. Wasn’t nice about it at all! Customer service is dead there.

Shay is fantastic! I showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Friday to get some architectural plans, which I had ordered online and learned that they would not be shipped until Monday. I desperately needed them that day. Shay took the time to get me what I needed even though the oversized documents literally took almost an hour to print because they were so large. Shay didnt mind helping or staying to get the job done when should could have easily said, sorry we dont have time to do them today. This professionalism saved me a serious problem. Shay earned my business for everything going forward! Great work Shay.

We left an important item at a nearby hotel. I called to be sure that the hotel representative could use my FedEx account number to overnight it to us. Shae was amazing! So helpful and thorough! She made sure she had all my info correct just in case there was an issue from the hotels data AND took the time to call and give me the options for overnight pricing and my resulting tracking #. Thank you Shae!!

BRYSON gave exceptional customer service and helped me with printing documents for shipments I had for my business. I was completely impressed by his expertise and professionalism. I won’t go anywhere else for future shipping and printing services.

We love our neighborhood FedEx. Shae is our favorite associate because she is genuinely friendly and very helpful. This FedEx offers more than just shipping such as puchasing birthday cards, ordering posters, and printing off documents. Sadly I left my shipping label at work and was afraid I would have to to back the next day. But I was told I could email it to their email address. I waited a couple of minutes and soon enough they received my email. They printed it out and put it in a plastic sleeve for my box. Great customer service! Thanks shae.

Nice employees. Terrible equipment. Spent $5.00 for NOTHING. Computer could not download our file to print. Did not get offered a refund even though their equipment DID NOT WORK. Do not go here to print off of Google Drive!!!!!! They basically stole my $5.

Shae is awesome! She has been amazing in more than one situation for me, and always go above & beyond! Kudos, keep her forever. She deserves a raise!!!

Terrible - total incompetence by the carrier. On my computer the notation was made that my letter had been delivered - it wasnt. I checked in my mailbox and with my neighbor - nothing! I called and after FINALLY getting through to a real live human I was spoken to very rudely. Phone calls were not returned, Fed Ex simply couldnt care less, my advice: use the U.S. Post Office - much cheaper and better!!

What a nightmare!! One lady in the store; she mentioned that there was a manager party that everyone went to so she had no help She was trying to take care of everyone but me and I had already waited for my turn, had several boxes to get shipped, yet she was more interested in helping others that just walked in. SO FRUSTRATED!! The charges appeared separately on my CC statement as she charged each transaction separately. Prices through the roof!! Will never use FedEx again!! Note: this was not the usual lady that normally is very helpful someone new perhaps?? Go to USPS or UPS!!

Im back to update my review to a 5-Star after going back to discuss my complaint when a manager was there...Shay, the manager, was very receptive and accommodating. She understood my frustrations and quickly provided a remedy.... She was exceptionally nice and motivated to take care of the customer first.After speaking with her, she indicated that I made no mistake when using the self-service printer. She mention that on occasion, it was a technical issue with the machine.No problem with her. This woman brings exception value to this office. Everyone that came into that store knew her, and went out of the way to ask her about her grandchildren -- that says a lot.I will continue to frequent this location -- with service this great, Id be a fool to go elsewhere.This is an update to my previous review -- which is below:Horrible...Talk about customer NO service. Nate acted like a robot. It was like he was NOT human. He couldnt think for himself because the bosses werent there.I went in to ask to get some printing done, and he directed me over to the self service printers.I inserted my USB in the port and followed the directions to print a 16-page pdf file in black and white.I chose the 2-side option for 50 copies, which was 800-pages...When I got home, all of the copies on the back of each side were upside down.Went back to the store to see if I could get them reprinted, but before I could really say he anything, he quickly inserted that we dont give refunds...If I could get an entire sentence out of my mouth, then hed know I wasnt there for a refund.He then proceeded to tell me that if I didnt understand how to use the printers, I should have asked him for help.I get that... But I did follow the directions on the printer and thats what I got.He proceeded to tell me... thats what Im suppose to tell you.He wouldnt budge or offer any solutions on how we could remedy this issue.I then brought in the 2 books I purchased while waiting for the printing to complete, and decided Id take my business elsewhere and asked for a refund on the books.He proceeded to tell me hes not authorized to give refunds...Indicated he was not yet qualified.We asked if we could speak with a manager, he indicated hes not able to call or give out information that would allow us to reach a manager.I will admit, he was not nasty or rude. But he acted like a drone that was programmed to follow certain commands, based on the question... It was like he couldnt think for himself.Some people are unfit to interact with customers -- hes on of them. He should stay in the back and do his job, and that doesnt include interacting with customers.If this is what customer service at FedEx Kinkos is like when dealing with small business owners, Id rather take my biz elsewhere.Because of NATE, I think Im going to go back and work with my staff to ensure they never communicate and act like that. I want my people to think. I want them to look out for the best interest of our customers.

Terrible customer service! Web site does not work to re-direct a package. Transferred several times and finally FedEx hung up. I will use UPS from now on
