I have bought every one of my phones here. 20 years. Got my first brick phone here. 30 minits talk and 5 cents per txt. This place has the best plans and the best phones.

Justin has treated me so kind and been so helpful many times with my phone. I am not very phone savvy as I suffer from residuals from a brain trauma I suffered. If I still had my company I would try and steal him in a heart beat. He makes you feel like you are a very important customer this is how businesss should be run Kudos to you Justin. Excellent customer service from Claude! He went above and beyond the usual without trying to sell me things I didnt need (such as an extra memory card.) I am grateful because he even stayed open past normal business hours to help me set up my new phone. I recommend this place and I would give it 6 stars. ******

Worst store Ive ever been to. The store opens at 10 but the guy didnt show up until 11:30. I had to pay my bill and I had walked there 2 miles with an injured back and had no choice but to wait in the cold. Then he sells me a phone that he swore up and down was better than my current phone. It wasnt. Total piece of crap. He also told me that the receipt was in the box with the phone. (Shouldve checked) When I got home I found that the receipt was not in the box so I called him and he said that I dont need it because Im in the computer. 5 months later the phone would not charge so I took it up there and he said he could do nothing without a receipt. This guy is a condescending liar and will tell you anything to sell you anything.

Id be very skeptical of doing business here.
