Let me preface with this USED to be one of the best 7-Elevens around. I go to a 7-Eleven every morning before work and good grief has this place fallen from grace. Everything is just dirty, most things are left un-stocked, the place looks like its in general disarray and it feels like no one cares that this establishment is in the dumps. You can easily look into the fridges, since theyre mostly always empty anyway, and see the layers of just filth and grime building up with what I am sure is also mold. This store went from being my morning staple to a sad spot to avoid. Id just drive a mile in any direction and hit a better 7-Eleven over coming back here.

Clerk HEATHER is very disgusting. Lets customers walk around inside while she sits out front and chain smokes. Taquitos ALL over floor. Had to CARRY my service dog to avoid the disgusting floor. Heather is just a REAL WINNER. She proceeded to tell me i could not have my ( placed with my by disability )SD in store and continued her name calling and VERY ablest remarks towards me. Tonight I went allllll the way there for excedrine only to see a CLOSED sign. As such have marked on google that the hours are not correct.But really. Between heather and her disgusting attitude and the lack of proper cleanliness and locked door ...i will not be returning.

Ive been coming here 6 days a week for 14 years and while this was never the nicest store it was basically clean, open and stocked.Now its always dirty, shelves arent stocked and they havent been open before 630 AM in 5 weeks now. If you cant keep it clean or even bother to hire for 3rd shift, why even bother? Corporate needs to investigate this store.

Dirtiest seven eleven I’ve ever seen. Ben is one of the most disrespectful cashiers I’ve ever seen and I’ve witnessed him he kicked a couple out for commenting on the condition of the store out-loud. This place needs new management

This place is a dirty, they should be required to follow the same rules and regulations that the health department lays out for restaurants. obviously nobody cares at this establishment.

I Will never spend one red cent in that store

I’ve been coming here 5-6 days a week for food and a water cup.They raised the price of water cups today out of nowhere for no reason and now it’s almost the same price as a large slurpee at other 7-elevens. Talk about being greedy.There are 5 other 7-elevens in the area, I won’t be back again.

Riddle for you: What is better than binge watching Netflix with your favorite beverage? Not much, unless you are a customer of the exceptional customer service that this store provides. Look, Im not the only guy saying this. Other customers are giving two thumbs up! Moe, in particular, was the best. Very happy with the service here.

Not so clean since the new owner took over.

Always out of stock and the sale prices advertised on the cooler doors are never accurate when you get to the register. ATM is out of service regularly. The staff is friendly and are generally nice but seems like management is out to lunch.

I pass up another 7-11 just to go to this one, great customer service and always friendly

They are letting people come in without a mask, after mandating it by law in Michigan.

I go here at least once a day. I love this place besides the African American woman who works in the mornings is pretty rude once in a while. I think she needs people training

Everytime I walk in they treat me great. They know me by name. I always stop here two times a week. Shelley the manager always greets me. This 711 is just great in every way. Coffee is always fresh. Slurpees of different flavors. Hot food is always up. If you live in Ferndale and looking a great convenient store I suggest you stop here.

Good place to go for basics or simple meals.
