This dollar tree is doing much better since a new store manager arrived finally. Great assistant manager and 3rd key manager. The guy who sticks the refrigerator items and frozen section does an awesome job. They all need raises for bringing the store back to life and the district manager Mike!

Store computers were down so no one was able to shop in store. But normally its an awesome place to shop.

Everything says they close at 9pm including google. However its 7:47pm on Monday 10/4/21 and the girl in the store closed the store. She rushed everyone out talking about the registers will lock. Made multiple comments about how she went over the speaker announcing the store was closing in 5 minutes and people were still shopping. Very rude of her to do so. The general manager or area manager whichever dollar tree has should do a pop up and see the terrible customer service your so called employees provide. I understand its just a dollar store but if Im paying anything the customer service should be decent. Im just saying..

Google timeline reminds me it was two years is the last time I’ve been here and I think I’m just so used to the new or stores not having carpet in them this place seems so dark and it was very crowded and cluttered when I came in yesterday I had I don’t celebrate holidays and I have forgot all about Valentine’s Day and was wondering why it was so crowded there were only two cashiers working and the lines were going down the aisle there was little big pieces of paper all of the floor of course ran through stock, My cashier was very friendly and I commend her for doing her job and making sure you know it’s best that she could everybody got through the isles. Glad the dollar tree carries affordable healthy food for people that say they can’t afford better food options, things like soy free vegetarian patties, coconut oil, almond milk. And frozen fruits and vegetables.

This Dollar Tree is ALWAYS closed when I arrive. Manager says that the employees are not showing up. Every day is unpredictable if they will be open or if they are going to close the store early. Theres NEVER a note on the door saying when they will reopen or what time they are closing for the day. This has been going ng on for many months. I dont get it.

I rarely shop at this Dollar Tree. I will never shop at this particular Dollar Tree again due to poor customer service. The sales associate Michael was very rude and disrespectful. I am still in shock that he literally snapped and used all type of profanity towards me because I wanted him to give me another 5 dollar bill that was not literally taped together like he gave me. I had to request for manager Rhonda who was very nice but she could not really control sales associate Michael. Also, the sales associate was on his phone video chatting with a lady while doing the transaction. This sales associate definitely needs more training because he is very unprofessional and very hostile. He needs anger management training as well. I will definitely contact Better Business and corporate to report the sales associate. I was so upset that I left my frozen fruit that I purchased due incident.Also, the carpet squares need to be changed because the carpet squares are dirty throughout the store.

I like coming to this location I usually find what Im looking for and the store is always clean and the cashier was friendly

Visited this location because we had to pick up a few things. Ive always loved the selection of merchandise and the fact that this is the only TRUE dollar store around (that I know of). Pretty sure we got everything we needed... I think. If not, I know the wife will help me visit again, lol.My only complaints are that this particular Dollar Tree store seems like it needs more inside lighting. And maybe the employees, management included, can work on greeting their customers upon entry or at least with greetings and smiles at the registers.We usually use the Dollar Tree store nearby in Highland Park but this one is the second most that we use.

Its a chaotic time so I understand being overworked and under appreciated. At the same time, the store needs order. There was only one cashier at assist 10+ customers. Items were scattered and there was no staff to really assist. Only my second time in the store so I couldve caught them at a bad time. Either way, staff and organization are needed.

Absolute mess

This dollar tree is nasty looking. The carpet should be removed. There are stains and marks every where on the carpet. The shelves are never stocked. Boxes are always on the floor. Sales associates get mad when customers go in the boxes, but they refuse to stock the floor. This dollar tree needs a good cleaning and maybe a makeover.

Yup pretty much if I could give a zero I would. From the products to the employees. The floors are absolutely disgusting, things are everywhere out of order. I could not be one who works in that mess. Its said how you go into a less fortunate white neighborhood and stores are clean. They take pride in their stuff however you come to a black less fortunate neighborhood store and its trashy. Its shameful. I live in the hood by for dam sure dont act like it. I have complained and the response I received was what you expect, we in the hood, SMH. Its all about how you perceive yourself. Because u work in the hood doesnt mean you have to be trashy. Point blank.

I thought they was closing the store lol. Shelves empty from Christmas maybe they will restock soon. I love dollar tree but was not expecting to walk into a store not prepared for customers

This place is the worst retail shop I have been to. Place is filthy, nothing on its shelves. One cashier and at least 10 people in line when i walked in. Did a walk in and walked out. Not worth going to. Should close this one.

I did find what I was looking for but that store is almost disgusting. Im assuming that no one from the corporate offices ever does an impromptu visit to this location. I worked for TDT from 08 - 10 so I know how things work and we had corp. visits often enough to where our store was clean and organized (well other than toys and books) 😊. But this location has stuff everywhere. Items that are to be stocked which is usually in the aisle against the shelves but not here I went down the stationary aisle and it looked like someone pulled freight out onto the floor and threw each item down the aisle. So the customers had to push all of the things on the floor against the shelves. TRIPPING HAZZARD! and there are lots of elderly people going into that store because there is a retirement apartment almost on the same site. They cannot Hoveround this store at all. This store reminds me of a basement after a flood everything has been moved because of the water but when the water recedes its a mess.

It was a disgrace going to the Dollar Tree today, I dont understand why the floors in the store have to looks so filthy, you would think that if you want to attract more visitors to your store it would be more appealing, I understand that its winter time but the floor in there is horrible, Im going to try my best not to go back to this particular Dollar Tree on 8 mile and Wyoming, I will not be recommending this store for my family or friends to shop there.

The cashier was very anxious and wanted to get everyone out her line. Also, she was looking at everyone like they were a suspect while they were shopping. The experience was very uncomfortable. The staff needs training in hospitality. P.S inventory stocking is always an issue at that location.

This Dollar Tree has lots of plasticware (more than Ive seen in other Dollar Trees). The cashiers are v...e...r...y....s...l..o...w. (It would seem a single setting of movement no matter how many people waiting in line. And cashiers dont know any other transactions except ring up. I guess waiting until the register runs out of paper, and customers demanding a reciept for $5.99 in purchases, make for a great place to bring a good novel, or to assemble a long long list of to dos while waiting in line....I think I planned Thanksgiving dinner, in line, when I was there in May....

Its okay. Used to be my favorite D.T. store. Now things are all picked over. Empty shelves of everyday products that you are looking for. I still like it but I dont love it!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received in a Dollar Tree, or any retail store. I frequent this store frenzy because it is close to my home. However, from now on, I will force the distance to another one because their staff is flat out rude, and condescending. While shopping in the store, I heard an announcement over the speaker saying, please bring your stuff to the front, were closing. I immediately began to rush, thinking I had lost track of time. I rush to the front, look at my watch, and it was only 842, the store closes at 9. I asked the cashier, what time do you close. He said 9 but Im trying to be out of here before then, so yall need to hurry up. At 845, a customer attempted to walk in, they turned him around and said, sorrry were closed. I told him that it was rude for him to rush customers. He said, well Im tryna get out of here. Another employee stepped in and said man, youre just taking more time talking,come on and just pay for your stuff so we can go. I asked for the manager, and to my surprise, the gentleman WAS the manager never o be apologized but rather continued to rush me out of the store.

Anytime I go they always have what I need and then some go weekly great prices and they even have chicken hot dogs which are pretty good although sometimes the store is a bit unorganized and messy but usually can find what you need
