I, unequivocally; will NOT pay any fee to order an item online to have it delivered to your store - period - that is ludicrous! Is this another COVID excuse scam for corporations to make a tip! Second: You only give Veteran discount on Veteran Day - that is also a scam, so you can say you give Veteran discount! Wont ever shop there - ever!

Cant give it a 5 star because I have a loyalty to CHS, formerly Farmers Co-op. Have had wonderful service with the preorder service delivered to car.

I paid extra to have something delivered today and was disappointed to find that the wrong item was sitting on my porch when I got home. I called in and was first advised I could bring that item to the store and exchange it for the right item. That however wasnt possible today which is why I had paid extra for delivery. After explaining the situation to the staff member they decided to personally drive out and bring the correct product to make it right.

Manager is committed to discrimination for the ‘sake of her job’. I have paperwork and she wouldn’t even look at it. Every time I asked a question she responded with some regurgitated, bureaucratic response that didn’t pertain to what I had asked. Which I’m sure is what she’ll do in response to this comment. Regardless of her attempts to help me she still completely ignored any questions I had. She is incredibly rude. Try a different location if you want to be treated like a human being.

Neat little store with a little of everything, nicely decorated and best of all there dog wash...so nice to have there and tones of soaps all for only $10!!!! As with us it would have been about $70 for us to take our dog to the groomers where as we did it for only $10. Only complaint which wont affect my rating is that the grooming trables are very sensitive to raise and lower, you dont push all the way down...if so it will lower extremely fast which happend when my dog was on it and spooked him a little

I love this store. The prices are reasonable and they have very good sales. They have animal bath facilities for only $9.99, and have a variety of pet needs from chickens to horses and of course dogs and cats. I also found gifts like calendars and unique figurines and toys. They have very reasonable priced clothing for men and women, including western styles, and work garments.

The pet washing station is perfect! My dog was able to easily walk up the ramp and stay still as I gave her shampooing. They had five different shampoos available, towels and even a blow dryer.

I was at tractor supply I Ferndale wa using the dog wash station and during covid there is only 1 person at a time your 10.00 is suppose to include bath and grooming the dog I was washing was a large golden retriever with lots of mat s I was the first to go in well they booked two other people behind me the ywere sitting at the door wanting to get in I could not finish grooming my dogs with only one person at a time you think they might due appts instead of walk ins its rediculos

Nice but ask them about something and they may not know what your talking about. Example is hand warmers. Asked a lady if they had any and she said yes and pointed me in direction and there were none there or even a display case. I told her I couldnt find them then she said oh we must not carry them. So why she pointed me somewhere when they dont even carry them is beyond me.

Always a great place for a Man Cave type individual to visit! Great Helpful staff! Highly Recommend!

Lots of great items for home and farm. I needed bird seed for my backyard feeders. They had lots of good blends & I found what I needed easily. Friendly staff too!

Like a country store gone big box. Pet supply section rather limited for bird pets... only bird food.

I walked in and 3 members were just standing in the entrance way with NO MASKS and no social distancing. I was very disappointed in this company. They are not following the guidelines and are putting customers at risk! Not to mention putting themselves at risk!
