I took my car in for a slow leak in the tire. They were fast fixing it. They took time to explain to us what was wrong with it. And the people who work there are very nice. Went for my included rotation and balance that was included in purchase of new tires. I was long overdue and had a pretty good vibration going down the road. Had an alignment done 3 days before appointment. I noticed pretty bad cupping on inside of both front tires so I was worried that the balance might not go so well. I’ll tell you when they were done that thing was SMOOTHER then the day I got the new tires a few years ago.Highly recommend.

Plaza Tire in Festus is the best place to go for all your cars needs. They were completely booked yesterday, and still made time to do my emissions test on my car because I didn’t know my tags expired. 🥴. I’ve been going to Plaza Tire in Festus for years and always received great service. I live out of town now, but was back in the area visiting family and needed to get 4 new tires for my truck. They weren’t in stock, but the team overnighted them from the warehouse and got me in next day for a full tire change, mount, and balance. They were busy so it took a bit longer than expected, but the tech did an awesome job and was careful not to scratch the wheels or any of the aftermarket parts on the truck. Great experience overall.

Wonderful experience in store today! I called several places in town and no one could beat Plaza’s prices! They had all 4 tires that I needed and was able to get them same day. Store was clean and chairs where spaced out nicely which made for easy social distancing. I will always come to Plaza for tires after today experience:) highly recommend for all your tire needs.

I dropped my car off for all four new tires and an alignment, everyone was very polite, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. I was surprised at how fast they were able to have my car ready. This was a pleasant surprise after having called around to other shops that were days or weeks out on availability. I can confidently say I got the best possible deal in the shortest time compared to the other shops I had inquired with.

Not only did they have my tire size in stock (22, mind you), they were able to get me in right away - and were extremely friendly about it. Plaza Tire was very helpful to me two years ago when I needed special order tires for my sports car. Last week with only 3k miles on the tires a screw stuck through the sidewall. Rick was very helpful finding the only replacement tire in the country and having it shipped in quickly. He followed up with me on the phone to keep informed. Micah the tire tech was very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. Beau handled the paperwork at the end and was helpful and friendly. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

We always go to the Festus plaza tire even though we are much closer to the Arnold plaza tire because all the people at the festus store are always pleasant and eager to help. They done a great job for me. Arnold store on outer rd. mechanics are nice but the Manager of this store (to put it nicely) needs some training in people skills! We will never buy anything from Arnold store. Festus keep up the good work we really appreciate you and your hard work!

The desk employees answered questions before setting an appointment, while the work was being done, and after the work was completed. No one I spoke with rushed through our conversations, making the interaction a very pleasant experience.The employees were very polite and knowledgeable. Their attire was professional and the store was well organized. An appointment was set very quickly and the work completed in a timely manner.

Excellent service and pricing… My appointment was at 11:30 and they didn’t get my car in until 12:15 but they got the work done quickly and did a good job plus everyone was very friendly!

Plaza Tire has once again lived up to their company Motto, “Quick Change Artists”! Today, I received a high level of service with a smile. I expect that Plaza Tire will continue with the high level of service.

They were able to get the tires I wanted, when nobody else could. Took them a long time to put them on, but they discounted the bill slightly for my troubles.

Was told a 1/4 inch screw had punctured my tire. Doubt it could have gotten through the tread. Then was told there was another nail in the same tire, but was not shown that one.Was told that the tires were wearing unevenly, and were dangerous to rotate. I said the vehicle only had 20xxx miles on it and 2000 miles since I bought it. When I stated that those issues should be covered under my extended warranty, the tune changed to not really dangerous from the original dangerous.Making false claims about safety is not a proper way to do business. I felt as though they were trying to spook me into buying at least one tire, and possibly more from them.Took the vehicle to another shop in town, and was told the wear was indicative of the tires not being rotated before by the previous owner, but would probably wear back into even wear with continued and timely rotations.

Had an alignment done. Apointment was at 3. They didnt take my truck around to begin the alignment until about 4. I waited there the entire time on a Saturday. It took about an hour to do. I did mention to the guy at the counter that I had been there way to long and he gave me a discount off my service plus a store coupon. Upon paying my bill he only took the coupon off my service. I questioned the other discount I was supposed to get and he gave me an additional ten dollars off. I do appreciate the integrity of the gentleman there. Im happy with the work just it took a lot of time.

Truck got stolen while trusting them to do work on the vehicle. Refused to help or check cameras. Can’t even trust your vehicle will be safe here

Plaza Tire came through for me. I had never even been to this location, I needed an unusual test done on an unusual car, due to an urgent unusual situation. Not only did they do it at their very earliest possible opportunity (first thing the very next morning!), but they did so quickly (not even 5 minutes), and with excellent outgoing attitudes (being friendly, joking around, and generally just making it a nice place to be)! I genuinely cant say anything bad, at all, about this place. I would even recommend this location, over the other nearby Plaza Tire locations Ive also previously been to! So big thanks to Bo (or is it Beau? I rudely didnt ask) and his associates! You guys are an excellent example of business done right.

I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced shortly before close, my normal tire shop was booked and others wouldnt mount unless I bought from them. Plaza tire greeted me promptly and got me in right away, I was very eager to have them done due to road noise that made me feel unsafe, not just for me but those around me. The job was done quickly and correctly as I watched just outside the bay. I would give zero stars if it were an option. Service is always slow. Today it took 1.5 hours for an oil change! And ever single time I go I. For an oil change they try to sell me new tires and brakes. I wish I never started going to them. I only continue because they sold me lift time tire rotations and alignments.

I dropped my van off to have an oil change and the tires rotated. Plaza tire offers the best friendly service around. I also asked them to check the brakes. They informed me my brakes were in great shape. They are honest and do not try to sell me services I am not interested in. Also, I was unable to pick my van up for an entire week because of bad weather and they were understanding and did not rush me to pick it up. When I did pick it up again I had great friendly service. This is the only place I trust to take care of my vehicles.

Went in for a state inspection and they found a bad ball joint. I was told it would be an hour and a half more than I had expected because of the ball joint replacement and alignment that had to follow. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got it done. I have used plaza tire for the past 25 years. I dropped my car off for a brake job. Turns out, I didn’t need one. They inspected and measured my brakes and pads. No charge. They could have changed my pads and charged but they didn’t. THIS is why plaza tire has always had and always will have my business

Awesome, fast service and a great recommendation on tires. I went in because I couldnt make it up my driveway with the recent snow, and they recommended Nokians. A gentleman in the lobby told another customer that hes used Plaza Tire for 37 years, and theyre honest and knowledgeable.I certainly found that to be the case. My old tires were never great in the snow from when they were new, but these tires are like night and day when starting out in the snow, turning in the snow, handling, and especially braking. I also made it up my driveway with no issues. Give them a call!

I took my car to get looked at because there was vibration when I put the brakes on. They told me the brakes and rotors were fine. They said all four tires were out of balance. Once I got in the car and started driving it was 20 times worse than before I brought it in. I went back and of course they were closed right after I left and nobody was there. Luckily a local mechanic shop was open. They told me that they did not balance the tires correctly and that’s why it’s worse that I need to take it back and have them redo it all over again The workers were nice not sure if they just had an off day but now I have to waste more time and go back and hopefully they can fix it. The people at the mechanic shop I took it to basically laughed and said I can’t believe they did that to your tires.

The counter staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a blow out on one of my tires on my way to work. The tire wasnt fixable. They quoted me a good price for a full set of tires, had them in-stock, and were able to get them on my car 1st thing the next morning. They were completely booked up, and then some for that day, so next day was the earliest they could do. They let me know promptly when it was finished, and helped me apply for the Plaza Tire credit card--very easy & quick! I would highly recommend them!
