If I could rate this place a negative star, I would! Don’t ever buy a car from here because you’ll quickly regret it after the way they treat you. Don’t ever get your oil change here because they’ll take 3 hours and they’ll use the wrong tools to tighten the bolts. And heaven forbid you call with a service / part request or quote; it will ruin their entire day and they’ll hang up on you mid conversation. They treat you with so much disrespect it’s baffling. I’ve never once been rude to them and this is my first vehicle from an actual Ford Dealership and they’ve ruined the whole experience for me. I even sent our local school district in their direction who then purchased MULTIPLE of the same vehicle I got for our school because they loved ours so much. I can’t believe I ever said anything positive. Today was the last straw. I’ve dealt with this for over 2 years now and it just keeps getting worse. I’ll never bring my service here or recommend this place to anyone ever again.

Be very careful with the used car side of this dealership. I understand the climate in car market now days but this dealership was very dishonest. At first didn’t want to come down on price, I get it just say that. Problem is when they found out that I wanted to buy a warranty they acted like they were dropping price of the truck but then tried to add $1400 to the price of the warranty. Pay attention because this sales team is as dishonest as they come.
Caught this company trying to take advantage of me. In short they quoted me $1400 to fix my two front Multi Contour seats (2018 F150). After some research I found a Ford Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for the exact fix they said they needed to do (replace two pig tail wiring). The TSB said the job should take 3.5 hours, meaning they were trying to charge me $400/hour! I confronted them about this and they played dumb. Eventually they came back and said they would do the fix at 4.5 hours, still an hour longer than Ford says it should take, at $165/hour plus the

Do NOT buy vehicles from this dealership. They do not warranty the warranty work from Ford. I’ve bought two trucks from these guys. Was always great. Unfortunately the service manager has since changed that. Took my 2018 F250 there for ticking in the engine. Called and said it’s normal! Will not spend another 50K with these people. On to the next.

Now days they can’t fix anything with out a error code. Brought my truck in for ticking in the engine. Nothin they will do. Purchased extended warranty. They say it’s normal. I’ve never heard a ticking engine that was “normal”. Service manager is completely incompetent in mechanics. I’ve made 3 trips there. The second time the tech came out and said there was something wrong with it. Manager Mike called today and said there’s nothing they can figure out. Let’s make this place famous for there standard in the service dept. Buyers beware of this place once they make the sale!!!!!

Called service to find out how much a tuneup would be for my truck and was told they would have to give me a call back because they didn’t know. So I called again 45 minutes later and the phone rang and rang for the service department. That is definitely a reflection on management. Some people are just not held accountable.

Im not much for writing reviews but my experience at Reineke Ford was as good as buying a car can be. Our salesperson, Kasey Spence is a very grounded, polite, and hard working young man. I feel he was fair and honest. Kasey and the rest of the employees we met at Reineke made my family and I feel very comfortable while we were at the dealership. I cant speak for all the sales representatives at Reineke, but I enjoyed my car buying experience with Kasey as much as you can enjoy buying a car.
We love going to the Findlay Reineke Ford Lincoln. Kasey Spence has been our sales person for the last 4 years and we couldn’t have asked a better person to help us! He’s always polite and making sure we really get what we want! I appreciate you washing my car after the oil change, but the water spots it leaves because you dont take the time to dry it off properly is not worth it. In the future Id just prefer you not washing it.
Friday I called about a grease and oil change with tire roation and was told I had to wait for 2 weeks before I could get and appointment. That is ridiculous for a quick service when I can go next door and get it the while I wait.

We recently bought a Ford Escape titanium with the expert advise of Kasey Spence. He was so knowledgeable about ALL of the Ford models, patient in explaining repeatedly to me answers to my questions. The service is top-notch. The staff is super friendly. I appreciate the Saturday hours. The donuts and coffee area a happy bonus. The waiting area and bathrooms were clean. Once or twice I someone tried to oversell some services, but accepted a polite no.
My time at Reineke Ford Lincoln, Inc was well spent. The salesmen Kasey Spence took his time with my husband and I to help us decided on which car was best for us both financially and for our current life style. Good luck getting ahold of service. Called numerous times over two weeks. The lady answering the phone who was super polite was even getting upset. She started forwarding me to the service manager who I left a voicemail with. Even after being forwarded to him multiple times. I have yet to hear back or actually speak to someone in service. Read the other reviews and this seems to be a trend. Call Lima or Bowling Green instead. They answer and get you in relatively fast.
Quick lane? That name holds no truth here. 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation?!?! I could see if I came in at a peak time. However the service department didnt appear to be stuffed on a Monday at lunchtime. I only came here, because of the close proximity to my work. Going out of my way in my free time will be more efficient. Ill go to another dealership that values their customers time.
I called Reineke Ford in Findlay to schedule my vehicle for service. The receptionist directed my call to the service department. The phone rang and rang until I got routed back to the receptionist. I told her I was waiting on service dept to pick up the phone. This happened 3 times before their system hung up on me. I called back about an hour later. I asked the receptionist to direct my call to service dept. This time I got sent to a 3rd party call center. I described the issue with my vehicle and she told me I needed to schedule an appointment. (No kidding. That is why I was calling). She told me that the dealership would call me back to schedule. Several days went by and I never heard from Reineke. So I called Thayer in Bowling Green. They answered the phone, scheduled an appointment for the same day and had my truck back on the road the next day. I would recommend driving an extra half hour North to Thayer if you are in Findlay and need your Ford worked on.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE . I bought a battery and it went bad and its still under warranty . I tried calling 5 times with no answer . So I drove 25 minutes one way ONLY TO BE TOLD I HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER DAY .. What kind of business cant take 5 minutes to test and exchange a battery ??? Ill tell who does that a business who doesnt care about its customers after they get your money . AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM ..Update ..took them 3.5 hours to check my battery and replace it

Casey Spence was the ideal salesperson. He focused on the heart of sales where it should be which is connecting with customers. No one wants to be pushed into what someone else thinks you need and Casey never pressured us into anything that we might be happy with. I was looking for a car for my son. One that had low miles, clean body, and low price. Not easy. This car is great and their sales team is even better. They want to work with you. They want you satisfied. I got two sets of keys for the car and a week later I was called about a third set the previous owner found. They didnt have to call me. What get service!

Scheduled a Recall for my 2017 Fusion Energi - Emission RecallThe service department was extremely helpful providing a ride back to my home while recall service was being provided about 2 1/2 hour process. They called when service was completed we were going to be in the area so went out to pick up the Fusion. All went well with the service. Have been a long time customer of Findlay Ford and now Reineke Ford. Always have my vehicles serviced by them and am very pleased with the service.

Great Experience with the Reineke Quick Lane and Service Team!!! This was the first time I brought my Chevrolet Covette to Reineke for tires. They promptly found the recommended tires for my 2007 Corvette Convertible--ordered and installed 48 hours. The greatest part is they not only priced matched but beat the competitors pricing and were able to extend the manufacturers rebate even with 2 different tire sizes. I would highly recommend them for your service needs and especially for service and tires.
Kasey, the salesman we met, was well-versed in all the areas we asked about. I was on crutches, so we took a golf cart to look at the cars. It died on the way back to the main bldg., so my son steered and Kasey pushed us back to the bldg. by our car. A very nice young man, knowledgeable, positively represents the Ford brand, and not obnoxiously pushy! If my son gets a Ford, we are definitely going to get it through Kasey!

My salesman was Kasey Spence, he did an outstanding job with my purchase of a 2015 F-150. The initial contact I was just looking at the truck while waiting on my friends vehicle to get an oil change. I wasnt looking for a new vehicle but after Kasey explained what was on the 2015 F-150 and that it had many more features than my 2013 F-150. Kasey asked if he could run some figures to see what kind of deal I could get trading my truck in for the 2015 F-150 and I agreed. Kasey presented the figures which we went over and I went home to think about it. Returned the next business day and had Kasey work up a deal. Kasey offered several options that I could do and we settled on a deal. Kasey Spence was fantastic to work with and had the time and patience to work out the deal. I would definitely recommend Kasey Spence to any prospective customers and plan to deal with only Kasey in the future. Purchased a Certified 2013 Ford Explorer XLT fully loaded Dark silver with 16K miles on it. Was given a good trade in value for my 2007 H3 Hummer. Staff was very helpful, very caring and service was excellent.Kasey Spence was our Sales Consultant and went out of his way to make sure we were helped in every way.
Pouring rain and I had a wiper blade come apart on the freeway. Didnt know them, but they were the first I saw when I got off the freeway. They replaced the wiper blades on my Corvette quickly and got me back on the road.
Seems my vehicle has been in the shop repeatedly over the last few months and the repairs though numerous have been all different things. The service people know me by sight now and greet me as such. The last repair done was a pain in that one thing lead to another, to fix the Air Ride. But with the Holiday it seemed to take a long time. Had it back for about a week and it is no longer riding in ruff and seems even smother than it had been. They always do a fine job of identifying and fixing the issues that have come up from plugs and coils to air ride.
The service dept is extremely difficult to work with. Not friendly, nice, or helpful. Several times this has been my experience.

BEWARE!!!! Ive taken may car here since I have moved up from VA. I had a Premium maintenance plan on my car so i always brought it here as it was the closest Ford Dealer. There has never been anything wrong with my car EVER.... Well until my Maintenance was up then I was told there were all kinds of issues with my car. Took it to a different shop and they said my car was fine and didnt need any of the things Reineke told me was critical to get done..... Not going here anymore
Yes, as other reviews say, the staff are very courteous when speaking to you. But we had a vehicle in the shop recently and heard nothing all day regarding diagnostics. I called three times throughout the day before someone was able to tell me what was going on - which is that they can’t figure it out. One person said they’d figure out what was going on and call me back, another said they’d ask the tech to call me, and then the last guy, Cody, says he will call me in the last half hour of his shift. Does he? Of course not. I made it clear from the beginning that our schedules were tight, so we needed to know what we could as soon as possible. Must not have been any communication among staff. Poor customer service this time Reineke.

Absolutely worthless service. I paid $94 (they dont mention tax is not included in an $80 diagnostic fee) for them to tell me they couldnt figure out the problem with my car, and they made up a problem with my brake hose alignment. Do not take your Ford here for service.Edit: after 3 long phone calls with management, they only offered a 50% refund because they spent time on the car regardless even though they didnt do what I asked. I stand by this review.
This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! It didnt take too long to complete the financing and my sales consultant, Kasey Spence, even entertained my son while I filled out the paperwork. He also arranged for a car for me to drive while a repair was fixed before I took home my vehicle. Kasey arranged the same two weeks later while my car was re-detailed and the air ionized, as it was causing some allergy issues. I was impressed that I received such stellar customer service, even after everything was signed on the dotted line!

I live in Florida and I will say the service from dealers here are not the same as Reineke Ford Lincoln in Findlay, Ohio. An example: I was heading for Ohio in February a few years back and had the oil changed here in Florida and I asked for the antifreeze be checked as I was heading for Ohio. They told me it was fine.(That seems to be all I get--it is fine, whether it be brakes, shocks, serpetine, etc). Well on that trip to Ohio I felt uneasy about the antifreeze and took it to Reineke Ford. I asked if they would check the coolant--the response I got thrilled me. They said they would be happy to and indicated it needed changed. As I said, service is a bit different here in Florida than at Reineke. Thanks Reineke, will see you next year!
Anthony Whitted was absolutely great. I called told him what I wanted and he found even more for less money. On pickup day my wife had surgery and I told Anthony I had to get in and out. He told me it would take 30 minutes and he was spot on.
Every friendly staff . My sales person she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and got me the right car for me. Also she was looking for any and every dollar she could save me. Service shop is also great. You have a lifelong customer.
One of the most unprofessional, Unethical, deceiving dealerships Ive ever had to deal with. They make a deal, you apply for financing and get approved by two different financing companies. When you choose the one they dont want, they come back and change the deal because they didnt make money on the financing. A car they had listed online two days ago for $45,000 is now listed for $50,000. They promise and promise to call you back, but never actually do. They wasted a week of my time because they have no idea what they are doing.

Ive sent my my car in to get fixed for the same problem twice now. Then we ask the guy is it still safe to drive or will we have to park it until our appointment. He said it will be fine and it wont leave us stranded. Well the reverse stopped working and I had to go push the car out of a parking spot just to get it home. Called and told them and asked if we could probably get a rental since we were down a car and they told us no. So we go to the appointment and they couldnt find our time . Turns out someone came in with the same car an hour before our appointment they put them in our time spot. They finally found our papers with her keys attached to them with most of my information crossed out and with hers written in . So they told us this time the car should be fixed and the reverse stopped working again.
I do not like used car salesmen. I probably give them an extra hard time during the sales process. However my wife and I met with Shaun Armstead and had a great experience. Never felt misled and he would admit if he didnt know the answer. He did answer all our questions. He did such a great job making me comfortable that we not only bought a Lincoln MKX in July but bought a Ford Edge this December!

I was at the Quick Lane on Tuesday, Feb. 2 for an oil change. The staff was good, the wait was normal. I was upset the next day to discover the mechanic never tightened my drain plug! I had oil on my garage floor and when I checked the plug, I could move tighten it with my fingers! I called the dealership but no one returned my call.
Outstanding Service Dept. Christi, Shawn and Drew were exceptionally helpful. My wife was traveling in the area and got an engine warning light (TR circuit Malfunction) on her Ford. She had it towed to Reineke and Christie arranged for a loner while they checked it out. The tried for several days to replicate the problem but could not. Rather than say that we needed an expensive Transmission rebuild,, as many shops might do Shawn and Drew continued to drive it trying to replicate the problem to no avail. Not wanting to risk a drive alone back to Texas they helped us find a Transport company to ship the car back to Texas. Thank you Reineke team for your pleasant and OUTSTANDING service.
Horrible service department. It took several days to even get them to start to think about looking at our vehicle. The first day they wondered what the car was doing there after leaving our info in the overnight drop box and calling the day before. We were told we didnt need an appointment. The next day they were too busy to look at it without an appointment. We tried to set up an appointment and the girl said it would be several days before they could look at it. They called (for the first time) after four days of waiting and getting the run around and said a technician was going to look at finally. After another call they told us they needed two keys to even be able to diagnose the problem and failed to inform us that there were different options for which key we would want. At one point we spoke with the general manager Roger who was rude and had told us we could pick up our car, refusing to listen to our frustrations. The problem ended up being our key and we told them we wanted the keyless entry like the one we already had. They told us that we would have to pay for two because they made one already that was not keyless. They informed us of the total price and when we went to pay and the price was higher. When asked why it was higher they said they must have misspoken. The entire process was frustrating and the manager was beyond unprofessional, lacking any customer service skills. The only positive to the experience was that the service women were nice, but unfortunately uninformed and not able to help much.
