They regularly dont show up to mow, taking weeks and weeks in between mowings. They also will randomly show up and start mowing on Sunday mornings, or when we have people eating on patios. Over the winter, they rarely showed up to shovel the walks, leaving it for us to take care of, even though this past winter the snow was so deep you needed to make multiple passes with a snow blower. I would NOT recommend. Terrible customer service.

We contacted this company for a quote on a tree removal in March so we could get our fence repaired. It was quite reasonable and we needed it done very soon so we went with them. They told us it would be six weeks. That came and went with no courtesy call. We finally got a hold of someone and was told another two weeks due to weather. That came and went with no call. We called them AGAIN and were told another two weeks.... Then a week after that. Finally the day of the job they were two hours later than they said they would be. They pulled out my brand new hyacinths while weeding that were done blooming for the season. They left all of our garden decorations in the middle of the yard, spilled my bird feeders on the patio, and left trash on our porch. They also left the stump of the tree we needed removed (which was the main purpose of them being there). They said that they knocked on the door to speak to someone about our tree stump but by the time I got to the door no one was there--so they really didnt want to speak to anyone eh? It took them about a week to get that finally removed. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company.Tldr; we will be using a different yard service next time we need work done.

This company did a fantastic job on our landscape all around our home and three trees. Very efficient and friendly. Will definitely look forward to their lawn care for us in the future ☺️.

Excellent job year after year. Professional and reasonably priced. So appreciate the late summer Spring cleanup!

You get what you pay for.....Estimate said they would clean up after their work - which they did not do.--To clarify, they did clean up all the branches, they just didnt rake the dirt and chips back into the holes after grinding down the stumps. Even the guy doing the grinding said they should be back to clean it up. They never came back, and when we called to verify they were coming back we were told no, thats on you. I would have to charge you more for that. My yard now looks like a land mine.Was verbally told that they would cut ALL the wood down to firewood, which they did not do. Said it would take too long and they would have to charge double. The price was good and the work was done fast. Make sure you get it all in writing or it wont be done. Not happy with them, will not use them again.

Received quote and was told 2 weeks. 5 weeks later no action and no response. Called to see about schedule and Brian was very rude and blamed it on the weather. This is spring in Ohio. Plan for it. Was told once again 2 weeks. Cancelled the order. Will be looking for a professional company.

He was very unprofessional. He had tobacco stuck in his teeth and he tried way too hard to act like my buddy instead of acting professional. Very poor service would not recommend

They did the front of my house and not only was it BEAUTIFUL it was reasonable! I just recommended them to a friend. I wouldnt even bother calling anyone else!!!
