We rented a mid sized mini excavator with a trailer for 2 days. They were easy to work with and we’d definitely use them again. No complaints!

Helpful staff, pretty much any piece of equipment you could ever need, they dont nickel and dime you on the final bill either. Doggos in the showroom.

I rented a trailer from them. Trailer did not come with a spare tire. It blew on me on interstate 69 outside of Fort Wayne. Only had 3300lbs on a trailer designed to haul much more. While I understand the customer should be responsible for negligence, I was simply driving on the expressway and there was no negligence on my part. So it cost me around 5 hours on a 90+ degree day and $110 to fix a tire that does not belong to me. Tires fail all the time unexpectedly for no reason. I drew the unlucky card and got to buy KT rentals a new tire.

They repair what they sell, huge selection of items to rent,and will show you how to use the idem, they have delivery, the rates are reasonable, knowledgeable and friendly staff

They usually have the equipment you need and they tend to be the cheapest. Thats in price not quality. Also the yard guys are excellent they really go above and beyond take sure you know how to use the equipment and that you are actually getting what you really need for what you want to do. They tend to be slightly above picky when returning equipment as to if its clean or not. So my advice YES use them, but take the extra and really overly clean the equipment or they tag you a heavy cleaning fee. And its heafty.Changed stars because of how rude and unpleasant they were about the lift I rented. Its a lift that is used for working above the ground, duh! But upon returning it they charged me an additional day because the drive wasnt there until evening. Than they called wanting more money for a cleaning fee. It had paint mist on it. I painted a 2 1/2 story house with an airless painting system and because it sprays there was very fine dots of paint on the unit. I had to go back and scrub off the dots of paint. No damage mind you just paint mini dots. Then they were going to charge me yet another day because they could not rent it with the micro dots on it? Seriously? Its a piece of machinery that still looked better than most of the equipment they have to offer. Never again.

Rented two fork lifts. One burst a hydraulic line on my driveway. The line looked like it was 30 years old—horribly cracked and crazed. It should have been replaced ten years ago instead of waiting for it to fail on a customer. I asked them to send out a power washer with the repairman to clean up the mess. Instead he poured a cleaner on it. Didn’t work, and the stain never went away for two years until I sealed the drive. This is why they are cheaper.
