Great experience working with David. After searching online for the right mix of price + options, they had the car I wanted. I live a few hours away, but I was able to work with David to complete most of the paperwork online. This saved so much time, I was able to go up to the dealership to check the car out in person, and after confirming there were no issues with it, I was out of there in less than a hour. My car has been great.

Great experience, David Franklin was amazing and very helpful. He made the process very smooth. He helped us find the perfect car for us. He took the time to listen to our needs and budget, and had several quick recommendations. We loved being able to look at the cars and test drive it without him hovering, and the whole experience took less than 2 hours. Would definitely recommend buying here.

After working a purchase with David went to pick the car up. It was a 2017 GTI in great condition, after seeing it in person found multiple scratches, missing tow hook cover and a deep key mark down the side.To add insult to injury the radio didn’t work. Being 4 hours from home and having my daughter with me for her first new car I didn’t want to drive home empty handed.Dave agreed to send me the part to fix the radio and gave $500. back. They sent me a unrelated radio part marked “bad” on it. When I took this to our Volkswagen dealership they said the car simply needed a new head unit. When I contacted Dave and told him they sent me the wrong part he said they held up their part of the bargain sending me a radio part.Very disappointed, this was a very dishonest move but so was not letting me know the condition of the car. I WOULD AT ALL COSTS NOT BUY A CAR FROM GOLDEN GEAR ONLINE!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I purchased a car yesterday from Golden Gear and they were outstanding! David Franklin walked us through the very easy process of the purchase using Capital One for financing. I cannot say enough about David Franklin and the entire staff of Golden Gear from choosing the right vehicle for us, credit approval, fantastic interest rate, monthly payment that was under what we had asked for and finally we drove out of Golden Gear in our vehicle in an hour and a half - from start to finish. My son bought a car here. Was a done deal then the bank contacts my son to ask a few questions like does your car have a sun roof or does it have this option. Well no it doesnt. Come to find out the dealership falsified the options on the car to the bank to get more money. The dealership wants my son to make up the difference because the bank now will not finance the car. They were dishonest and thats not happening. We are headed in to today to speak to the dealership. Let you know if they make this right

Inquired about a car and was told that the price was not negotiable. The next day, the price of the car was dropped. I have been emailed by 3 different addresses (GM, Sales Rep, general sales). I responded to all three messages 1-2 weeks ago, and have yet to receive anything back.

On 9/10/21 Went to the BMV to get the plates for my car that was purchased 45 ago days and I still can’t get my plates because they haven’t done the paperwork on their end for me to get my plates. Today 9/11 went back to the bmv to try it again still can’t. Called back up to golden gears to see if they can issue another plate for me and they can’t only the title clerk lady from what Ariel said told Ariel to call the lady at home and he stated he didnt have her number, but he calls himself a GM/financing manager . Now I have to park my car till they get the paperwork processed on their end. Highly disappointed.what kind of dealership is being ran here. This place is being rated as 0 stars.Update 9/13/21 called back up golden gears to see if they was able to resolve the issues for my plates. And they still wasn’t able too. Spoke to Ariel and he said the title/clerk would call me back she was at Whitestone auction. My boyfriend texted Dave personally told him they needed to fix the issue ASAP. Or we will reporting them.Update 9/14/21 Lori the title/clerk emailed over another temporary plate for me that expires on 10-28-2021. Golden gears has till that date to get everything resolved or we will be contacting the bank that car loan is through and getting a lawyer involved to take to court. Shouldn’t be selling cars if you don’t have a title in hand to send to the banks.Do research before buying a car from golden gears in fishers especially since they get their vehicles from the auctions.

I had a great experience here at Golden Gears, the building is amazing and they have a great selection of cars to choose from! I didnt get the runaround Ive grown so accustomed to from other dealers here, instead I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and inviting the sales department. was. From the moment I set foot in this great dealership I felt comfortable, I wasnt pressured into anything and actually had my wants heard. So many great cars here, I would highly recommend Golden Gears to anyone in the market for some luxury without the hassle.

My GF bought a car from these guys, she had a trade-in. They messed up the paperwork for financing, still havent paid her loan off on the trade-in 30 days later. Now its affecting her credit. She had a co-signer, they worked the paperwork to appear that she was the cosigner and her mother was the primary. So now my GF vehicle is in her mothers name. Very shady salesman and business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Still dealing with the situation today. They already have her vehicle for sale on their lot but havent paid the loan off.

I brought a car from here! And the process went very well but once i purchased the car we tested drove everything was still well a few days go by and the engine light goes on! And i contacted the person who helped me get the car which was sales man aerial! He told me he’ll get me in for a service but stopped replying to me after that & still haven’t heard back since then! Very upset!

David was awful, never dealt with such an unprofessional team considering the money I’m spending. Buy elsewhere!

Our experience was so terrible (lost keys to the vehicle, the dealer never fixed issues with the car they promised to repair, lied to us, never kept in touch), combined with the fact they committed loan fraud (processed a loan and received proceeds from the bank while we never had the car in our possession - Its been nearly 3 weeks and we still dont have the car delivered to us), that we submitted a complaint to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.

2 week update:I did purchase the vehicle but process was slow till the end, service department or someone didnt care enough about the vehicle to properly clean it or even put on missing viper blades. Maybe they have new staff but they need to get more organized and be on the same page with information, i was told different things by different members of the ataff.All these 5 star reviews seems to be made by employees, lol, because its a newly built dealership, but i been trying to buy a vehicle from them for a week now, and their service seems really slow, in the dealership and on the phone.Will update my post onve my deal is finalized
