My kids love riding bikes here. Great safe neighborhood gathering place. The cakes are always decorated perfectly and are ready on time. The staff is genuine and kind.

I went in for a DoorDash order and I placed an order for a small soft serve cone for myself because I’ve had a horrible day. The young woman working the register said the cone was on the house

My family and I go here quite often and they are always friendly and positive.

The manager was super friendly and chatted with us while we picked out an ice cream cake. Cashier was very nice as well. Cake was perfect!

We go through the drive through about one a week and always have good service and Ive cream.

Edited to appropriately show their level of customer service. I’ve never been treated so rudely in fast food in all my life. We will no longer eat here or use them at my work.If I was rating on the food I’d give five stars. I often walk over from work to get pretzel sticks for a snack. They are delicious. The workers just aren’t friendly. I never know if I should tell them about my discount when I order or after. They seem so annoyed to have to apply a discount. There was one middle aged lady that was nice but I’ve had a male and a teen girl and they both seemed to hate their job.

I have no complaints here. It is Dairy Queen and you get what you expect. A consistently good ice cream product. The food is also decent but I would have to say a little overpriced for what it is. I can get past that and grab my blizzard. Honestly the people there are friendly and it is usually pretty clean so I will certainly not say anything negative about this establishment. Head on in and get yourself a treat

Great little spot for some quick ice cream. Never really saw this shopping strip busy and service was excellent. Service was quick and treats were tasty. Kiddos enjoyed every second.There is a small spot of tables for sitting outside as well.

Love this location! Super nice staff. The only downside is that this location doesnt have a fryer- so there is a limited food menu. No change to the ice cream menu.

This location has undergone a lot of manager changes over the past few years. In the past, it was a pretty inconsistent location. It was usually understaffed and sub par. However, weve been delighted with the new ownership and management. The staff are friendly, attentive, and do a great job making the items on the menu. They do not serve the full food menu, but its a great spot to stop in for ice cream.

We went to this location for a treat in the middle of the afternoon on 4-24-16. Despite being seriously understaffed and a line to the door, the single employee that was working served us with a smile and was very calm and competent. I was very impressed by her demeanor and efficiency. This location is lucky to have such a great worker. But seriously, get the poor girl some help!

The management and the team that he has working at this location they are awesome. I stopped in periodically everythings always so clean hot food and especially friendly service. Five stars to the team at Dairy Queen.

Great food and friendly service. They have a limited menu - no deep fryer or grill. They had a very good grilled chicken sandwich somehow though!

The staff made sure to do the upside down test and made very generous blizzards for us!! My wife and Is cotton candy blizzards were mixed thoroughly and we were welcomed with knowledgeable staff. They even made our bigger pup a pup cup (vanilla soft serve in a sauce cup)! It is a Frazier so theh dont have a fryer to make tenders or what not, but they had some good pretzels with zesty queso!

Food is never that good. But always love their ice cream. Have great service, nice friendly. I got the turtle Sunday. Best thing ever

The blizzards are very tasty, however they melt as soon as you get them. Staff is friendly. I would have given them 5 🌟 but blizzards are always runny.

I went there on a Tuesday afternoon and got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When I got to the window it was just a bunch of teenagers laughing and running around. Then a random kid tried to give me a ice cream cone.When I said it wasn’t for me he looked so confused and looked back at the people behind him, as some people we’re scrambling and others doing nothing. The store was not busy and there was one person in line in-store and no one behind me in the drive-through yet there was at least 9 people behind the counter some non employees as they were laughing and just watching. The actual window attendant was polite and helpful but kept going back-and-forth and didn’t really know what was going on. I had to ask her for my credit card and receipt back. When I got home the sandwich was inedible It was smothered in cheap ranch, mayo, undercooked bacon, soggy tomatoes, undercooked bread and whatever else they just threw together. As of now I would not visit this location. Of course this is just my opinion but.....it’s not worth the stomach distress.

I commend a couple of the employees who work at this location for their service skills. It. For one its a lot of patients to deal with the uppity, spoiled, untitled type attitudes that the people in this area display. Second of all, there are some teenagers working at this location- its a dairy queen these are the type of places they work, so have some patience! Its ice cream, not heart surgery or life or death. My customer service at this location was great and always is. There are sometimes the teens can be a little more professional, however, these are things that need and can be taught, its not worth having a bad attitude about or yelling, threatening or cussing at them about! When you react that way, your stooping to a teenage level.

The ice cream is the same as any Dairy Queen but its pretty much run by high schoolers that dont want to be there. So dont expect good or fast service.

Always friendly and courteous. I have never had to wait long when the line is short and when the line is long they are working hard to keep up.

The store was clean. The menu is limited, mainppy desserts. 2 associates in the store @ 230pm. We waited 10 minutes for 2 blizzards. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Very recently I was here on a very hot day and I went through the drive thru. They were quick and the blizzard was perfect.

I love Dairy Queen. The Oreo Cheesequake blizzard is delicous. The drive-thru here was set up a little strange. You have to go around behind the other businesses to get to it. So, if its your first time here its a little confusing.

Ordered a red velvet cupid cake for Valentines day. We went to eat it Valentines night and it was just a normal ice cream cake. Employees here are useless and have know knowledge about whats going on. Save your time and money and avoid this DQ and go to another location. Very unsatisfied.

Just a bunch of underage kids working in this store. They dont acknowledge you when you walk in. I walked out because I was the only person in the store, the person working looked at me and turned away walking to the back of the store. Meanwhile, there were three children under the age of 10 sitting in a booth. I presume the teenager working was babysitting..???? Not to mention, my teenage daughter was obtaining free food and god knows what else from a boy working at the store until I forbade her from going into the worst Dairy Queen Ive ever been into. Close this place down and put in a local coffee shop or something....anything.

For 3 years Ive struggled to have patience with this location. Its sort if a big deal when I decide to treat myself to DQ. 50% of the time, I leave after waiting 5 minutes on hold in the drive thru. Of the other 50% of the time that Im served, my order is wrong, as well. Not to mention, they like to shut down the lights and signs 15-30 minutes early to appear like theyre already closed. So frustrating. Over it.

Very poor service. In drive thru with my window down for a very long time being told to hold. Tried driving from and to the drive thru again with no response. Finally after around 10 minutes of being the only person in the drive thru i asked if anyone was there and was told to bare with them because they were the only one there. I have never been so angry to be the only car in line for food somewhere. My wife who has recently gave birth was craving a blizzard but we will not be returning here for one. Please please do not give this place your time or money. I left with a very cold crying baby in my backseat and no food or ice cream. This took place Wednesday around 4:35pm 1/27/16

They close at 9, we got there at 8:39 and the door was closed. Girl inside made a gesture to drive around for a drive through. We drove around and had 4 cars in front of me, took 20 minutes to move the first 2 cars and they they shut down and told us and the car in front of us sorry there are only 2 of us here!! Sounds like a management issue not customers. Never coming back again, will drive an extra 2 minutes to the Hamilton location.
