We recently completed a kitchen remodel (which also included a staircase and living room makeover). This was our second project with Dream and it was the second project for a reason. We did look at three places and got pricing before committing to Dream a second time. All in all, choosing Dream was an easy decision. Dream is great to work with. There were no hidden costs or surprises and the employees at Dream are amazing. They suggest ideas that we would have never thought of and in the end, those are some of my favorite parts of the remodel. Everyone we worked with was helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had the perfect kitchen to fit our specific needs but even more, they made sure we had a great experience from the designers to everyone completing the work in our house. Remodeling is never easy when it disrupts the main living area of your home but everyone working on our project were truly great people, beyond friendly and easy to have in our house every day. I would recommend Dream without hesitation. Our first project was a basement bar remodel and it is just as fantastic as our kitchen. :)

We have used Dream House Dream Kitchens for 3 projects. Most recently we used them as we built a new home for our kitchen design and cabinets. I truly believe Dream Kitchens design work is the best as I comparison shopped. The quality of their cabinetry is top-of-the-line (even the carpenters that installed the cabinets in our new home complimented the quality as they rarely see it). Lindsay, our designer, was extremely responsive and worked with us to ensure every detail was what we envisioned. When Ive had questions or needed a repair someone came to our home, no questions asked, and fixed the problem and checked all cabinets for adjustments (really going above and beyond). I would highly recommend Dream Kitchens to ANYONE (and do!). I feel they have taken us on like family. We absolutely LOVE our kitchen and get many many compliments on it.

The carpenter from Dream Kitchens was on time to work on a few repairs to our cabinets and a drawer. He worked quickly and professionally to get the items repaired. The office staff was professional and helped in communication to be able to get the job done sooner than expected.

Our kitchen was designed by Dream Kitchens. We are not the original owners of the house, and some cabinets and drawers had a bit of water damage. Others had some dings and scars. It is such a nice kitchen, but the unsightly areas were very noticeable to us. Dream Kitchens had a copy of our original plans, and they were able to get new pieces to our cabinets, that match perfectly. We cannot say enough good things about Chad, who came to do the repairs. He worked hard all day, to fix every little imperfection. He was also very considerate of our home, covering our flooring, and cleaning up after himself. Our kitchen is perfect, and beautiful again. Dream did a large kitchen remodel for us a few years ago which included opening up a wall and adding a load bearing beam to dining room. They were timely, neat, and careful in preserving the 100 year old details of our beloved Tudor.When an issue does come up with cabinets or anything, they stand behind their work and will come out and evaluate issues that might need to be addressed long after the installation is complete. This adds piece of mind, which is of great value.

Weve done two remodeling projects with Dream - a full basement remodel and then our master bath. The team was thorough, respectful of our space and fun to work with. They hit the budget and timeline as promised, they made selections easy and they communicated well with us throughout the process. Their designers were helpful in narrowing choices and steering us to the right things to spend money on (and to avoid spending on things that wouldnt be worth it). I just tried to make an appointment on a Saturday to meet with someone because were building a new home. I was told that no one is available for Saturday appointments, and when they do have Saturday appointments theyre for current clients. How are they supposed to get new clients if they dont allow them to make appointments? Theyre only open 10-5 Monday through Friday (when we happen to be working). I would give them a zero if I could, unfortunately Google makes you choose at least 1 star.

Dream has remodeled four separate projects on our home: a kitchen remodel, a laundry and mud room remodel, a bathroom remodel and a master bedroom remodel. The entire process from design concepts to material selection, demolition to construction is carried out flawlessly. The program management and cleanliness on site during the process is wonderful. Communication is great throughout the entire process. The end results are spectacular! We are so pleased with each project and highly recommend Dream for any project you are considering! Working with Dream was the BEST remodeling experience I have ever had! The design team was patient and listened to what we wanted, then they delivered! I cant say enough good things about the workmanship or the workers who did the build. They were punctual, considerate, and CLEAN! My goodness, were they clean! The job site was immaculate every night to the point where I would often forget it was even a construction site and would walk through in bare feet.There were no surprises when it came to timeline, cost, or options. Everything was clear and straight from the beginning to the end. And in the end we got exactly what we wanted. In fact, after about two months in the new kitchen, the Dream team came over and walked through to find anything that wasnt exactly right...then they fixed it. Think about that for a moment...we were given two months to look for any issue that we werent 100% happy with, and the team fixed them all! We had dream remodel a large bathroom which we ended up turning into two bathrooms. They were great to work with through the whole process. Dream is expensive, but the quality of everything they put on was great. Even better is their service. Throughout the project they kept us informed of what was happening when, and the work area was cleaned up every day. Jenna was wonderful guiding us through the design. Scott kept the project organized and on time. And Chad might have been the best if the bunch. He did high quality work and came up with clever solutions to some of the quirks of our old home.

My wife and I had Dream Kitchens remodel our laundry room years ago and were so pleased we went back to have them for a major remodel of our kitchen. We had a great team. Dream House Dream Kitchens is one of those rare companies that you dont need to check references, they are who they say they are. This is our second project with Dream, two different design teams. Our first was a kitchen remodel and our second is a new build. Although not your big box prices, what you will get is incredible creativity, customer service, product and attention to detail. Jen and Jerry designed, re-designed and problem solved many an issue during the building process. They even helped brain storm issues unrelated to the kitchen. You can also feel good about going with a local company. Always impressed with the Dream Teams.

First of all this review is about 4 months late. Thank you Jerry, Kevin, Kimberlin, Scott, David, Eric, Tony and everyone else that worked on our place! My Wife and I on a daily Basis comment to each other how great it is and how happy we were with the process. We started the process in March of 2018, we moved out as it was almost a complete remodel in July of 2018 understanding that with an anticipated 13 weeks to completion it could go longer, which we were OK with. The best surprise was that we were moved back in by week 14. They communicated every week with the process and which contractors were in the condo each week. Since we live in a condo we always receive communication about the workers in the building and responsiveness to noise or issues that come up, They passed with flying colors as we received nothing but positive comments about their politeness and professionalism.Our project included 2 bathrooms a kitchen and a new lounge are that was created from an old closet and unused storage space and increased our doors from standard to 96 inches. The project required significant demolition and carpentry. While they had their own team for Cabinets electricians and carpentry they outsourced some specialized features. Coordinating with our Concrete floor contractor, Tile 360,Custom Metal island cloud as well as a walnut island surround.We are extremely happy with everything from the Quality, Professionalism, Timeliness and Adaptiveness of the team. Not to get all gushy but I would not work with anyone else on a remodel project, We love our place and can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner.

We have to go see it. We cant recommend Dream House Dream Kitchens enough. Their entire team, from beginning to end, did an outstanding job. It was worth the investment.

Dream Kitchens did not disappoint! No detail was left unturned! You deal with 1 designer and 1 project manager. They order and schedule everything for you...and i mean EVERYTHING so your schedule is not inconvenienced. They provided excellent air circulation during construction, were always friendly, always cleaned up after themselves, listened to our questions/concerns and answered every single one quickly. They were generous with their time. If we couldnt make a decision on a paint color or door knob our designer would be over the next day to walk us through options and help us create solutions. They contacted us often to make sure we were comfortable with the schedule, the progress, the staff etc. I cannot recommend them enough! Everyone that walks into our house is in awe of the kitchen and we jump on the opportunity to talk about our experience with Dream.

I stopped in here and spoke with a sales person, gave them my budget and scheduled an appointment at my home. They canceled at the last minute. I followed up attempting to reschedule and never heard back from them. Went with another company in town who was much more friendly, helpful and not arrogant.

I am another happy customer with Dream House Dream Kitchen. I had a drawer that was unstable due to a missing slide. That slide is no longer manufactured. Lee went above and beyond to solve our problem without even charging us, all with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Dream House Dream Kitchen. Like many great companies, they stand behind their products.

Had to have a small repair done and Lee came out right away and fixed it. This is the second home we have used Dream. First one was the kitchen and bar, this one every bathroom built in bookshelves and the kitchen. Love the workmanship and the service.

Went to Dream Kitchens to look at butcher block counter tops. Their lead designer, thats how she introduced herself, told me to go to Home Depot! She stated the counter top in their showroom was $6000., she was hoping to shock me right out the door. I am very aware of the expense of butcher block. She started to show me the wood samples, which I was very interested in, and she kept shutting the drawer. I asked if I could look at the samples, and she said yes, as long as you put them all back. Then she left.Im thinking her parting remark was accusing me of stealing them!I am in my 50s, and quite frankly, I cant remember ever being treated so rudely!There are lots of kitchen suppliers out there with great designers. Dont waste your time and money at Dream Kitchens.P. Waunakee

We hired Dream Kitchens for a large kitchen remodel this past summer. From initial contact to project completion, Dream Kitchens provided outstanding customer service and professionalism. We received excellent advice and counsel during every step of the design process. Every item we wanted included in the remodel was carefully executed and planned. The project kept to the established schedule and their project managers always kept us informed of any delays or changes in the timeline. I can be downright obsessive about construction details, and the team respected my tendencies and worked to ameliorate any anxieties I had along the way without being patronizing or showing frustration. Perhaps most importantly, the Dream Kitchens team (Jerry, Kimberlin, Chad, Scott, and Perry among others) were respectful of our home as well as the fact that our family of four (including two little girls) were living in the construction zone. They are all good people inside and out, and I sense that they all treat every project as if they were working on their own home. I look forward to working with this business in the near future for a host of other remodeling projects.

INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!! We asked one of their people if we could look at their displays, as I am looking to have my home remodeled. He said it was ok. Another older man in glasses walked over, looked down at us and asked What are you doing here? Excuse me? What are you doing here he repeated flatly. We are looking at cabinetry, I replied, I would like to redo my kitchen. With our company? he asked and continued state down his nose at us. Uncomfortably I stared back, before leaving in disbelief. I have NEVER been treated in such a fashion! I left their showroom and bust into tears!

We worked with Dream Kitchens (DK) on a project that including tearing down walls to create an open concept main floor & master bath remodel. The upside of DK is that you work with one project manager, which, if you tackled a project like this on your own (managing sub-contractors etc), could turn into an overwhelming project. Just like on the TV shows dealing with remodels, there’s always going to be a “surprise” and some technical challenges, but in the end, you have to judge DK on their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to deliver an outstanding (& beautiful) product. Since the DK crew was always positive & upbeat while successfully delivering on these objectives, they definitely earned a 5-star rating.
