Excellent salesman,Alex, and wonderful delivery men!My refrigerator died over a weekend so I looked on their website for in stock inventory, called and talked to Alex and he talked me through everything, size etc. He was able to get delivery to me on the Tuesday after I called, knowing I was desperate! The delivery men went right to work, fit perfectly! Then they came right back when I had a small issue and fixed it!
We should be receiving our appliance in a couple of weeks (backordered) but our salesman, Derek N. was very courteous and knowledgeable. I anticipate the rest of the process will go as smoothly. Would highly recommend working with Derek N. at Grand Appliance.

Had questions on a washer and dryer I purchased, so I left a vm with the salesperson, but never got a call back. Followed up with a call to another salesperson, but still no response. The delivery/connection people were good.

Fantastic!!! They helped us find just what we were looking for for a great price! Due to shipping delays, even though its in stock in the store, our appointment is a month out for them to be able to deliver. Not their fault at all, but I was happy it wasnt going to be several months away

I went to Grand Appliance in Fitchburg, WI, and was very pleased with the experience. We were looking for an over the range microwave with an exhaust fan, and we got help immediately. We purchased the one we wanted and arranged for it to be delivered and installed. The service schedule was booked for two and a half weeks, but they told us that it was very possible that postponements could happen that would make it possible for our service could happen sooner. We had only been home a short time when I got a phone call asking if we would be home the next day to have the microwave delivered and installed! Of course we were delighted. The men who came the next day were efficient and friendly, and had the microwave installed in less than a half hour! Not only were we delighted with the service, but the price of the microwave was less than at another dealer, and the installation was less than half the cost quoted by the other dealer. Grand Appliance will definitely be our go-to Appliance store from now on.

Just did a phone order for a new fridge. Everything was easy and the sales person, Derek, was great. So far, so good!
Very helpful until the sale was made. Delivery did not go smoothly- I made salesperson aware of my small space and was assured it would not be an issue. On delivery day when crew arrived I was told by crew that they could put my refrigerator in place only after I signed a waiver saying I was responsible for any damage to my appliance and my home. I called the store and was speaking to my salesperson when the crew decided they weren’t waiting and drove off with my appliance! After some discussion I agreed to have them redeliver another day with adifferent crew. These guys were awesome and put my appliance in place with no problem. I received no follow up from the store after delivery. My water dispenser is so slow that I can barely fill a cup but no way I’m calling these guys to deal with it. Won’t be shopping here again!
Our fridge decided to die last night. As soon as we could we headed to Grand Appliance. We purchased our stove and washer from them and had good service - salesperson friendly and helpful; good delivery time; brand name appliances and good prices.
Not happy with their Service Departments customer service.Had a tech out to look at 18 month old dishwasher. Needs a new disposal motor ($240). Waited for the part, rescheduled service to replace, then it didnt get done because tech could not turn water off. At no point was I told water would need to be turned off, even when I asked if he needed power off, he never mentioned that water might need to be shut off.I had to leave for appointment, leaving my 18 year old to answer questions, but got a call on my way that he cant get the water to shut off and didnt want to apply more pressure to the valve. Great, thanks for not breaking anything, but it wouldnt been nice to know ahead of time that shutting the water off might need to be done. I am NOT blaming the tech, older house and plumbing is a bit dated. I would have checked the shut off valve prior to his arrival if I had been warned.My complaint is with the Service Department customer service. I called and said I wasnt happy that it was not mentioned that the water might need to be turned off. In return for asking for better communication, the representative was condescending and took no ownership of the poor communication. The man spoke over me, dismissed my complaint and said he would terminate the call because I was getting more frustrated by his demeanor and that a simple request for better communication seemed too much to ask.It seemed like he didnt care that we continue to be inconvenienced by the lack of a working dishwasher (with stagnant water in the bottom) or having to schedule a third service call. After spending a healthy chunk of money on a three rack dishwasher with built in disposal and bottle cleaners, one might expect more longevity in its parts and better service from the retailer.Edit: Husband came home and was able to turn the valve by hand. It is not broken as the response from the owner implies. The reply from the owner is reflective of the conversation I had with the CSR - dismissive of the concern. We are only going to be finishing the repair with Grand because weve already paid the service fee and they have the part. We will not continue doing business with this company.
Made a phone call to see if the appliance I wanted was in stock. Asked about measurements and if it would fit in space previous appliance was mounted. Derek asked for model number of appliance we were replacing and said it should fit fine. We discussed us or them doing the install. Decided on them as they take the old appliance away. Install & delivery was two weeks out but then he was able to schedule by the end of the week. Paid for everything over the phone. Easy peasy so far…thank you!
All I wanted was a refrigerator after 5 stores I was able to get one that was actually in stock in the madison area. One call to Lowell could have saved me a lot of driving. I highly recommend coming here for all your alliance needs. I would like to give a huge thanks to Lowell for all the help.
Literally the worst delivery experience ever! If I could, I would give them zero stars. It turns out they used a third-party contractor for the delivery of my new washer/dryer. The two knuckleheads let the water hose from the back of the washer drop to the floor so any residual water in the hose was left on my hardwood floors as they moved the washer out the door. They didnt bother cleaning up the water now left where the new washer was going in or the trail of water left; so guess who had to do this...me! First to have to wait 3-4 weeks for the new washer/dryer and then to have this delivery experience did not leave a very good first impression with me. I would look elsewhere.
You are able to browse and then you can request a sales person to help you. No pressure situation. Our salesman was very nice and helpful. Will definitely use Grand again for any future appliance needs we may have.
Stopped in looking for a dishwasher and a washer dryer since mine are getting to the end of their life. The store has a good selection of higher end appliances, but after looking around for half an hour none of the staff had even greeted us. We got some stares from them, but no further acknowledgement.
Everything was great. I am building a new house in Madison. We were at selection process for appliances. Our builder has given the recommendation to go to grand appliances to make a selections. We were to get all our appliances from here ( worth of $ 15000.00 ) . When we were making selections for appliances, we were at the beginning stage of construction. It was going to be three more months before we needed appliances to be installed in our new house. As we got our first selection of a nice refrigerator, we were told that we have to get it from there within a month. And we didn’t need it until our kitchen is ready ( after 3 months ). I had no where to store that big refrigerator. I really wished that they will allow me to get it when our kitchen is ready ( after three months ) instead of making me to have it be picked up within a month. Otherwise everything else was great:)

We spent some time comparing prices on-line then decided on Grand Appliance to purchase a new stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Alex C. was such a nice, likable guy, easy to deal with and gave us the quick low-down on what was available without trying to upsell. My time and energy is valuable. I didn’t have to run all over town looking at appliances and comparing prices. I was pleased I found just what I was looking for and was happy to say we stayed within our budget.

We bought washer from grand appliances. We found the problem in the month august 2021. Some one from repair team and examined he told the washer has a problem and the part is back order. So requested grand appliances try to replace and they asked me to wait so as of now it is one month without washer at home. Looks they only care for manufactures warranty after is sold out asking customer to wait for longer period until the part arrives. With the above experience I would not recommend.
I talked to Derek, he was vey helpful, (didnt try to up sell me anything) I had done most of my looking online so I pretty much new what I wanted, He looked it up they had it in stock and are going to deliver it fairly soon, price was very good compared to other stores, I was in and out of the store in 30mins at the most, (just the way I like it) Thanks for the great experience! Lowell was friendly from the start. He did not make us feel pressured for a sale, rather helped provide knowledgeable information on the dishwashers we were interested in. The warranty Grand Appliance offers is something other stores don’t offer and is of great value to buyers.

I cant believe how easy Rick made my experience. I had some ideas about what I wanted but he found better products for better prices. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, absolutely a great guy. Very simple process with the help of their knowledgeable sales person. Listened to our needs, showed us 2 models that fit our needs perfectly, and made the sale. That process was as good as I could have asked for.
Within 15 seconds after I arrived at the store, Derek approached me and asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for and, without any pressure as to what he would, or would not, recommend, he indicated that my tentative choice was a good one. When I asked when this model, or other models, could be available to me, he advised that the one I had chosen and one other were the only models currently available without a wait. So, I told Derek I would take it. He quickly made up the paper work, even lowering the price on the sticker to reflect the current, lower, price. He input my account details and the details of the purchase quickly and efficiently. When I asked whether Grant would dispose of my old microwave, Derek advised me that the store could not do that (although they offered free delivery to my home) but that I could pick up my unit at the Grand warehouse, about 20 miles away, so I chose that option. While Derek only promised my unit would be available for pickup at the warehouse the following day, he later called me and advised that it could be picked up as soon as later that day. So, I went to the warehouse, where an employee took my old microwave for disposal, brought out my new microwave, put it in my trunk, had me sign a receipt for it and I was quickly on my way. All in all, a very easy and trouble-free experience, not to mention a great selection of products and reasonable prices. Based on my experience, you wont go wrong shopping at Grand Appliance.

Our sales experience was AWESOME. We came in looking for a new refrigerator because ours was failing. We arrived about 20 minutes before store closing on a Saturday and explained what we needed. Derrek was extremely helpful and was able to find us a new fridge that was in stock and could be delivered the upcoming week. The price of the new fridge kept getting better and better after he priced matched the online price and found a rebate. We had the purchase completed in less than 20 minutes and didnt even keep him passed closing time. So we left super happy and would give the sales experience 5+ stars. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was not as great. On the scheduled delivery day, they arrived early (great!) but with a damaged fridge. They made arrangements to deliver a new fridge the next day. Disappointing, but ok. After waiting through the whole delivery window the next day, I finally got a call that said that this fridge was also damaged. At this point Im livid. We had a party planned the next day and we desperately needed a new fridge. I called Derrek again and he got right on it, gave me a call back within about an hour, and arranged for delivery of a new fridge first thing Saturday morning. On Saturday morning, the delivery drivers arrived right on time as promised and were very helpful and professional. They got the new fridge, in perfect condition, installed quickly and hauled our old one away. So long story short, we are very happy with the new fridge and had a great sales experience, but we could have done without the delivery hiccups. We plan to shop again for a new dishwasher and stove soon.

I purchased a dishwasher through Grand Appliance and TV in January of 2020. In January of 2021 the appliance stopped working. I have had their service technicians come out to my house 4 times. Each time being told that its ready to go, but it has never been repaired. This has been going on for 4 months. When I called to inform the manager that the dishwasher wasnt working, the best he could offer was the same person to come out in another week.Horrible experience, horrible service, and I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future. I highly suggest you find a more reputable company to work with.

The only problem was we were too far away to get there to pick it up before they closed. Alex kindly agreed to have the people at the warehouse wait for us. Derek was knowledgeable and helped us find a great Electrolux front-loading Energy Star washer after our LG broke. They have very competitive prices and a decent website. He also worked with delivery staff to get it to our home 10 days earlier than expected. Delivery staff were prompt and conscientious, which was much appreciated during COVID. We will definitely use Grand Appliance for our future needs.
After my latest purchase from Grand, this will be the only store I buy appliances from in the future. The sales people are professional and knowledgeable and offer no-pressure assistance. The installation for the products I purchased was very quick-less than a week after my purchase. The store is clean and offers a pleasant browsing experience.I highly recommend them.

Nice appliances for the price, but the delivery guys dont know much about the setups. Turns out they were contractors. They dropped the refrigerator before bringing it into the house - didn’t say a word. Huge dent on the corner under the door. One of the guys wears black sole shoes that left scuff marks on the kitchen and living room floors. They didnt bother to clean it up. Took me 30 minutes to clean up after them. They should be wearing booties. And yes, this impacts my ratings. I hope they send different guys for the gas range and dish washer.
I was very impressed with the knowledge and help from Alex when buying a refrigerator. I had another appliance store I was going to check with but was so satisfied with getting all my questions answered that I didn’t need to check further.

Buying them was the simple they where helpful with that part . Not having with in the five months I order them was cause of covid the manager lacks customer service skills !!! Also, the customer service number they transferred me over to blew me off several phone calls they said would hel with my brand new washer being repaired it has been 2 1/2 weeks still haven’t heard anything have called to be transfers again and left on hold left message nothing !! I actually called the manufacturer of the product and actually had a response !

Sales staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. Gave us time to look, compare and discuss before making a decision. They also checked current inventory as not many items are in stock due to manufacturer backlogs.Installationn crew was fast, courteous and made sure to explain things before they left making sure we were satisfied with the product and their work.

We were sold on all appliances for our new home here in September. We went early knowing we needed to order due to COVID (our house is complete here in a few weeks). Alex the manager was helpful and sold us on an upgraded line of appliances. When it came time for delivery and installation we found out that Alex didn’t order them on time and we wouldn’t have what we needed for our new home. This is several weeks after he sold me on a upgraded new range that it turns out wasn’t even out. After getting frustrated with the fact that the appliances wouldn’t be in and discussing we came in early for that he actually raised his voice at me, told me there was nothing he could do and this is what I would be dealing with anywhere. My husband called and ironically he was very nice with him and sold us the floor model so they could cut the countertops. We were assured it would be fine and in and we paid the Bill in full. My builder tried to push off a delivery date and Alex told him that the way appliances were going, he was afraid that they would get sold to someone else waiting because they would fall off a list at grand. He also then said that the propane converter kit we need for the range is back ordered and he has no idea when he will get it in so we can’t even use the floor model range he sold us. He has been disrespectful and rude after the initial sale and then upsell. It’s clear where the priorities are with Alex. I’m really disappointed in the service and lack of respect considering the amount of money we spent on our new home.

We had a friend who recommended going to see Alex (Zanny) at Grand Appliance for a dryer. We called first and she told us to come right in, which we did. (Construction was a little crazy but that did not change anything about our destination.Once there, we told Alex what we are looking for and she promptly looked up models that they had in stock. Within 10 minutes we had decided on what dryer we wanted to buy.She was able to set up a delivery date for us which includes taking out our old dryer - a great convenience for us.Overall, we were very happy with our visit and will go back if we need something else from there. I haven’t picked up the appliance yet, but I had a great experience at the store. I knew exactly what I wanted and they didn’t try to upsell me. When I left to check the availability at a different store there was no pressuring me into buying some thing else instead, and then when I came back and made the purchase it was easy and quick. They were very polite and good to work with.
