A while back I got eyeglasses there very patient and caring front desk girl I think her name is Sarah it was hard for me to juggle around time as alls I did was work 7 days a week 10 hrs a day at a auto parts store but target made it possible with my schedule to make it work and I was eternally grateful will be back again soon as its time for another pair. The best experience I’ve ever had with a optical store. The front desk girl is so professional and patient. The doctor too, very professional and friendly. They pay attention to DETAILS. The contact they recommended is very comfortable. This will be my go to optical store in Madison. I’m so glad I booked my appointment with them.

Went in and waited for about 15 minutes and no one showed up. I looked around and did not see anyone. I asked another employee that was just outside of it and she just said they must be open and walked away.

Sales person helped me through the whole process. Deciding on frames, measuring for my prescription, finding available discounts and fitting them to fit perfectly when I picked up. Couldn’t be happier.

I was pleasantly surprised when my sunglasses came in earlier than 2 weeks, the estimated time I was told. Service was great!!!

The location is easy to find inside of Target. Clean and has modern optical devices. Friendly staff and great service! Cheap prices!

I received incredible service from Joseph at this location. It was taking awhile to get my contacts ordered with staffing issues due to covid, and he went absolutely above and beyond returning my calls and getting those ordered for me. Extremely friendly and on top of it all!

Honestly, I was hesitant to try this place out after reading the reviews, but I had a great experience here! I was seen promptly and my appointment was quick with a great eye doctor. I cant speak to their service and handling of glasses, as I didnt get any lenses from here. But overall, with the nice, accommodating staff and speedy service, I would definitely recommend this target optical!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Got in at the time we were scheduled. Explained our options for ordering contacts and what we could do with our insurance. Convenient location. We will be back.

Was given a prescription that was much less strength that have been in the past. Dr. stated I must be mistaken..

I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and was seen 40 minutes late. In total, I was at the office for an hour and 40 minutes. The Dr spent at least 20 minutes chatting with a friend while I waited for my exam. Very unprofessional. The other staff were friendly but didnt seem concerned with patient care, just doing their own paperwork. I will not be returning.

Ordered glasses. When I picked them up they had a permanent smudge under the protective coating. Returned them for repair. A month later hadnt heard back. Called and they said oh, they are here and they are ready for pick up. They did not apologize for the extreme delay.

I dont even want to leave a star. Ive been in there twice over the last week. First time, I tried on glasses for 15 min. The girl working never said a word to me as she cleaned glasses and moved frames around. No one else was in the store ! Today I go in, there are two workers looking at a computer helping one guy. Again I try on the same glasses (not a good selection) and again I dont even get a Be right with you sir. Costumer service here is HORRIBLE

We have used this store exclusively to purchase our glasses for 7 years. Never again, the staff are ill prepared, not enough staff and rude to each other. Its uncomfortable to witness.

Received an incomplete prescription. Asked to have the correct one emailed. Only option was faxing or mailing. Needed to order contact lens so had to drive back to get correct form.

Been going to the optical for 2 years went there this August. for my daughter and my wife. Doctor did the exams all good. Picked out frames and lenses paid extra for the lenses. Went to check out and wrote the check out for the amounts. They proceeded to tell me they wont except my check. As the lady that did all the fittings for both called customer service.spoke with that rep, then had me speak to the customer service lady, she tells me that I dont write enough checks to Target for them to exept the check. she say they can track back 2 years!!! I wrote a check last year for my daughter and I!!., and they have us on file? then lady proceeds to tell me they are treating this as a new check writer?? Huh?? They accept checks at Target!!!. We were very upset and left the store Target lost a $7000.00 sale. With insurance covering $260.00 of it!!! Sad. We went down go Pearl vision and purchased the same glasses. With our insurance. They accepted my check!! Will never use target optical agian, many other choices out there. I will say Nancy was really great to work with, sorry that her company cost her this sale and upsell!T.J

Wonderful staff, great doctor, good deals, and nice selection! I had the pleasure of being helped by Elizabeth both for my exam visit and again when I came back less than a week later to pick up my new glasses and contacts (super fast!). She was cheerful, friendly, very knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. For my exam, Dr. Lynda Enemough was fantastic and made sure to take her time and explain everything to me so I was always comfortable and confident I was getting my best vision and eye health possible. Ive had appointments elsewhere where it felt like the optometrist was rushing through to slap a prescription on my eyes, but Dr. Enemough made sure to fine tune my prescription and let me test it out and decide if any adjustments were needed. Both Elizabeth and Dr. Enemough provided excellent service, and I was even able to use some of their great discounts and sales to end up with a beautiful pair of glasses that I love and some very comfortable contact lenses for a bargain price! I highly recommend this location and I will be a loyal customer for as long as I have the pleasure of *seeing* these two ladies!

My optical experience today was the best Ive had in my 20+ years of wearing corrective lenses! The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable and made the process very comfortable. Dr. Emmerich was extremely informative, helpful, and relatable. The exam was the most thorough and comfortable of any Ive had.I was even able to find many frames that I would love to purchase. I explained to the staff that I want to wait for my fiancé to help make a decision for the glasses-and they were more than understanding. The sales staff was not pushy in the slightest, and it was greatly appreciated.I will undoubtedly recommend this location to anyone looking for an amazing optical experience. Thank you to the whole team!

Great customer care experience and good deals

Zero pushyness, decent selection, and friendly service. I was an indecisive customer, but they never treated me like I was an inconventience because I changed my mind twice. They always have good promotions going as well.

Very friendly, they fixed a screw in my glasses for no charge even though I bought them somewhere else. I will definitely go here for mu next pair of glasses.
