Very helpful and friendly. This was a 60,000 mile service. Cleanly, with TV and seating and counters for those using devices.

Needs to be more forth coming with services to be done and could be done. Asked for truck to be washed, a service only provided when asked. The wash bay was unavailable and the truck didnt get washed. He was only told after he asked why the truck was still dirty. All this was worse because he is disabled and walks with crutches. He had to walk three times he should have if the clerk told him at the beginning that the wash bay was unavailable.

My contact with them was limited, but they were courteous and customer oriented.

I went in for a service appointment and they took walk-ins first. When I asked what is the point of having an appointment they informed me that that was just to let the service staff know I was coming. I’ve been in business for a long time and I can tell you that an appointment is just that. It means that when you walk in you know that you need to wait and will be placed behind people that have appointments. I was very disappointed in that response and in the wait time that I incurred. This is the first time that I have had a negative experience at this dealership. I love my Subaru! This experience was just not good.

We bought an outback from this dealership and after two weeks there was something wrong with the transmission. We took it in to the dealership to get it fixed which they did and they covered the cost. They even gave me a brand new loaner outback car to drive while my car was in the shop. Rachel, the service manager is awesome. She knows how to make it right if something went wrong. Great customer service at this place and highly recommend them. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

Chris was a super friendly, professional, helpful, and patient salesman! I am extremely grateful for him, he took the time to listen to me and help me in finding the right fit for me and my family. Yesterday my wife and I met with Evan Luthye of Flagstaff Subaru about trading in our 2015 Forester and upgrading to a 2021 Outback . We saw that our trade in was worth more than usual and they were offering 0% APR for 48 months. We drove up from Prescott to Flagstaff since we could only find one of the particular make, model, color and trim package we were looking for. The dealers at our local Finley Subaru are GREAT, dont get us wrong. Unfortunately, they didnt have EXACTLY what we were looking for. When we arrived, EVERYONE we spoke with was kind, courteous and upfront. Evan and the finance dept. made our transaction as smooth and seamless as possible. We agreed on the trade in value, the down payment and the monthly payments easier than weve ever experienced in all the decades of car shopping. My husband was interested in purchasing a Subaru,, and this dealership happened to have what he wanted. Months ago he went in, test drove it, and was told that when the vehicle was pulled from the test drive fleet he could purchase it! He was told that when he purchased it he would be able to get that specific vehicle for 5k or 6k cheaper than it was priced at that time since it was being used as a test drive vehicle AND a lender vehicle and would be “certified pre-owned.” He went to purchase today and this dealership jacked up the price THOUSANDS of dollars from the price it was originally listed at even though it’s been driven for months. Moral of the story is that you should skip this dealership and take your business to a place that doesn’t blatantly lie and try to rip off hardworking people. They’re dishonest and they practice bad business. Please save yourself the unbearable headache we’ve had to deal with, and go somewhere where they have ethics.

Excellent dealership and would say that they provided the best dealership experience that I have ever had. The Sales staff (Chris and Grant) were attentive, professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the Finance staff was amazingly fast and loved using the digital sign off for the paperwork. They worked as a team, fast and with that I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a Subaru vehicle.

This place is going downhill faaaaast. Oil changes cost about double what they were a year ago. No more service specials. Wait times are way up and staff seem less knowledgeable. My most recent oil change (conventional) took 2 hours and cost $75 with tore rotation. Tires werent even rotated correctly LOL. They switched side-to-side instead of front to back. This is basic stuff folks.My wifes most recent visit was supposed to include a tire rotation. They said it was performed, but I was not charged. Tires were clearly not rotated, as I mark them prior to arrival. We were having some front end vibration on the Forester and asked if they would please take a look while it was up on the lift. After another 2 hour oil change, I was given the keys back and paid without any mention of looking for the vibration issue.Bottom line: There are many other mechanics in town that will do a better and more thorough job for A LOT less money. They must have had a change in management, because weve had consistently negative experiences for the past year or so. The most ironic part is.. we used to get a follow-up call after every service visit asking if we were happy with Flagstaff Subarus performance. Those calls dont come anymore!

The service department fixed an issue in February in our 2012 Subaru Outback. The car would not turn on after fueling. They replaced the charcoal canister. 4 months later same problem. No code and they cant recreate it. I have brought it in several times. They say nothing is wrong. We told them a quick search on Subaru forums and this is a common problem with the purge valve. If there is not a code they wont trouble shoot or fix it. Done spending my money here.

Before purchasing a use vehicle from this dealer, be sure to bring a mechanic to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. Theyll slap a Certified Flagstaff Subaru inspected sticker on, but it DOES NOT mean they did it. I lost my trust for this dealership. I purchased a used 2011 Toyota Camry, everything looked clean inside and out. The car had some minor repairs. Nothing serious that I couldnt do myself. In the end, I purchase the car. About 10,000 miles into owning the car, there were more things that needed repair then I thought. The brakes stated they were inspected but never thoroughly taken apart and looked at, and the new tires they put on the car were the worst brand. The engine filter and the cabin filter had never been change at all. If they cant service a used vehicle before putting it out on the lot for sale, Im sure they wouldnt care about the service for your purchased NEW car. Once again, all they wanted was the sale.

We took our Outback to get a hitch and trailer wiring here and their service department was great. They had the part in stock and got us scheduled in quickly.What got me to write the review though is the service we got the day after. We needed to reverse the hitch ball mount we had purchased but even with two people cranking on a long wrench couldnt get it off. We went back to Subaru and no questions asked they helped us get the ball flipped around. I appreciate good customer service and we got that with the hitch install, I try to share when businesses go above and beyond and thats what they did helping us get on the road with our ball mount.

Just bought a brand new 2021 WRX STI from Flagstaff Subaru. My sales rep, Joshua, had excellent customer service. I was given an honest price/deal and am happy with my purchase. Jon in the service department was great in helping me get my accessories installed.

Had a very disappointing experience with Derek. Bad communication i.e. would tell me hed call me in 15 minutes but instead would contact me hours later than promised on multiple occasions (usually after I called him multiple times to find out what was going on).-ended up paying $400 more than he quoted.-Among other things, they replaced my valve stems without resetting the tire pressure sensor so now the tire pressure light is on without the pressure being low.-I went to the dealership because Im from out of town and assumed, being a dealership, that they would have the parts needed so I could get on my way. They didnt have the parts to fix my horn which wasnt honking. I took the car to an independent mechanic later and he found out the horn part was on a recall so I could get it replaced by a dealer for free, but Flagstaff Subaru was going to charge me.

In and out within the quoted time, quick service and friendly staff.

Broke my mud flap due to my own negligence, first time coming in the guy fixed it for free in about 15 minutes. second time it happened, again due to my own negligence i can in and said they can charge me if they have to. room 30 minutes. cost 30$ and they also fixed my driver side door rubber seal strip and filled up my fluids all at the same time for no extra cost. flagstaff Subaru continues to go the extra mile and i’m not sure if it’s because it’s small town owned or management just really cares. either way always a great experience there. highly recommend

The Oil Change service was great. In & out quickly, approx. 20 minutes. Staff friendly & polite.

Went in for the standard $80 dealer oil change/tire rotation. Tires weren’t rotated. Front tires inflated to over 50. Backs under 30. Big oil handprint on hood. No car wash. No response to e-mail. Not recommended.

Had a great experience at this dealership twice. We have bought two used cars from here in the past 3 years a 2013 Chrysler Town&Country and a 2012 Ford Taurus. This dealership really gives you the best deal upfront no haggling feeling cheated. They lay the exact numbers out in front of you down to the penny and finance definitely makes sure you get the best loan options. Plus the cars are still running great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the Flagstaff area looking to purchase a New Subaru or used car!

Despite the fact that its the only place to officially service my Subaru and Flagstaff they seem to have been knowing a pretty good job. Looking at my vehicle service history and recommended service history online though it seems that there is quite a bit of disconnect between what should be getting done and what is actually getting done. They will call me to tell me I am due for service so I look at my mileage and estimate the 6,000 mi average that Im supposed to bring it in and then well schedule a service based off that not usually when they call me. But looking at all my receipts Ive actually gone in for more oil changes than I should have which has probably cost me because I had a certain amount of free ones after I purchased the vehicle that have not been used that should not have been used that fast.Also, apparently when you bring it in for service that they tell you is needed they dont do all the service they just do the express lane and then call you again later and have you bring it again to get even more service done that they should have done while it was there. I guess Ill have to start paying more attention to what actually needs to get done instead of relying on them. Finally, it helps to double check what has gotten done. Minor things do get missed. For example, I usually check my tire pressure and tread depth. Ive noticed that what they mark on the inspection checklist does not always match whats actually there.

Daughter is interested in Subaru Crosstrek so we check out the vehicles and no assistance of any sort. So we proceed to go into showroom and try to find some help but again nothing, nada, no way. Instead unfriendly staff that dont believe in greetings or asking if you need some assistance. What a turnoff. I even called the dealership and asked for the Sales Mgr and he never answers phone too. We leave and drive by the Nissan dealership and their they come right out and up to us and greet us. Now they have their A game on. Kuddos to Jason. So dont expect much from Subaru Flagstaff. 👎

Took my car in today for a recall and oil change. Was very disappointed to see that many staff members were not wearing masks, contrary to current CDC guidelines. How am I supposed to trust them to take care of my car when they arent following basic health and safety guidelines?! Stay away if youre not fully vaccinated!

Ive only engaged with the service department, so can only speak to that. They are incredible. Ive had subaru services around the country, and the Flag Subaru is by far the best. Theyve helped me with changing snow tires on my 17 crosstrek, and never fail to exceed my expectations for promptness and service.Im not a habitual reviewer, so when I go out of my way to write a comment like this, it really means something.

James let me take him on a test drive instead of telling me where to go so I could actually test out all the new features in the vehicle. Crazy how only a few years makes all the difference. Him and the financial team worked to get me the best deal possible and I am LOVING it! Kudos to Flag Subaru and James, again!

Place has gone down hill since it was sold a few years as go. Just took my car there after my oil change place found a differential leak. The dealership had serviced the differential within less the 5k miles at the 70k service. Even with lots of build up and burnt on oil as ll the way to the back of the ca rd it was not their problem, no action taken. I now take my vehicles to another shop coser to home.

They change my oil. Drive in drive out with inspection and a wash.

Covid protocol is just okay, but service and helpfulness always exceed expectations.

On a recent roadtrip to the Grand Canyon from LA, we experienced a mysterious slow tire leak that required topping off every 20 miles. We had two tire shops take a look at the offending tire to no avail, but Brian and his team at Flagstaff Subaru correctly identified the offending part-a tiny slit in the valve stem. He courteously and quickly walked us through repair steps and gave us a fair and quick resolution. I will definitely visit this dealer again in the future. Its too bad they arent our local dealer!

Our experience at Flagstaff Subaru was 5 star from beginning to ending! We drove there from Payson for a recall/replacement of the airbag in our 2004 Subaru Outback. Every employee we encountered during our time there was pleasant, efficient and helpful. While our car was being serviced, we spoke with Tom Browning about any used Outbacks they might have for us to look at and he was refreshingly helpful, with absolutely zero pressure or sales tactics.Jon shuttled us to a breakfast restaurant in a nice new Subaru Outback, and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him during the drives to and from there. The usual shuttle driver had experienced a blow-out on I-40, and Jon kindly stepped in to fill the void and transport us. He is a huge asset to the dealership- very knowledgeable, friendly, and a good driver. We were very comfortable with him as our chauffeur!The airbag replacement in our vehicle was finished earlier than they had predicted, which was a pleasant surprise. Ricardo, at the Service desk, was efficient and personable and there was absolutely no pressure for additional services on the vehicle, and he gave us a thorough list of things that might need attention at some point. No charge for anything- no hidden costs.Previous to todays experience at this dealership, I have never had a good impression of auto dealerships and have avoided them completely. After today, I am happy to say I would return to Flagstaff Subaru without hesitation.

Austin from parts is an A-list employee. He called us as soon as our rack came in just as he promised then went above and beyond to help us put it on while in the freezing cold.This wasnt really his job but he made it happen anyway. Thanks Austin, we will be back!

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this best price dealer. I as able to locate the car that I wanted online from their inventory with ease. I did all of my shopping online and over the phone as I live remotely and the dealer is 3 hours from my home on the Navajo Nation. Tom Browning was exceptionally helpful in this process from beginning to end. Each time I called with a question, he answered on the first ring and was extremely prompt with text messages. He took the time to send me extra photos of the interior so I could get a better feel for the vehicle before I arrived. I also spoke with finances over the phone and got my monthly payments established. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was in and out within an hour and a half (including test drive and exploring the vehicle). I couldnt speak higher of this dealership, Tom Browning or my experience buying my first Subaru. Two big thumbs up from me!

Fantastic dealership. Really! Didnt think dealers like this existed anymore. Susan, the sales staff was perfect to work with. It was very easy and stress free to buy a new Subaru, plus we got a good deal with our trade-in. Also got to work with the Parts Dept, Service Dept. and cashier and all were friendly. Plus the new Subaru building is very nice. I could have driven 20 miles to a closer dealership but instead drove 90 miles to Flagstaff and glad I did.

My husband and I were not pressured in any way and Tom Browning spent a great deal of time letting us test drive numerous Subarus before settling on the one we wanted.
