Small shop but the prices are good and the staff helpful.

Doesnt cell cigarettes which is fine but when we inquired about the pipe tobacco so we could roll our own, the man behind the counter gave us the run-around stating that Its only for putting it in pipes and thats how we sell it.... You can do whatever you want with it like we were the tobacco police. Then he went on and on about how HE rolls his own but he uses tobacco.....tobacco, what ever the heck that means. We wont be back. Shame because a lot of our other stores are in the same shopping mall.

Many of the cashiers dont wear masks and when I called to complain they cited religious reasons. Stay clear of the old guy with long grey hair - COVID super spreader place!

Been to the place across town and at least they aren’t rude. Asked a few questions and the associate only seemed to be able to answer “what you see is what we got”

This shop has an Amazing amount of Great products, at the best prices, to choose from and always has a very helpful staff. Ive been coming here for years! A cut above the others.

As usual if I come anytime near opening its never open. Sign says opens at 10 its now 10:20. Same thing with the so called Back in 5 sign. 20 minutes later still no sign of anyone. Most of the time I just end up going to Mr Smokes. They also get crabby if you walk in ten minutes before closing. Great customer service!!!!! Pretty lame staff at this location.

Rebel is under new management, and is 100% better for it. Customer service has improved dramatically, the selection is better, and the prices arent bad either.They have a pretty good selection of tobacco products, including cigars,lots of smoking accessories, vapes, t-shirts, and gifts.

Always helpful and have what I need. Theres a sign that says do to the nature of these products no returns so do take that in mind. Also they do accept returns as long as it isnt your fault its broken. I myself had a return.

Didnt have what I needed. No big deal, stores often run out of popular product. Customer service was terrible and the shop keeper was packin a hand cannon tucked into his sweatpants high as a Hindu. Does every mouth breather need a desert eagle to feel safe?

They always takes good care of me, at the Eastside location, where I shop. Whether shopping Im shopping for larger items, or just chasing down a couple screens, or some Juicy Jays, its all good.

The worst of the worst when it comes to costumer service. I used to go there all of the time for my friend who hates going there due to the costumer service. I always get the big, plodding silent guy who hates answering questions and looks like he is dying for you to say something about his attitude so that he can call the cops. The last time I went there was a couple of weeks ago, and he was such a dick that I will never go there again.
