Great Smoke Shop, excellent selection, its an amazing place to buy a pipe or some tobacco for your various needs, I was there at about 2:45-3:00 with the intention of buy a collapsible pipe for hikes and what not, unfortunately I was refused service for pointing out that the gentleman in the glasses and black ball cap was rude. I asked where something was and he was dismissive and unhelpful. I mean, the students that work there arent going to be there forever (I hope) so Ill def stop by again when that fellow is not in. I could feel his aggression prior to pointing out his short attitude. maybe he was triggered by my mask wearing? I was told to leave so I did. I wanted to resolve the issue with him, but he wasnt having it. Anyways, They have a CHEAP ATM ($ 0.10) so its def worth it to get cash if you forget fore you head there. The smokes are always fresh and the glass is good quality, great variety and again excellent prices. This shop has been around for a bit and everyone there is always so sweet. Please keep the neat lighters stocked lol.

The shop atmosphere was very positive. From incense to lighters everything was organized and the staff was knowledgeable.

I dont stop here very often, but Ive never left disappointed. I think the mgmt may have changed, because the last time I was there, they actually cared. All strangers, but VERY knowledgable, and helpful. Sometimes, a mgmt shift can alter attitudes, and that last trip was the best experience Ive ever had. Ill go back, if this is their new reality. Their products are too good. If some of them broke, Id be here more often.

I’ve bought two vapes here and they both won’t charge within a month, they replaced the first one, and I upgraded to a higher quality with them, the vape stopped charging and they won’t replace it. They’re sketchy and I will picket them when I’m in the area because I have nothing better to do, don’t trust this shop. They sell broken products.

I went here to purchase a new pipe. Immediately, staff was rude and didnt allow browsing. Staff took me to a counter where I chose a pipe, but staff wouldnt let me hold or touch it. I asked her if the pipe was pretty solid and weighty, to which she replied yes. I agreed to purchase the pipe and still was not allowed to touch it until the transaction was completed. The pipe ended up being light-weight and feels like it will break in my hand.TL;DR: rude staff will trick you into paying $25 for garbage

Mix n Match Markus is awesome... Wish they had 2% and 0% Puff Plus... The regular Puff Bars dont last long and many are defective, try to carry higher volume disposables. Great people there will keep coming back.

They have a big selection. I walked in and found exactly what I was looking for.

Spoke with the assistant manager on the phone today, he was very rude and unhelpful. His tone of voice made it seem like it was extremely inconvenient and he was unwilling to help. He hung up the phone and was not respectful.

Chill environment, knowledgeable crew working here. You can tell someone took the time to research and get REAL (non knock off) products I dont wonder if my stuff is fake. found a new brand I havent seen before and been going back since. Selection is very unique and constantly changing. So far the interesting things ive run across browsing various sites that I was interested in Ive also found here at this store so it saves me the time of waiting and paying shipping, this IS the place you should be at.

Sold us dry 24k blunt wraps and couldnt give me my money back. Months before we bought a bong that broke completely in half the night we bought it. They made us buy the exact same bong but for 10ndollars cheaper. both time we drove for more than an hour. I guess our mistake was going there twice.

Least helpful staff I ever encountered in the retail world

The cashier was unhelpful and literally huffed everytime I asked a question. I was the only one in there and I felt like an inconvenience. I wont be back and I do not reccomend this place to anyone. You guys really need some customer service oriented workers.
