Huge selection of crystals, gems, jewelry, gifts and books. Ive been to several shops of this kind that often seem sparse in selection. Not the case here. We spent much longer inside than I anticipated and I found several great gifts for friends and family. Reasonable pricing and knowledgeable staff to assist in your shopping.

Lots of inventory, nice vibe! Not a lot of space to move around when the store is crowded. Prices a bit steep compared to other stores Ive been in, including other states. Overall, a Flagstaff gem that Im glad is still around.

Awesome shop, not to crowded and was able to freely move around. Plenty of items to browse- staff was friendly and was able to manage a decent crowd with no congestion. Good prices as i got a rosewood necklace... probably would have spent more but i had to resist myself as did my partner from buying more stuff!

Pretty much everything in the store is mined by slaves or people who get paid pennies a day while crystal magic gets all the proffit. Zero healing energy it’s all dark no matter how pretty the stones are. Plus the place is a complete rip-off with fake customer service.

Upon entering, this shop took hold of me and I didnt want to leave. So much to explore and learn. Everything was detailed in description which helped me tremendously in choosing the perfect stones for me.

I have been going to the Crystal magic store in Sedona for a very long time, not realizing there was one in Flagstaff. Now that I know there’s one in Flagstaff I’ll be stopping every time I’m in town. They have a large selection of crystals and they also carry those hard to find crystals. Staff was very friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door and asked if I also needed any help in locating anything special As I browsed through the store.

Super lovely shop thats so colorful and bright. Staff was very nice. Wish there were more items from African and Middle Eastern belief systems.

I love Crystal Magic! I am not a Flagstaff local, but I come to the store every time I am in Flagstaff! And every time I go into the store, I find something new! Crystal Magic has so many amazing crystals, tarot decks, books, essential oils, and incense! They have a large selection of crystals, so every person can find one that fits their fancy! The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their costumer service. It is nearly impossible to talk to an employee if you have a question or want to see a jewelry item from the case. Otherwise, it is a fantastic store, and there are so many incredible items to find!

A few years back this was such a sweet crystal store with great prices. Now the prices for almost everything in the store are 6 to 10 times above what the normal market price is. Among many other items, Moldavite pieces that are about $70 to $100 elsewhere are $700. Crystals that sell for $40 elsewhere, are $300... The greed of the owners is sad to see.

One of the lady’s checking me and my friend out was very passive aggressive and rude with an attitude and it was very embarrassing for us when she looked at our cash and rolled her eyes (we are 15/16) (we don’t have a card) so it was just overall a rude and bad experience and made us feel very uncomfortable. We have been going to this store now for about 3 months now and have never had a bad experience until today. Very sad to say but we do not feel welcomed anymore.

Nice shop. There were a lot of stones & a decent amount of info about meditations but not a whole lot of anything else. Just not the mind, body & soul kind of store I was looking for.

My boyfriend bought two books copies of the same book here for me as a gift, as he didnt know whether I wanted a hard copy or the soft cover. Today, he tried to return the hardcover for either his money back or store credit, he was told by the manager and I quote This is not a library! How do I know you havent read it? and refused either of the above options - without so much as taking the (OBVIOUSLY) brand new and untouched/unopened book or the receipt out of the bag. A harsh, immediate judgement and zero empathy for a spiritually minded store.As locals, an avid book loving couple and a crystal lover, its a shame but we certainly wont be spending money here again. Brightside has a far greater selection of books, excellent and most accommodating staff, and fantastic customer service. A much better choice.

This place had all the vibes I was looking for. I don’t live in flagstaff but knew just based off of the door I had to check it out. They have a large selection of crystals and other great items to browse through. The smell inside was amazing as well.

This store gives off a very warm welcoming energy. My brother who has a conflict with wearing a mask (his disability) was welcomed completely by everyone in the store as he did not wear a mask. The employees helped me find a product that was not currently in stock and even told me the artists name so I could try to get the product directly. Very kind and friendly people who make you feel welcomed even when you’re faced with restrictions that prevent you from typical Covid precautions. I wish the very best to the owner and employees of this store for being so understanding!!!!

Love the shop but it was sad to see no one wearing masks in the store. Every other store in flagstaff I see everyone wearing them. A customer stood right behind my partner breathing down her neck with no mask on. Definitely no social distancing it doesnt feel like a safe peaceful place to shop anymore.

A fun spot to check out when shopping in downtown Flagstaff, but dont expect to find anything large, most of the items in this store are pretty expensive.

My family & I spent hundreds of dollars here(with in two weeks), we were traveling from 3 hours away, the ladies always told us about the minerals wed bought (this one being a ring) the one time they dont and my daughter pays for it, 2 days later she cracks it accidentally, they straight didnt even care, they knew what we paid for it, wouldnt do a small discount or anything. . . I guess they should be consistent about the info they share about the wearable jewelry and we should do research always. . . Thanks for nothing. We will not be returning. Which is sad because it was our favorite drive & buy spot n Az...

Really lovely place. Picked up a new obsidian rune set and a pendulum, both very fairly priced. Really nice open atmosphere, good selection for whatever your needs may be. If Id had more room in my luggage, Id have definitely gotten more! They have a collection of perpetual motion globes that were so nifty, but pricey.

Wow, what can I say! I used to come here as a little girl when I would visit my grandparents cabin, and about a week ago, I was able to take my husband and his parents here for their first time. I havent visited here in over a decade! But, this visit was even more special, because I was able to also take my daughter here which was her first ever crystal shop visit!! Watching her light up around that energy was one of the most moving experiences Ive had! This shop has incredible energy, has an impressive inventory now and the layout is even better than ever before. The staff is well-educated, extremely friendly and made that visit even more enjoyable and memorable for us, highly recommend visiting!

I was in town to see a doctor and decided to stop in. The ladies were extremely helpful in my search for specific crystals or shapes. They have a huge variety of different shapes and sizes and colors of crystals. They also have books, tarot, lenormand, and Oracle decks, jewelry, incense, soaps, essential oils, tapestries, and suncatchers!

One of the best experiences I had for metaphysic shops in Flagstaff, for sure beats any meta shops in Las Vegas. The energy in the store is fantastic. Its warded and blessed so if you are sensitive be prepared for a punch of energy. I mean its a Crystal and stone shop so the energy should be fantastic, and it is!

We were there in June and definitely will return. Masks or not.

I went here to buy some of my first crystals and there is so much to choose from! Some can be pretty pricey, but there are also relatively cheap ones, too. I also got a few bracelets that I wear pretty much every day now. Im not sure why there are negative reviews about customer service, but when I went, everyone was sweet and mellow, and constantly helping many customers find what they wanted. Even at the checkout, I had a nice conversation with the worker while she was putting my stones in bags with all of the descriptions. I thought it was a pretty great store though!

They have decent products but be prepared...you may not spend much time in one place. My daughter and I were approached by an employee who told us they dont want customers to camp anywhere in the store. We had to get up and move, even though all of their tarot decks have demo boxes so people can explore them. We had been there for maybe five minutes. A store with so many items to spend reflective time exploring should not have employees approaching customers asking them not to camp.

Fantastic selection and prices were pretty good. Was there on a Saturday afternoon (game day) and the place was shoulder-to-shoulder crowded. I picked up some pretty rainbow fluorite pieces for only $2.95 each. They had a lot of unusual and hard-to-find crystals and a few sacred geometry pieces too. I loved it there, but got a little claustrophobic from the crowd.

The woman working was extremely rude to my family. She wasnt friendly at all and snapped at my 5 year old when she got in her way. Great selection, but it totally turned me off and there was no way I was going to spend money there.

Great little shop full of beautiful quartz crystals and other semi precious gems. It was my first time visiting and it certainly will not be my last. I picked up some gorgeous flourite, rose quartz & some crackle quartz. The women working there are very knowledgeable.

I was just there on July 14 and all over flagstaff everyone was wearing masks, it was sad to see 2 staff people not wearing masks here at this beautiful store, one was pregnant! It’s disappointing to me they don’t listen to medical personnel (Including myself) nor science.

Nice merchandise, but a good deal over-priced. Rude service the couple times I have gone there. Plenty of other shops and dealers with better prices exist in Arizona who care about customer service so I wont be back to shop there.

By far the best crystal shop in my vacation experience here. I vacationed up near Flagstaff, but spent my days in Sedona (a town with no shortage of crystal shops). The prices varried in the Sedona shops, with the main theme being that they were expensive. $35 for a carnelian palmstone at a shop, when I found a bigger and better one at Crystal Magic for $12. Thats just one example. but I could go on. As an avid online shopper of crystals, I am pretty aware of when something is a good price, over priced, rate or common. Everything I found at Crystal Magic was not only spectacular, but of amazing value. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I hope to come back one day!

A nice little shop but the stones and crystals are way overpriced. If you know the market for crystals you wouldnt even think about buying anything in there for the prices they ask.

I visited this place for the first time during a vacation to Flagstaff. Loved the selection! So many crystals to choose from, and some at a really good price. Sometimes these things can get pricey so its nice to have some choices that are not too costly.They also have a great selection of statues and necklaces and more that run the gambits of belief systems. Diversity is a good thing and its pretty well represented here.Its very well laid out from front to back, and you never feel too crowded despite the amount of inventory. I would certainly recommend stopping by and paying them a visit.

I wont be shopping here again. Ever. I was stunned at the rude treatment I got when I went to return a necklace. I was trying to support local business on Black Friday, bought a necklace here and then found it for 25% cheaper at a shop around the corner. When I asked to return it, I was treated with complete disdain. The girl at the counter argued with me, said they didnt refund merchandise even though I had bought it literally 5 minutes before. I am shocked at the poor, inconsiderate, and rude attitude I received. She ultimately refunded my money, after an embarrassing argument and literally snatching the necklace out of my hand saying give it to me. Wow. Happy Holidays Crystal Magic. Ive been to plenty of crystal shops but this was one had the best selection. Greek, hindu, and egyptian pantheons. Tarot decks, pendulums, and many different rock types. Atmosphere was welcoming and the blonde woman was very helpful and interactive. Wish I lived closer so I could go back

Over priced & snobby. They have a wide selection of super overpriced stones and crystals. So the store is shiney, but lacks the depth & magic of a good metaphysics shop. The gals behind the counter kind of snubbed me, barely even making eye contact or any thank yous or response to conversation. Great selection of tarot, you can actually pull a demo of each deck and look at them (a true rarity), but I cant image what would happen if you had a question about them, with their staff being so cold.
