I am so pleased that I took the chance to shop in your store today, Ive stayed away from stores for nearly a year due to the pandemic. Your experienced manager heard my thoughts about what I was looking for. She supplied important information in a clear way. I chose a lovely pair of polarized Ralph Laurens which I am thrilled about. I seldom spend money on a pair higher grade sunglasses but I am totally pleased about my experience today.

I showed up around 4:30 saw a sign that said “be back in 10”, not a problem I walked around the mall a bit but it’s been almost an hour and the person working has not returned? Why put up the sign maybe just close the store.
I tried to return glasses I had bought just a few days ago which had turned out to not fit me well. The sales person (claiming to be the manager, probably owner) was very rude. She still tried sell me other glasses but there was nothing that I wanted. She asked for email and address (which was pointless as I have no record with that info on Sunglass Hut.) She got even more agitated, told me that I have to suffer the consequences of not giving her that info. She then asked me to leave and closed her store behind me. She also told me that the next store is 400 miles away and to call corporate.My rating of one star seems too good of a rating, but it is not possible to give zero star.I had to find another store, found one easily, and had no problems returning my glasses.
Good selection yet very pricey
The salesperson Danielle was fantastic. She was so helpful with finding me the perfect pair of sunglasses that fit my face and my style. I felt like she cared about finding me the perfect pair of glasses and not just making a sale. Thanks Danielle!

Soo I tried returning the NewWayfarer by Raybands. The owner was totally rude. Why have a “easy return” policy if they’re going to be superstitious about it. It was in original condition, proof of purchase. She raised her voice, was talking back. I was like this isn’t worth it if she thinks customers lie.The receipt said “NEW” and she told me we had them for awhile.
Got me some new shades. Thank you guys for the customer service
