Excellent experience with Demers! The staff was professional and helpful every step of the way. Install was a breeze and they took care of the clean up! Other than COVID delaying supplies by a couple months, it was great working with everyone at Demers! The owner even took the time to email me to ensure that everything was going as planned and things were looking good! Would recommend to anyone looking at projects big or small! For reference, we replaced 9, horribly outdated windows with new, energy efficient and thermal protected ones!

I asked to get a piece of glass cut at, around 11:00 am and my phone rang an hour later and the kindest young lady, by the way the person that got this project rolling said your glass is ready !! Unbelievable what a team of workers at Demers Glass !! Great place !!!

Fantastic customer service, Demer’s completed the glass replacement on my wood stove doors in a very timely manner. Also gave me tips about how to clean the soot off the glass and how to keep the glass from breaking again. Honest, transparent, and easy to work with! Highly recommend to others. :)

Wow! I was so impressed with this business that I wish I had another broken window! Seriously. I took a window in that had been broken by a hungry horse. They replaced it, on-the-spot with a non-breakable product. This just doesnt happen often, this level of customer service. I should have done it long ago. Thanks, Demers Glass!

I had a great exsperience with Demers recently. They fixed up my sliding glass door; its inside panel was shattered and needed replaced. i quoted this project out to 5 company’s in town. Demers gave me the best price. But, what I found truly impressive was out of all the window companies Demers rep (Tim)when quoting window was right on time. When I went into the office to contract the work their office person (Pam) was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the window which arrived a week early. They had an installer scheduled within days. He did great work, cleaned up, was on time, friendly and answered all my questions. Entire exsperience was exsptreemly satisfying. I recommend contacting Demers for your residential glazing needs.
