Absolutely a great company to work with! They went above and beyond during the quote and ordering period. When my windows were ready.. the whole professional, polite team came through and knocked them out in a day! I’ve already referred several people and will continue to do so! The windows and trim are immaculate and well done. They cleaned them up beautifully. They even respected our animals and our time.

Garrett is very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. I have an antique standing mirror that broke during a move and he was up front and honest about the challenges and costs of creating a new mirror. Hell be getting my business once the mirrors frame is repaired. In the meantime, he evened up the edges of the broken mirror (it broke nearly in half) and sanded them down so that I can re-use them for other purposes. Nicely done!

No one wears masks. I did not find front desk too helpful. Very expensive

The Rock ROCKS!!After debating for years about adding a custom, glass, shower door to our walk-in shower, I finally gave The Rock a call. Man was THAT a good call!! They came out to measure, and check opening for square & level, gave a great looking quote (which I approved on-the-spot). Technician that came out to install the door, was polite, efficient, self-contained, and very tidey. Not a spec of dust to be found, even after having to drill through tile to mount the hinges ... impressive. Our shower now looks and feels like what youd expect at a five-star resort or spa. The door fits like a glove, and operates like a dream. 100% satisfied with the people, products, and prices. Like I said, The Rock, ROCKS!

I needed a new shower door but am new to the area and didn’t have recommendations for a glass company. I went online and saw the reviews about the ROCK which were all good so I thought I would give them a try. So glad I did! They were very professional, they came when they said they would and did a perfect job and removed all the old parts of the old glass door. I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience with this shop.I needed a sweep for the bottom of a shower door at our house and The Rock made it easy and quick.I walked in with the old door sweep and was quickly and courteously helped.A quick measurement and cut and I was on my way.I highly recommend this shop and will be back with all my glass needs!!Thanks Damon and staff!!

I have a Cabinet business here in flagstaff and use the rock glass and mirror for all my glass doors. They have many samples right as you walk in their showroom which works great for customers that are unsure what type of glass they’re looking for. They are very personable and excellent to work with which makes me feel great about sending customers directly to their showroom. They have superior customer service and have never let me down when I have a tight time frame that needs to be meet, they go out of there way to get it done! I’ve priced around quite a bit looking for a glass vendor and you can’t beat the quality and price of glass that these guys have! Highly recommend!

DO NOT DO business with this company. I rarely write a Poor review but had to for this company. Would hate to have someone else go through a similar experience. Poor customer service, messages go answered for weeks, ask for an appointment and they forget to put you on the schedule. They Installed a window poorly and then blamed it on the window frame after it developed condensation outside and inside. Warped a blind in the same area condensation formed and said it wasnt them. Owner admited they make mistakes during installs and blamed us for the issue. Said it was the frame or the sprinkler. Never had an issue before they installed the window. Our sprinkler system is 4 ft below the window and ground drip system no chance water could even get up to window.

No response to the website email, people showed up late to measure and didnt seem to care about any of the info I was telling them, then the quote was super wrong. Not impressed!
