Purchased some marked up bulk ammo in a zip lock. The lady is rude! Will not return to support this business. It’s just a simple purchase too.

Went in to get primers, had a box of 1000 that was taped up by an employee. As soon as I go to check out the lady turned and got really snotty and loud saying I know you dont think youre gonna buy all of those. She acted as if I was trying to rob the place, then in a nasty tone said the best I can do is sell you one. Their was no sign that said limit, the box was sealed, all she had to do was say she couldnt sell the whole thing, then my invoice shows she charged me twice. She was very rude and I will for sure not be returning

Called ahead to make sure they had the ammo I was looking for, they did have it but when I asked for a price and quantity the woman on the phone rudely told me she was unable to get me that information because she was in another room. She sounded as if I was an inconvenience of her time. Will not make any further purchases from this shop.

Took a trip through the US to help my buddy move out of Cali. Stopped there for ammo and the guy there was knowledgeable, easygoing and just downright fun to talk too. They had a case of custom revolvers that looked worth their cost, a ton of reloading supplies, and a good selection of freedom seeds, for both target practice and social occasions. Highly recommended from a lifelong collector and enthusiast! Now I wish I lived in Flagstaff.

Shop local. I took a pistol in there and it took them maybe 10 mins to fix it. Otherwise it would have taken a few week to send it in and get it back. Staff is very nice and very knowledgeable.

I can guarantee you that not only are the prices better than any other gun store in town (from my own experiences), the people that work here create an awesome and welcoming environment. I myself have spent a few hours at a time almost each time I come in talking, as well as getting the best advice on what to get and what I should know and consider. Trust me, you wont have a better experience elsewhere.

I needed a special tool to complete my project on a scattergun and they said to come on in. They torqued it for me faster than fast and showed me some amazing custom work while I waited. Because it was simple, they didn’t charge so I bought some ammo to respect their shop. I’ll be coming by for all my gunsmith work from now on.

These guys did some custom work for me and I was very impressed. Their gunsmithing is absolutely top notch, but dont be surprised by the matching price. Most of their shop is centered around revolvers, so if youre looking for the latest and greatest black rifle with nano coatings and rocket launchers, this place may leave you disappointed. However, finding people knowledgeable about revolvers, let alone those who can work on them, is becoming something of a difficult feat, so Im glad this shop is still around.

Been there 3 times just looking around, that have some good prices on firearms.

Came in with my brand new Springfield XD 45. A round jammed inside. I explained before I went in I had a pistol with potentially a live round jammed in it and would they be able to look at it. Gary asked me to bring him the pistol. 2 minutes later he tosses me a 45 round with a spent primer but the casing and bullet completely in tack. He looks at me smiles and says buy better ammo. I was amazed! I fiddled with that darn pistol for days before giving up. In 2 minutes he got it out. They shot 5 rounds through it and said it was good to go. I asked him how much and he said no charge. That just doesnt happen these days. I winded up spending the next couple hours bsing with him and the other employees. They are absolutely great. They make custom everything. After that experience, I am having them do my muzzle break on my 300 win mag and work on both of my 458 socoms. In my opinion that little gesture and all of them being genuine earned them a lifetime customer. Thank you Gary and thank you to your employees you guys are great! P.s. Ive since put about 200 rounds through the XD and not a single issue. Needless to say I now only buy good ammo. :)
