Wish i knew the lads name that helped me the other day, he got my propane tank for my 24ft class c rv filled promptly, and done right for the matter. Much appreciated on having access to somewhere so close for such great prices!

Stopped by to fill the coach tank on our 30ft motor home and had an employee who saw me pulling in and acknowledged me while helping another customer while he was driving a forklift. We showed him our tank location and he guided me back to the propane tank promptly. Great customer service and we paid outside with a card. Thanks for the friendly service Branden! Great job.

Employees were not wearing masks, and the pellet litter that said it is safe for rabbits is NOT safe for rabbits.

Who would have thought that filling two propane tanks would make my day. I asked the young man on the forklift about filling my tanks at this wonderful store. He was spectacular and extremely helpful. A great conversationalist and offered me help to load the tanks back in my van. He was very friendly to the point of making my day. Not only do they fill propane tanks but they have a wonderful store and all the staff is friendly and helpful. This is my go-to place for propane... No other retail store of this kind in Flagstaff provides their customers with this kind of friendly attitude. THANK YOU TRACTOR SUPPLY COMPANY!

Plan on waiting in line for a while when you go to this tractor supply. They generally have stuff in stock and I like the store but for some reason every time I go there I wait in line for 10 minutes to check out

The General Manager needs to take some time to learn his own businesses return policy. He required his manager to tell me that in order to return the $90 bark collar that broke 9 days after purchase, I would have to call the number at the bottom of the receipt to have them approve the return. I spent 40 minutes on hold only to find out that was NOT actually the policy. Customer service instead explained that any item purchased within the past 30 days could be returned with a full refund. Simple as that. What an incredible waste of time. After 50 minutes in the store, I finally got my money back. Sad considering the staff is very nice and they have a great selection of all sorts of stuff.

Convenient propane fill, can pay at the pump. Theres been someone back there every time I stopped by so I didnt have to chase them down. Met the store manager who was friendly and courteous.

Today was my first time in a tractor supply store. I am new to AZ and usually shop at Murdochs. It is clearly labeled and well organized, and was also well stocked. The cashier I had was friendly and made nice chit chat with me which helped me feel welcome to the neighborhood.

They had what we needed, at a fair price, but they dont enforce the mask rule at the Flagstaff store. Even some of the staff did not wear their mask correctly. Kind of scary for us.

Went in looking for a winch, surprised at how large the selection was. Tractor Supply has a good couple isles dedicated to towing.The winch I ended up buying seems well made and preforms very well. Thanks tractor supply, with 4-wheel and my new toy, I can get out of anything!

We were traveling in our little trailer with two dogs. Running out of dog food and we definitely didnt want to upset their stomachs by changing what they eat, Taste of the Wild Salmon flavor. Nice finding a large chain store that could help.

All I can say is WOW! Old time customer service! I showed up ignorant of what I needed and how to do it. Jim went above and beyond with patience and was very knowledgeable about different ways to do my project. He even showed me how tie-downs work. I have so much faith in getting good honest trustworthy service there, I will only go there for the rest of my projects. The cashier was great and helpful but no body else would answer her or my questions about the weight or quality of their hay. They also do not keep products stocked. Some you have to order in advance so if you go in randomly, they only provide for customers who made advanced arrangements. Very difficult when you depend on specific foods for your pet.

I came into the store after looking online about buying an utility trailer. The employees were very helpful and took awhile to fill out paperwork, but Im excited for my new trailer to help me out! Great service, great employees, great location and I was able to drive my new trailer behind my Subaru of that day!!

I used to love Tractor Supply, but they appear to be going downhill! Went for a propane refill. Sat outside 20 minutes. No one came so called the store. 20 rings, no answer. More staffing maybe? The store was not busy.

Lowest price in town by over 100 dollars with a senior discount !! Plus the manager chase along side another worker hand loaded every bag for us VERY CAREFULLY without breaking any !! Thats right the manager loaded my truck !!! Unlike other stores in town . Surprisingly we went there per the recommendation of Coconino Humane Society for dog crates. Very reasonable pricing, especially compared to the local Petco. Staff was friendly and helpful; the gentleman who helped us even owned a dog himself! A very nice experience, thank you.

This store has the friendliest most helpful staff of any of the TSC stores in Northern Arizona. Unless youre a pregnant woman, theyll just watch you struggle with getting 50+ pounds of dogfood into the cart, and then into your car. This was some time ago, so they may have had some better training since then. I havent had a chance lately to test this... But still, very friendly and willing to help, but only if their asked.

Decent selection but the three stars comes from the customer service. Cashiers are always nice but if you can find another employee you might find what youre looking for.

I am so thankful they sell Cattle Cube and the only ones literally here in Northern Arizona, but lately (3 months) they dont have enough in stock in both Producers Pride & Purina. I also noticed the Producers Pride is now the price of Purina, another words the price has gone up for PP. I have to go to Camp Verde or Prescott to get more, they always have plenty in stock but I dont like to go there weekly.

We keep getting the run around about pig food and when they are going to get it in. This has been going on for a couple weeks now. We call and they say its in but we go in and they dont have any. Then they say the ordered it and the didnt they tell us itll be in on one day but that day they say no itll be in on another day. We have animals that need food and we cant keep getting the run around.

The folks here have always been helpful. Has most anything you need for a quick household project. The staff has always been readily available.

We ordered 2 dog crates on line, long story short, 2 weeks and 8 phone calls later we are finally told that the item we ordered isnt even offered any more! But it took them 2 weeks to find this out while sitting on $550 of our money! Think I have had enough poor customer service from tractors supply!

We were camping and we had trailer problems with our little trailer that we haul our quads with. We called Tractor Supply they have the parts and stock. Problem solved. Saved us from a very long trip somewhere else and extra money to get the problem solved. The two people inside the store that help me were super friendly super knowledgeable.

Went in here looking for some cast iron cookware. They had them, but the selection was small, and the prices were high.

I was very impressed by the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. Some of the staff used to be in 4-H and knew quite a bit about poultry.

Manager didnt know what they were talking about. Drove up to flag from Sedona after calling. Said they carried iso 32 circulating oil. Hour drive, no iso 32. They had iso 46 and 68...hydraulic oil. Not circulating oil. I was pissed. 2 hours of driving for nothing.
