Staff was nice and helpful. Items are pretty easy to find. Needed to remove a cable to an old Dish and found a cable/wire cutter with no problem. Really like shopping there cause the staff is willing to help, where the other place in town, you have to hunt down someone.

The Flagstaff Harbor freight is always great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with a return or exchange. They take care of their customers.

I probably would not buy journeymen level tools at Harbor Freight. However, for the home mechanic, carpenter, plumber or electrician, many of these tools are the right price and sufficient quality to do the job more often than you may want to do it. In particular, I find the Bauer line of battery operated tools to be of excellent quality and durability in my experience. Drill bits and other cutting tools are plenty good and very well priced. If Chinese goods are not your thing, stay away.

I went in for a dual hitch extender for my trailer tray to get it higher up off the ground and the associate, Tyler who helped me find the right item actually came outside and helped me put it on my trailer hitch which required lifting quite a heavy tray. I’m a little disabled and would have had a really hard time doing it myself as I’m not from the area. He was extremely helpful and gave a lot of tips and now my tray is amazing it doesn’t bang on the street every time I come out of a parking lot! Thank you so much! This associate deserves a raise... or at least some recognition because he acted like helping me out was part of his job ( in a good way)!

Good prices and good service

I had to make a vehicle repair after a breakdown in front of the store. I had the engine taken apart and parts on the ground going inside to buy hardware and engine fluids the employees were very helpful and polite despite the grease all over the money. Thanks 😊

They have a wide variety of tools. I have never seen a sale item out of stock. Always friendly service. Replacing lost tools is not a great big expense. When I purchase it through Harbor Freight Tools. Thank you for your help in many ways

Harbor freight Flagstaff Arizona I had to drive down there because in Kingman Arizona they didnt have the predator 9500 in Burger generator that I wanted.. The cost was $2174 but itll run my camper forever my AC wont cut down my coffee pot wont cause the problem I can go camping in the heat have the air conditioner going I can go camping in the cold have my heater going.. My son and my niece knew that jampa Went to the store in Henderson Nevada every time he was able to get up there and they call that jampas candy store now that we have one in Kingman Arizona it is my candy store they got everything you need possible cheaper prices and guaranteed They have no questions asked returns which is fabulous except Ive seen these People trying to return a wench that looked like it was 75 years old trying to get a new one and jipping the company.. I am so thankful Kingman Arizona opened one up to Cal ranch stores

What happened to the great customer service? Been coming here for years and now I dont get offered any help have to hunt someone down just to get assistance. Been treated rude twice now. If you dont like your job then find somewhere else to work. As Im going to another harbor freight for tools.

3 stars for the great cashiers and attendants, plus great prices. Minus two stars for that guy, I think he is the manager. Kinda rude, looking down and looks borderline like he is going to snap at you every time stuff is returned. It does intimidate me somewhat, I hope I dont have to return anything anymore...

Out of everything on sale. Tried to buy 3 expensive items. Out. Told to come back Saturday. I drove 80 miles. Wont do that again.

Helpful staff, decent prices. You do get what you pay for but a lot of their stuff still has lifetime warranty. My 1/2 ratchet has broken 3 times but they always replace it

Overall it is a good place to get tools for decent quality. No Dewalt types but I think Dewalt is over priced. I havent had a Harbor Freight tool guit on me yet. What they really excel at is the peripherals, blades, bits, lights, etc. They do what they are good at and thats what I like.

Look you dont go to harbor freight for a forever tool. You go to snapon or matco for that. For some around the house tool set and random items this is where you go. Good prices on cheap Chinese tools.

I am a new shopper at harbor freight this is the first couple of times that Ive been in there.I love the store I love tinkering around with different types of tools and things to work with so the selection is great for me. However I found at this particular location they have an employee their named Steve that can be quite rude and short with customers. in fact the last time I went in there to shop his rudeness actually had me put my stuff down and walk out without purchasing my items! hoping to go back in and have a pleasant shopping experience either when Steves not there or maybe Steve can be taught a little more customer service skills.

Always a great experience, and with bargain prices.I find a need to return almost weekly.

Bought plenty of stuff from here especially a generator, when the generator gave out it was still under warranty, all I had to do was drain the gas and took it back. Had it exchange, told them it quit running. Exchange no questions asked. Cant afford big name brand tools. Harbor Freight is the next best thing. Friendly employees also👍.

Always the place to go for tools. I know some people down the quality of there tools. They have come along way. Everything is made is China now. So why not stop by and save some money.

Well they would have gotten a great rating expect the women that was putting up freight was very rude. I asked her where to find an item. She acted like I was asking for kidney. But the lady at the checkout was very nice.

No one in this store knows where anything is. If you ask for help looking for something, they search with you. And all the times we went there, they didnt have what was advertised, neither did their Cottonwood location. Why advertise?

This is one of the better Harbor Freight Stores I’ve ever been to. It’s always clean and organized. Rachel always greets me at the door and checks to make sure I don’t have any questions or problems as I’m shopping. People like her are hard to find!

I entered the store and was welcomed within 10 feet of the registers. The energy and sense of urgency not only to task but more importantly to customer service was very invigorating. Three individuals offered assistance on three separate occasions each as I meandered through the store. Their rounds timed nicely with the tempo of my passing from section to section. I never felt pressured simply reassured that if indeed I had any questions or needed direction it was a mere nod and glance away. There was a particular supervisor (her name is Rachel) completed my shopping experience by line control at the register. She was the first person to speak to me and the last face to face as I gave my name number and email for a membership. Awesome visit like a kid in a candy store I left with my penny candies this time but have my eyes on many larger items. Well stocked with diverse products.

Need membership to gain access to reduced prices. Alternative to a wide selection of hardware and other products. Have special offerings in flyer at door or sign up for mail drop on sale items. Good clean restrooms and good parking area. Prices changing due to trade wars, perhaps? Tools that get the job done.

But,if for any reason, you need to return merch from any store, theyll accommodate you! They have great deals, and they value the customers. Plus, HFT also has been donating gloves, and masks to help combat the pandemic to all the essential workers that make living under stay at home orders as easy as can be!

Told Restroom was closed when I was shopping. Sometimes open, sometimes closed. When I ask why they said they didnt want to service it. Poor customer service.

I would recommend Harbor Freight for all of your home tool needs. The prices are extremely reasonable and they have a awesome inventory I would not recommend most of their tools for extremely hard use But for a homeowner it will significant accomplish every job. Harbor Freight gets five star rating from me.

If I could Id live in that store. The prices are great. The sales rock the seriously good deals. Theyre tools are lifetime warrantied. The coupons for the free stuff had saved me a lot of money and seem to come along just when I need em. And ours has a kick ass selection for such a small store.

Returns and exchanges were pleasantly easy. The cashier was extremely helpful. When we forgot our coupon, she brought out her smart phone and looked up a coupon code and gave us the discount. That is amazing customer service. The story manager carried our large purchase to the car. Again Amazing!

Prices are hard to beat. Lots.of tools to pick from. Extended warranties really do make sense.

Always well stocked and clean. If you need a tool that youre not going to rely on every day for work, you should get it here. The prices are about 1/2to 1/3 of Home Depot. Sure, a lot of it wont last a lifetime of everyday use, but how many times are you really going to use your hammer drill?

Aside from their relatively new Hercules and Bauer lines which are aimed towards the professionals As long as you go in here knowing that you are not getting the highest quality tools you will be fine. There is a reason harbor freight is so cheap. That being said its great for a diyer or people who are not using the tools for commercial use. Plus there are a lot of misc items I dont need brand name stuff for and this is where HF shines.

Harbor Freight is an excellent choice when it comes to proprietary tools. I would recommend anybody in the Flagstaff or surrounding areas to go to this Harbor Freight and check it out. They have great customer service and a wide variety of selection of proprietary tools and equipment. They are also in a very good location as the shopping center Harbor Freight is located in has a Taco Bell and Burger King so lunch is always on the menu.

Excellent prices but you must be careful as quality may be sacrificed. Overall great selection and helpful staff.
