Went to buy knee herb and found store required a mask. The mask is useless and the mask reqiirement shows a lack of reguard for customers. Did not go in.

Went to pick up an Amazon package. Lady there was extremely rude and condescending. Ignored me in favor of another (female) customer, and when she finally got my package from the back, she didnt bring it to me. She left it on a shelf at the rear of the store and told me to go and get it myself. I cant remember when I was treated so shoddily. Also, I just noticed another reviewer said basically the same thing. Had to have been the same employee.

Never have any problems, always well greeted, always have everything in stock. Always making sure you have what you need and questions if you have any.... Sales associate Holly very helpful and super cute.

James really knows his stuff. I asked him probably a hundred questions because I know nothing about supplementation and nutrition (he was very patient with me) and he gave very insightful and useful answers. I hope he continues to work there because hes a genius when it comes to supplements.

The girl up front was judging the items I was about to buy!!! Then starts telling me everything I have in my hands are horrible for me. Walked out with nothing.

There to pickup two small Amazon packages. I was polite and wore mask. Nobody in line. But she snaps that I wait to side. She says she serves customers first and asks random guy who is shopping if ready to check out. Ask for my pickup code. Them interrupts me curtly. Then puts boxes on shelf at back of store and points for me to go get them.

There is a lady that works here that used to be a bodybuilder!! She really knows her supplements and can help you get on the right track. She has great enthusiasm and with her help, and picking the right supplements and working out. In just a few months I put on 13lbs of lean muscle. She really knows her stuff and she will make you laugh!Will come here again.

Really hard to find, but once found, Sales Associate was very informative and helped me get everything I was after, saving me $20! 🙂

Im willing to pay a little 3xtra for advice and product knowledge. I try to visit when Kat the manager is there. Her knowledge and opinions really help out a customer like me.Im a fan of ON (Optimum Nutrition) and this GNC often has sales and specials.I like to eavesdrop when Kat is giving other customers advice. Just because of that I am now a fan.if their LIT pre-workout formula.I even stop in for a couple protein bars for lunch.

Called and did not like the service from Cat. She was rude and not informative. She basically told me she or everyone else from this store cannot help me because they arent on the Keto diet. Instead I called the mall and spoke to chris who was able to give me advice and educate me on what products are keto friendly.

Cat is wonderful so is Juan they are very knowledgeable and patient and even give good discounts when applied

Kat is wonderful person and give great care and attention to me everytime I visit.
