Clean store, a little on the small side compared to others. Good selection and quality products as long as you are willing to pay a slight premium over regular grocery chains. Meat is very good. The cheese counter and smoked fish section are well stocked, much better than any other store in town. Dont forget to stop by the bakery dept for some great cookies.

Most well staffed Whole Foods i’ve seen. There were more employees than patrons and willing to help. Espresso was great too.

Girls at the counter didnt know how to make a proper sandwich. Had grill cheese and she didnt butter the bread. No plain white bread available. Didnt know what kind of condiments. She looked brand new. Just needs more training. Great selections and prices not bad for store with organic produce.

For Flagstaff this is a nice WF. It beats the WF in Sedona hands down especially with the deli department. Flagstaff WF is well staffed and with nice people..i like that their hot bar is open late and has really good vegetarian choices.

Whole Foods Flagstaffs grocery team is a joy to work with! They treat special orders as a priority and meet challenges with professionalism. I place orders monthly; and their service is always STELLAR.

Stood infront of the desert case and never got served they helped my buddy but walked away after they were done helping him, Im there just about every morning and this happens, I work in the area and it seems convenient but after this continued experience its time to go somewhere else, EDIT: the owner gave me a link to somewhere that didnt actually help.

Average food produce quality. We got some prepared food. They used older green beans for grilling. This got to be one of the lowest ranking wholefoods store in the state.

Whole Foods is pretty consistent throughout the country, but this location is pretty neat. Theres several places to eat at and shop in, right next door, and the location is picturesque.

I usually come here for the sales on protein bars such as Taos Bakes and This Saves Lives. Overall, decent selection and reasonably prices, but does not compare to other Whole Foods in larger markets. Overall, it is fun to browse the limited selection at this location and see what non-hidden gems are reasonably priced.

Everything overpriced!!! At dinnertime Food bar mostly empty. Chicken wings I got were dry and tasteless. Salad bar was ok.

A refreshing oasis in the Arizona food deasert. When I set eyes on this precious gem of a store during my last road trip, it was a site to behold. Familiar but different, friendly and clean. It was a breath of fresh air! Great selection! Delicious food!

The employees, the eclectic mix of food add up to a pleasant experience. Every aisle you will find unique products, exclusive to Whole Foods. Theres also the butcher counter, seafood, bakery, produce, prepared foods and so much more that I am not mentioning. They have a cheese counter, manned by an expert in cheeses... Whole Foods is definitely the best of the best!

I just stopped by to see what kind of salmon selection they had, and there was a fine looking side of Coho, which the fish monger weighed to my specific request and I was out the door in less than five minutes.

Not sure why but this Whole Foods isn’t like most of the other ones we have been to. It’s really small and has a smaller selection than most. We were able to find what we were looking for for the most part, but the options were limited. The sushi was also really bad, not sure if it was just an off day or the usual. But we for sure wouldn’t get that again.

Regular items are changes as quickly as Big lots. The Bakery... What bakery doesnt ever have the same items in stock. Seems high handed to me

They really should just close the coffee and smoothie bar if they don’t want to serve customers. It’s never open and when it is open they turn you away. Walked in at 2:20 and turned away because they close at 3pm.

The produce is always fresh and the best.

If you have food allergies, please consider another option. I have had multiple issues with the store using ingredients that were not advertised. As a person with severe food allergies, I have had consistent issues with orders from the cafe. Particularly, with what they advertise as Bullet Proof Coffee. Today, I was nearly served cheap corn fed butter. I use this food to fast when my allergies are acting up. If I had eaten this food I would have gotten very sick. This is a total lack of accountability on the part of management. Workers at the store are great, I just wonder how they are being treated as frontline workers with management that clearly does not care about health or the wellbeing of consumers or staff.

We have been to many Whole Foods across the country and this was was delightful enough for my jaded butt to write a review. Covid friendly, hand sanitizer everywhere as well as everyone wearing masks: A+. A store employee patiently hunted with me, displaying the largest Sake collection that I have ever seen at a Whole Foods! Friendly, clean and fresh!

The true name of this market is Whole Paycheck. Thats how much you will spend.

When I first walked in I thought “what a great grocery store, they have so many wonderful things that a normal grocery store doesn’t have”. I purchased a bag of groceries but most of the things that they made in-house were bad. I’ve got spring rolls that had no taste, a hot and sour soup that was horrible, sliced fruit that was spoiled. I will not be shopping here, the prices are on the high side and the products are sub quality.

As a fan of Whole Foods in CA we were delighted to find it here in Flagstaff. Not so delighted after this experience: (1) bought the small square plastic container of peas that, after the recommended 2 1/2 hours of boiling remained hard. A few more hours of boiling, still hard. After three days of simmering their consistency was STILL too hard. By then the soup had turned from pea green to a reddish brown and the taste unsuitable so the whole pot had to be tossed; (2) we also bought the scrumptious looking broccoli crunch with bacon salad at the deli. It was intolerably spicy and inedible IMO. Whereas I realize some people have a greater tolerance for spicy food than I, no spices, chilies or peppers were listed in the ingredients, nor would one expect to find them in a broccoli salad. We bought other items that were acceptable but the experience with the peas and deli salad was enough to give this store a one star rating.

Pleasant rotation of craft beers in the attached restaurant. The cauliflower nachos are both delicious and vegan friendly.

I doubt “organic” grapes look like the size of a golf ball. Also, i went to try their acai bowls but it was more like a soup of acai with maybe 3 pieces of strawberries and a piece of mango. HUGE disappointment!

The rotisserie chicken is very tasty, fairly priced ($8 at time of review), and seemed larger, and heavier than rotisserie chickens sold at other markets.

As always Whole Foods does not disappoint.

Fortunately and unfortunately this WFM location is not your typical Whole Foods Market. This is Flagstaff so you can definitely tell that the store is being managed with its own rules and regulations which do not really adhere to the Whole Foods Market principles. Along with Sprouts Market located on the other side of town, they are the only eclectic & organic produce food store in town, hence they can afford to run things differently than other WFM. The positive is that it’s never super crowded, meaning you can always find parking and you [almost] never have to deal with long check out lines, like at most WFM in Miami, New York, LA etc.The negative is that the team is not trained and managed by WFM standards. They do not display the overbearing knowledge, kindness, urgency for customer satisfaction that WFM is known for. You can tell that they are managed very differently. The Specialty food section is not up to customer service standards either....I.e. they don’t seem to have an actual cheese buyer. Other than that, Food quality is mostly up to Whole Foods standards - meaning always organic whenever possible, fresh and tasty hot prepared foods, bakery items and nice layout in the produce section.

Good customer service and a.good variety of product for reasonable price, their sushi bar is amazing 👏

My husband and I went there today. My husband is not able to wear a mask. Joh the manager was rude and condescending. He was down right mean and refused us entry. Demanded to know why he could not and then told us to get off the property or he would call the police. We asked him to call them because the mayors proclamation states people who can not wear a mask do not have to and they dont have to give a reason why. Joh also let other employees to talk down to us and a let an employee Brian call my husband a joke and a clown. Horrible customer service. They also followed us out of the store and made fun of us with customers and employees. I will NEVER shop here again snd will tell everyone I know.

Upscale produce, meats, cheeses, baked goods, refrigerated and frozen foods, bulk foods, deli, supplements, lotions & potions. Prices a bit higher than most grocery stores, but top quality. Amazon Prime members get occasional discounts. Parking easy. Top quality great stuff.

I love Whole Foods! Not only do they have the best quality in groceries items but I can find my vitamins and other health products that are sometimes hard to find.

Got custom sandwich from young guy with strange hair. Could not make a Caprese sandwich. When I picked up my sandwich it felt light like nothing was on it. So later on I ate it and ended up chewing on plastic. No basil...no balsamic. Minimal tomatoes with some hidden plastic. You couldnt pay me to eat here again. Boy do I miss New Frontier.

Someone came in that is unable to wear a mask. The manager Jah told them to wear a mask or leave. They showed Jah the mayor’s order allowing people that couldn’t wear them to be allowed to go without a mask and you don’t have to say why. Well Jah demanded to know why and threatened to call the police. The customers left and Jah and the cart boy Brian made fun of them as they left. Not sure what kind of company whole foods runs but this is unacceptable!

Love whole foods! Has everything you need and when we went all the trees had fall colors! Dropped in from out of town on our way to the Grand Canyon. We picked up some groceries and lunch at the salad bar. If your looking for healthy options this is the place.

I arrived theres a girl sitting out front I asked her about an item she says yeah then I asked her again and her response was well I dont really know. So I walked the store for what I need and there was no need to ask someone else to get the same response. As I leave to head out and she proceeded to have an entire conversation with an employee and not acknowledging me. Yup thats who you have upfront.

I really like Whole Foods Flagstaff. I grew up between Flagstaff and Houston, so I can honestly state that I know the essence of the original Whole Foods markets, when they were just a Texas based store with a CoOp-like atmosphere and amazing, independent leadership. Having grown up in Flagstaff, I can tell you the WFM paid careful attention to the ethics, style and vibes of Flagstaff when they put this store together. It feels like it’s always been a part of the community there and offers all the high standards you’d expect from this company.

This used to be an excellent Whole Foods. Our recent experience was pretty poor, the store was disorganized, under stocked and not very tidy. A number of items we normally purchase there were either out of stock or discontinues. At 10 AM there was a major restocking effort taking place, adding to the normal congestion is the aisles. A trip to the bakery was a disaster, the attendant mangled the last loaf of organic sourdough in the bread slicer and had a dismissive attitude about his poor performance. We will have a difficult time returning in the future...

Great location with friendly staff. Excellent source for vegetables fruit meats alternative meat products deli pizza cookies sandwiches and fresh juices. They also have a fresh restaurant and bar that serves up an amazing happy hour. Their Wi-Fi is on point. They also have an Amazon locker and with them now being an Amazon affiliate it makes being an Amazon prime member brainless. With 5% cash back on the Amazon prime credit card you earn a decent deal back in no longer is whole foods unaffordable.

Its a mini whole foods but has everything i need. Best vegan foods on buffet i have encountered traveling the country coast to coast. Never disappointed when i shop here.

This place has become our new favorite family spot! We grocery shopped here at first but now we drop in to for fresh juices, smoothies, buffet, pizza and desert, then we go sit in lounge area where on Saturday there’s live music starting at 5-7pm.
