Had an appointment today at 10 AM. I walked in before my appointment and was able to hear the Tech and client chatting. My appointment time came and went and I was still waiting and listening them still chatting (not all about hearing aids). After some time they came out and I finally was helped.My hearing aids do not start as they are supposed to and is why I went in. The tech was in a hurry to get me out. The tech simply switched out the part that goes into my ears and said its good. Never tested the hearing aids.When I purchased the hearing aids I was told supplies for three years were included (batteries, filters, ect). Well they have a new tech now and I was told filters are at my cost and they are expensive. Considering the hearing aids were not tested, the tech was in a rush to get me out of the office I will go with my medicare plan hearing aids. The tech I purchased these from took time with me and provided filters and batteries as needed, but not this tech.

Great customer experience and service from Jerry and Jenna at Connect Hearing in Flagstaff. They treat you and all they serve with such respect - always polite and caring. I cannot say enough good things about them and their business. They deserve 10 stars!

Being a musician and music teacher, my hearing is very critical to my job(s). His knowledge of my industry, as well as my everyday concerns truly helped with the whole process.

I am from California and visiting my Granddaughters in Flagstaff. I wear hearing aids and lost one of the domes to my hearing aids making me unable to use my Hearings aids. At the urging of one of my Granddaughters I Googled hearing centers here in Flagstaff. I was familiar with the area where Connect Hearing is located and drove to see if they could help. I explained my situation and although the assistant was not optimistic she had the exact size I needed, she found one that would work for me until I got back home! And, at no charge! Friendly and very accommodating office. I even chatted with one of their clients before I left! I felt very comfortable at Connect Hearing!

I have used 4 different audiologists before. This is is the most knowledgable one. He has an excellent understanding of audiology and therefore can adjust hearing aids very accurately. He also gives the most detailed hearing test that I have ever received. He cares and is honest. Both, him and his secretary are kind and easy to work with. His secretary is efficient and helpful. I really recommend this place.

I stopped in for a hearing test and was treated very well. The staff is fantastic and place is very clean, well kept and professional. They take very good care of you and spend ample time doing the physical review and hearing test. If I ever need hearing aids I will be stopping by here.

Jerry is an awesome audiologist! Other audiologists before him were horrible. They messed up my hearing aids and I had to keep coming in. Jerry fix that problem and he knows what he is doing like a professional DJ player. I have always been so happy with him because he knows what I need. I highly recommended to see Jerry.

We were traveling through Flagstaff today on our way to Sedona and my Phonak hearing aids were not working as well as usual. I suspected wax was the issue, but discovered I left my spare wax filters at home In Michigan. Jenna at Connect Hearing couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. She replaced the filters at no charge. Highly recommend this business. Thank you Jenna.

I have had hearing aids for five years from Connect Hearing. Their service and supply of batteries,etc. . is outstanding. I get a tune up ever six months and there is never a charge. We were referred to Connect Hearing through our insurance. We drove an hour and a half one way to go there. After filling out all the paperwork we found we had to go somewhere else. They called our insurance company for us and found a place closer to home that we could go to. The elderly lady with me had an easy time understanding the doctor and was happy with how everything was handled. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
