Spilled my ice cream at the window because he gave it to me already mush and melting. Went back to get another one and it’s the same mush. Barely any better

Asked for smaller size peanut buster parfait, Manager on duty immediately said we dont offer that, but I can put peanuts on a sundae. I explained any other DQ has never had a problem making this. He said Ill give you a deal, I wont charge you for the peanuts. The manager on duty was a jerk. Then our friends asked for 2 for $4 hot fudge sundaes, he again said they do not offer that. Then we asked for a bathroom and was told to go next door to the Barnes and Noble. I felt bad for the girl at the register. Funny because the manager made my sundae, making exactly like a a small peanut buster parfait. (funny, I thought he said he couldnt do that.) I was scared he would spit on it! Love my DQ but not when employee is this rude!

DQ never gets old, has the best ice cream. Thumbs up!! Me and my family go every time after we eat dinner.

Burger was made to order, it was great. Small fry was perfect as a side. Ordering was easy and the burger was just great. This is a good one. 🙂

I missed my turn, so I pulled into this place to turn around. Google hasnt stopped hounding me since then. They want a review. Its a great place to turn around!! Eff off, google!! That was four years ago!!

What is there to say? In rural Arizona, if you see Dairy queen, you stop. No hesitation, no exceptions.

Asked for a medium mint OREO blizzard and got all the way home and realized I was given a mint chocolate chip blizzard instead. Guy at the window was a little rude.

I want to preface by saying I usually love DQ. I called on the phone and asked if they had the red velvet blizzard. A nice guy answered and said “we do” and I said thank you and I’ll see you later. My family and me drive 45 mins to the Flagstaff location and when I got to the window the young lady there said they didn’t have the ingredients to make it and it was on their winter menu??? Very confused. Ended up not getting anything but a cone for baby.

The service was awesome! The guy who helped us at the window was very friendly and quite funny!

Yo. everytime i come to dairy queen, i ask for extra fudge in my royal blizzard but end up getting no fudge at all. So like, if y’all could get that fixed, that’d be great. But until then, i will no longer be a customer. ):

Wow it is 15 minutes to close the open sign is illuminated and an employee locked the door as he saw me getting out of my van. Oh well I guess Ill go to Jack In The Box across the street

This local Dairy Queen has a very small inside space but there is patio seating and you can also do the drive thru. It’s your normal menu, this trip we celebrated ice cream day!

Went today for the first time in Flagstaff. Four staff members were standing around talking near the drive up window. I was charged $4.19 for a medium vanilla cone. I was ripped off! Beware!

Theres this kind gentleman there who genuinely wanted to know how I was doing. Great staff, cool little space. Probably a bit tricky to navigate when crowded, but worth it.

As local residents, we come here regularly and the whole experience is delightful. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because its expensive. However, the service and their treats are excellent!

Great service from 4 young women barely keeping up with the demand. They were quick and friendly - you cant ask for more than that. The ice cream was good too.

Im from Phoenix came to visit Flagstaff and the kids wanted Dairy Queen not only was it bomb but they hook it up they definitely aint greedy with the toppings. ..gave em a $5 tip for 4 blizzards. ..thanks DQ in Flagstaff my kids loved every bite. ..😋

Gentleman threw a fork at me when I requested it. Acted pretty much like he was the manager. There was 3 of eating so after he threw the 1st fork I asked for 2 more. He threw them at me. We spent $25.00 had onion rings and fried mushrooms. My 96 year old mother needed fork and so did we. Totally will never eat there again

The kids at this location can never seem to make our order right. We come in every other week and our blizzards have the wrong ingredients 70% of the time.

Held hostage by DQ. Crazy drive through layout. Trapped in line, then you have to order/pay at the same window. Out of all ingredients for a blizzard but Oreos. Might as well have Oreo, because, thats what you get. Maybe it was an off night, but with the traffic they get, youd think they can afford to stock up better and modernize their drive through.

Clerks were friendly and nice. It was the first time I tried Dairy Queen so i had no idea what to eat, and they gave us some flavors to try. Good experience :)

Visited a dozen times and always excellent. One of the few stores that still flip their blizzards upside down. We ordered smores, reeses outrageous, and cotton candy mini blizzards. Mini size is the way to go, a bit of sweet without a whole meals worth of calories. Never ordered food. Only downside is ordering at the window. I like time to look at the menu and order while in front of it.

Must stop there at dairy Queen and have yourself a nice cool treat..

My husband and I went there this evening for dessert. I have a food allergy and the DQ staff went above and beyond to help me get a tasty treat that wouldnt cause me problems. They were very helpful and kind and the ice cream was great!

They only do ice cream at this one not a full menu, and theyre fairly pricey. That being said Dairy Queen does serve really good ice cream. Typically the service in the Drive-Thru is pretty fast and I appreciate that. Ive driven more than a few drunk friends through their drive-thru and theyre always nice even to the highly intoxicated passengers.

Great treats! The kids that served us were adorable and everything was nice and fun.
