Good value. Friendly staff. A little hard to find.

I am a local scout and recently I began work on my eagle scout project, which involved building a walking trail at Lowell Observatory. I contacted the staff at Flagstaff Landscape Products and they were happy to donate the trail materials. The staff was very friendly in helping us choose a proper material, calculating the amount needed, and setting up the transportation details. With their help I was able to complete my project and the trail looked very nice. Thank you Ms. Miller and staff!

I find this company very easy to work with. They have been informative, helpful, flexible and friendly. Ive gotten 3 loads of rocks from them, and am still happy ! Every interaction has been enjoyable, and Im happy with the product as well. The office folks, the drivers ... everyone has been great.

The company did offer and deliver a full refund for my botched order. I appreciate that kind of service. I hope they can resolve their sub contractor issues in the future.

If you want terrible customer service, call these guys!Dan scheduled me for delivery. Cancelled. Rescheduled me, then no-showed.Rose claimed guys were on their way. No show. Called back and heard she had us mixed up with someone else. Said she could fit us in today with a different material. Then quoted delivery at $75 more than Dan had quoted.Its been a nightmare experience with them and no one seems to care in the slightest.Going with Landscape Connection for same-day service, courteous and helpful people and a way lower price.Bummed that my husband took off hours of work because Dan said we were scheduled. All around horrible experience.

Great service but the four tons of garden soil they delivered consisted of rocky top soil and fresh, uncomposted manure. Im filling four large containers for veggies and now cant plant veggies this season because of the uncomposted manure. Ill have to buy many bags of garden soil for at least one of the containers so we can grow some veggies this season. Im very disappointed in this product and whoever thought it was okay to send it out. Im giving a two star rating instead of a one because they tried to meet my schedule.

Great Place! Ive bought materials from here several times- sooo much cheaper than Home Depot! Ive had positive experiences with the staff- theyve been friendly, positive, and fair- really not sure how the previous reviewer had a bad experience. Quit spending crazy amounts on bagged Home Depot rock/dirt, and drop by here!

Owner refused to acknowledge and resolve quality of product purchased. He claims I am taking up too much employee time with my issue. The material is close to 50% fines and it supposed to be 1 screened deco lava rock. Bad business practices you guys.

Best price in town buy a ton of gravel or aggregate for the price of two bags at home depot. Bring a trailer or a beater truck otherwise you have to shovel your load. Not for the weekend gardener. Great for landscape overhauls 50+ sq/ft ground covering, driveways or big jobs.

Great prices for bulk landscaping materials. I buy sand, manure and compost for my yard and it saves me bunch compared to hardware stores. The costumer service isnt always great for non contractors or small quantities but the money saved makes it worth while.

Helpful staff, fair price.

These guys got confused regarding our order that was specified by our contractor who ordered 2 weeks ahead and then had materials delivered for job. Our contractor ordered 120+ tons of ABC Basalt material to cover our long dirt driveway. After the 4th truckload, Flagstaff Landscape Materials said they ran out of the product and so we had to substitute another lesser material instead. As we were midway thru the project we went with the ABC Cinder instead. Unfortunately that material was mostly dust with very little rock in it. I complained to the owner who did call me back and offer to work with me. I called back again and indicated my concerns and he again called me back and actually came to my house to look at the material installed on site. He made excuses that did not seem plausible, but he did offer 2 loads of a better rock product and followed thru and had the 2 loads delivered cost free to me the following day. The original mix up was frustrating, but that fact that the owner followed up each time and came to our site to meet with us was helpful and made things right with us overall in a round about way.
